Case Manhattan, CPA, is hired by one of his clients, James Lyons, to purchase Miller's Chocolate Factory. He doesn't know why he's so adamant about purchasing the company.
Case heads of to Harrisburg PA to check out the company and offer Emma Miller a buyout. Only one problem, Case fell in love at first sight. He knows he has a job to do, but the more he gets to know her, the more he wants to see her again.
His father and James are on him to get this resolved. James wants this company. He tells Case to offer five million dollars.
