OW was an overly confident coworker who he DID sleep with in the past however had no intention of cheating with on heroine.
However, because she is a femme fatal, she thought hero would abandon the heroine who s more virginal to join her in a new mission and a romp between the sheet.
Apparently she was never between them.

I really like the Fortune series. I absolutely enjoyed Mase and Chloe. Almost a 5 but the ending felt rushed a little rushed i would like to know about the store or wedding scene more detailed. Mase waited so long chloe should have cared more about the wedding. IMO.

Trama rocambolesca envolvendo agentes secretos, relacionamento falso, amnésia e vários outros clichés. Poderia ser divertido, mas foi muita informação em poucas páginas e todas escritas de forma séria...

D1220 Jan99 Fortune's Children: The Brides #6 Mason Chandler is engaged to Chloe Fortune because she wanted to him to run interference for her while she worked on a proposal. Chloe wants more and goes to Mason only to discover another woman on his lap, so she ends their fake engagement. She's in an accident and she has no memory, only the name Chloe engraved on the ring she pawned for cash. Enjoy the all Fortune series. I agree with Pam's review, the ending happened so quickly, there could have been a little more about Hannah's store and a little about their wedding.

Mostly okay, but the dialog in the last couple of chapters/epilogue was just too. Something. Twee? Sappy in a way? IDK. *shrug*
