T- Orange Ray strength in warmth & joy. Constructivity, vitality- prone to destructive despair and flamboyance

M- Green mark of self control. Could be cursed into frigid fixations and inflexibility. Perpetual sense of injustice & resentment. Endurance

A- Red heart ruby of love and willpower- may burn. Fire stimulant to energize the nerves and blood

E- backend security in faith and aspiration unto the esoteric, BLUE. Selfish ambition, faith unto faithlessness. Trust degenerative distrust- serenity into dullness, apathy, and lack of spirit. Be like Ermac from Mortal Kombat

O- indigo, integration. Open and inclusive. But could succumb to intolerance, separatism, & disunity. Obsessive illusions can poison the mind.

This is a very short and basic book of Chromotherapy, however, I felt that the last part of the book where you can change your name into numerical value to find your colour was interesting.
