A good read on many levels.

The writing in this novel is easy to read and the character building very smooth.
With the hint of what’s going to happen next, keeping you turning the pages. I would recommend this book as it all felt plausible in the near future. The banter between the humans and androids garnering a chuckle and at times and mistrust at others. Give it a try, I enjoyed it.

A puzzle.

I don't see it. What was the enigma? The book was good. But the title led to expectations that weren't delivered.

what will we find on Mars?

A fantastic read blending science, fiction, adventure and romance. You will not be able to put it down. Suspenseful and entertaining.

Enjoyable read

I didn't like the relationship dynamics in the story. I tend to avoid stories which touch on that. However I will persevere

Thumbs up to this writer. I can imagine myself in space and on Mars just by reading this. I can't wait to read the next one in line!

I was slightly disappointed with this final volume of the author's Mars trilogy. It goes out with a bit of a whimper rather than a bang. The two previous parts, introduce the idea of an ancient alien presence on Mars, so in this last part and the characters finally arrive on Mars, the whole alien aspect is almost forgotten and we learn very little more. Maybe the author intends to write more and add a fourth volume, but if not it was a wasted opportunity.

Otherwise, the story is almost up there with the prior volumes, It's weakened by a melodramatic subplot about advanced androids misbehaving, although the whole advanced androids aspect of all the volumes I found to be a weak point of the series the technology required to produce near human androids as shown in the tale is completely out of step with the rest of technology used.

That said it still was worth the read.
