At first I was a bit skeptical of the plot because the main character, Lily, has been traumatized by 9/11 but was a child and in Australia. The book was easy to read so I continued on and ended up really enjoying the book. This is a book about not necessarily facing your fears, but facing yourself and your truth.

I recommend for everyone to read this book! So much emotion packed into those 350 pages! It was inspiring, emotion, and informative all at once! Loved it and I can’t wait to see what else Aimee writes in the future!

I received Limitations as a Goodreads giveaway. The novel has two main characters, Lilly and Harry who were both traumatized by events on September 11, 2001. Lilly and Harry met at a support group which was the beginning of their love story. The author, Aimee J Edwards, did a great job developing the characters. My favorite parts of the novel were the unpublished manuscripts and the trip to Jamaica. My least favorite part was Lilly’s relationship with her father and half siblings. I wish that storyline turned out differently. I would definitely recommend this book to a friend!
