About the author

Rei Tōma (Japanese: 藤間 麗,Tōma Rei) has been drawing since childhood, but she only began drawing manga because of her graduation project in design school. When she drew a short-story manga, "Help me dentist" (ヘルプ me デンティスト), it attracted a publisher's attention and she made her debut right away. Her magnificent art style became popular, and after she debuted as a manga artist, she became known as an illustrator for novels and video game character designs.

Dawn of the Arcana is her first long-running manga series, and it has been a hit in Japan, selling over a million copies.

Inhalt:
6 Kurzgeschichten über die Liebe mit unterschiedlichen Themen, mehr will ich nicht verraten, sonst weiß man schon zu viel.

Meinung:
Das war mein erster Manga, der nur aus Kurzgeschichten bestand, deshalb hatte ich noch keine bestimmten Erwartungen.
Ich fand die Hälfte der Kurzgeschichten gut und die andere war okay. Ich denke man hätte mehr daraus machen können, wenn man eine Geschichte herausgenommen und die anderen dafür etwas verlängert hätte.
Insgesamt war der Manga aber schön zu lesen und hat mich auch unterhalten.

Di buku ini ada 5 cerita. Singkat. Yg kalo dibilang tuh cuma kejadian dalam sehari 🤣
Setiap babnya always ada kejutan yg gak kepikiran sm aku di ending kecuali happy end 😆
Aku yg paling suka cerita itu judulnya "My Dear Cat" 💕

I have to say I'm stuck in between with this manga. Part of it were cliché, too convenient, and sketchy. But there are other parts that were okay, bouncy, and cute. I was originally planning to grade it 2.5 stars but I shall increase it to three because it did keep me until the end. And it wasn't that bad.

Mamiya is a rather popular guy with girls although he ignores them... save for Sawako, who treats him like a servant. They are childhood friends and they've had this unique relationship of master-servant. But when Mamiya breaks off this relationship because he wants to pursue a more intimate one, what will Sawako do?

Jitter Bug
Another of those stories where a girl falls in love with someone she's not supposed to... but it it just might be okay?!

My Dear Cat
This was my favorite and it kept me guessing until the very end! Mizuki comes across a cat that made a deep impression on her with its one blue and one brown eyes.

Bet!!
Accidentally witnessing something she shouldn't ends up putting her in a messy situation with the no.1 guy in school! Who will end up winning between them?

Love Planetarium
Satoko is dumped and she's obviously depressed about it. She is about to transfer schools and he thought it was better off that they break up. She finds solace in a planetarium and in the company of Kouki, a boy who brought her to the planetarium in the first place. What will this lead to?

M's Dejection
Basically the continuation of Solely S, Absolutely M. Seeing no difference in their relationship, Mamiya is thinking of putting an end to it. Will he change his mind and how will Sawako react?

Bevor ich "Einfach nur S und absolut M" gelesen habe, hatte ich nichts von Rei Toma gelesen. Meiner Meinung nach sind diese kurzgeschichten ziemlich schwach. Nur zwei von denen sind gut aber ich glaube, dass sie was Besseres sein können, als sie als vollwertige Geschichte geschrieben würden.

Meine Lieblingsgeschichten: "My dear cat" und "Liebesplanetarium"

Der Titelsgeschichte is wahrscheinlich die schwächste.
