Like a "space western" - ex space-ranger Eli Pike returns to icy planet where he had been stationed earlier to look for a mythical animal. He encounters a lost tribe of "Indians" then uncovers a high-tech weapon capable of freezing victims to death. After a battle to destroy the weapon, Eli finds the mythical animal and escapes. Below average.
