While many of her Instagram followers are eager for her fashion, art and insanely cute dog content, the heart of Olivia's audience is there for her refreshingly honest voice on body positivity and mental health. In Find Your Light, Olivia reveals more of her story - from growing up as a shy child using food as comfort, to the pressures of modelling life, to finally finding the confidence, courage and self-belief to compete on the world stage. Olivia also shares the helpful mantras, tips and tools she's used to heal, have a healthy relationship with food and embrace her body. This is a book for anyone who wants to practise self-love, feel more confident inside and out, and overcome the challenges that can hold us all back from finding our light.
Essentially an autobiography with lots of mentions of eatting disorders I found this book very triggering. Very concerning that some people are recommending this book to teenagers and people who have eating disorders as some of the comments within the book could be used by people with eating disorders and self confidence/body issues as a way to reduce or maintain their low weights I was left feeling unwell when reading this book and was unable to finish I was hoping this book would be a beautiful self discovery book to encourage you to find your inner peace with maybe a brief explanation at the beginning of the story that led to her self discovery, but over halfway through the book and it was still essentially an autobiography with dozens of mentions of the ED, I couldn’t bring myself to read any further. I don’t even feel comfortable donating this book in case it ends up in the hands of an impressionable teenager who uses it as a guide to become a model by developing an ED

There is always so much more going on below the surface that we don’t know. Sharing our stories is how we can all heal and be better versions of ourselves and accept every part of ourselves.
This was a tough read, lots of tears shed reading about Jack having lost my own cousin 3 days before my 18th birthday.
One sitting read. Many notes taken and thoughts provoked.
This is a well written biography about Miss Australia. She talks about her struggles in life especially regarding her eating disorder which I could relate to more than anything! She is so wonderful!
An honest and eye-opening memoir that reveals how even the most dazzling facades can fade, exposing the harsh realities lurking behind an industry cloaked in beauty and glamour.
Olivia Molly Rogers is a mental health advocate, influencer, model and artist whom I really admire and respect. I’ve followed her for a while now and have grown to love her varied content on fashion, mental health, skin, giving up alcohol, and her life with her husband her husband Justin and dog Ziggy.
I think because I am a huge fan of her as a person and influencer, I really connected to her memoir. This is not to say other readers who don't follow her will not conect with her story!
Her struggles with an eating disorder were heartbreaking to read and I admire her courage to share her story and hopefully make others feel less alone. She talks about her experience with anxiety and depression and her long road to recovery which is no easy feat. Olivia discusses the stigma attached to being an influencer and finding her voice in her own identity and standing up for herself. Social media can be harder to switch off from when your livelihood depends on it but she manages to set boundaries for herself and keep a healthy relationship with her usage.
This memoir is a mixture of both practical advice and her personal story. I love a memoir because real stories are often more interesting than fiction! A great read, I really enjoyed this as an audiobook - would have been even better if Olivia narrated it herself!
