Aragon est définitivement l’un des meilleurs poètes de sa génération et ce recueil est absolument magnifique. Il retrace la Seconde Guerre mondiale et la vie clandestine du poète qui doit se cacher pour écrire. Ses poèmes sont plus doux que ceux d’Eluard, sûrement parce qu’il vivait en zone libre, et l’on retrouve des motifs semblables à ceux du Crève-Coeur. Mais la Diane Française va plus loin, l’auteur y assume pleinement ses opinions et rend hommage à ceux qui se sont battus pour la liberté.

Dès poésies assez simples à lire et très parlantes, des idées et des images qui song très belles. Je ne suis pas une grande adepte de ce genre car je le trouve complexe, mais les poèmes d'Aragon sont bien et nous laissent percevoir les beaux messages derrière ses mots

SUBLIME. La plume d’Aragon est incomparable, ses vers émouvants, sa façon de composer intéressante… Juste parfait.
C’est grâce à ces deux recueils que j’ai commencé à m’intéresser à la poésie.
