I'm not sure what to think here. The description of "high interest - LOW VOCABULARY" is really quite accurate. This could make for an interesting juvenile novel if there were enough time for world/character building at ALL... but I guess the point of it is to not? I'm on the fence as to whether this can even constitute a "novel" at all, but perhaps just a glorified picture book for slightly older kids. And don't come for me - I'm pro graphic novel, at least a world is built in the pictures. This just seems like .25% picture and .25% words and 50% lacking.
