Decent start to the new Steel Scorpions MC series be Savannah Rylan. Aria is a brand new reporter trying to cut her teeth on a story she knows will get her ahead. The Steel Scorpions are somehow involved and she's not going to let anyone tell her not to look into it - even Bender, the hot guy in the MC who keeps blocking her at every turn.

Thought the book was pretty good. Tons of action and great chemistry between Bender and Aria. I found Aria to be a *tad* annoying. I love feisty heroines and women who are go-getters, but Aria put herself in clearly dangerous situations and still found a way to mouth off to everyone around her while they tried to help. Funny the first time, but not so much afterwards. I enjoyed Bender and lots of the secondary characters and am looking forward to reading their stories.

There’s a new California based MC Series featuring the members of The Steel Scorpions and their arch nemesis, The Devil’s Rage. Book One is about the club’s VP, Bender and Aria, the Journalist who quickly is fired after she tries to dig too deep about the murder at one of the Nightclubs owned by the Scorpions. Fortunately for us she crosses paths with Bender who won’t take her crap until he does. But there is something more sinister going on in the town that the MC never knew about and the Devils are in the thick of it.
Book One does a great job at laying the foundation for what the Scorpions will be battling in this town and who will be the most vulnerable. It’s another series I’m already excited to keep reading and I’m definitely recommending it for your reading enjoyment and pleasure. PEACE.

All Aria has ever wanted is to be a reporter however she wants more than the stories she has been given. Her decision to investigate a story has placed her in danger and now she and Bender find themselves working together as their lives depend upon it.

Bender and Aria take us on action-packed and romantic journey that leave us looking forward to more of this MC and the next book in the series.

This was an interesting first book. It had you wondering what will happen, and how they get together. I couldn't put book down once started.

I loved Bender and Aria together, they have a shaky start when they meet. Aria is nosy and doesn't give up. Bender is loyal and wants to keep everything under wraps. But their attraction has to be given in to.

I can't wait for more.

Bender is the beginning of the new series The Steel Scorpions MC. Aria is the journalist who's a pain in Benders a*^. She's fierce, backs down from nothing and has Bender all kinds of twisted up. The chemistry between these two is so HOT you can feel the steam coming from them. Trouble is plentiful in thus story and Bender is a fantastic beginning for this new series.

Great start to a new series! Bender and Aria are so different but so good together. Aria grated my nerves at times at times but I did like her when she wasn’t being annoying but Bender was just perfect and I loved how he reacted and protected the headstrong Aria.

Savannah Rylan is a new to me author, and I have to say that I'm in love after experiencing the fast paced Bender, and now I'm impatiently waiting on the next book in this new series. Bender & the Steel Scopions MC have gone legit after opening the most popular nightclubs around, but when this book starts, murder is running rampant at their most popular spot so things have gone from great to not so great in very short order. See, one of the murdered patrons has ties to the mafia so you already know that outfit isn't going to be so happy. Aria has graduated college & done a stint as an intern before she came home to work at the local news station. She hears about the chaos at Scorpions nightclub so she's on the trail to uncover everything, and she's not backing down for anyone. At this point we're on a crazy journey filled with twists, action, chaos, drama, and even a big kicker of heat between Aria & Bender so yeah, I devoured this book in short order. It leads to a crazy ending that sets the next book up nicely so don't mind me, I'll just be over here cyber stalking this author for the next book LOL! HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Bender is the first book of the Steel Scorpions MC series. I have never read a book by this author but I’m a sucker for MC series. Bender is the VP of the MC club and Aria is a journalist moving back to her hometown. When she tries to track down what she feels is a story, she runs into Bender who is desperate to keep her from finding anything out. What Aria doesn’t realize is that the Steel Scorpions are in a “turf war” with a rival club and she puts herself right in the middle of it.

Aria and Bender have a lot of chemistry from the moment they meet. But is either good for the other? They both have their fair share of problems that have formed who they are. Aria finds out that there is more going on in her little town and joins forces with the Steel Scorpions to get to the bottom of it.

This is an amazing first book in the series. After reading the snippet of Book 2 at the end, I cannot wait for the next book to be released. It seems the series is going to take us into the lives of the main members of the MC as they navigate life and keep their town safe.

This is the first in a new series and is Bender and Aria’s journey. Bender is the VP for his MC and is fiercely loyal to his brothers. Aria is a feisty little spitfire and is a journalist who has just returned to her hometown and is eager to get her teeth into a big story, which has her crossing paths with Bender, who blocks her at every turn. Aria is like a dog with a bone, and she will not give up on her story, which puts her firmly in danger and in the middle of a turf war. This is a well written story which has undeniable chemistry, action, intrigue, suspense, danger, mystery, loyalty, and love, which leads to a steamy all-consuming page turner. I look forward to reading more from this talented author whose work I highly recommend.

Great Start

I have to say that with the first book in the Steel Scorpions MC series I’m already hooked. Bender is the VP of the club and is all about keeping club business locked down. Well, that isn’t what Aria is all about. She’s a journalist and is looking for her big story which leads her right to the Steel Scorpions MC. This woman is sassy and doesn’t back down which seems to be a quality that Bender loves and hates all at the same time.

The chemistry between these two was intense and the storyline was filled with everything I love in my MC reads. Now I can’t wait to read more on the Steel Scorpions MC.

Great start to a new series! The author brings strong characters in Bender and Aria. She brings all the feels in this emotional story. Her scenes are painted perfectly and the story moves quickly and smoothly. I was glued to the pages with all the twists and turns as well as the danger and romance. It's well written and is a fantastic read. Loved and highly recommend this book.

The Steel Scorpions MC have many lucrative businesses in a town as they support and take care of the community. They maybe outlaws but these group of badass bikers have a good side to them. When one of their high end patron with ties to the Mafia is murdered along with two others by poison , all hell is about to happen. Bender is the VP of the club and in charge of all security for all of their clubs. Now he not only has to deal with the Mafia who are out for blood and answers but the police also. Bender and his brothers have a feeling the Devils Rage MC is behind this but they need proof before they can attack. But soon Bender is about to be meet a young woman who is about to make his life a living hell. Aria is a stubborn, nosey mouthy new reporter anxious to make a name for herself, won't follow orders even defying her boss which will may threaten her job finds herself in a dangerous situation when she takes matters into her own hands. Aria hates bikers and police and feels that the SSMC are hiding the truth and she is determined to bring them down. But the more she starts digging she learns that the club is not what she thinks and is highly revered by the town. Once again Aria doesn't think that is the case as she wants this story. While snooping at the club she is caught by Bender and this rough, tough biker isn't about to take sh*t from her but he finds he is drawn to this sexy troublemaker. Can he keep her at arms length to protect his club or will he find he is unable to resist her?


Once they come together, feelings will surface as the passion between them is explosive but still Aria has a hard time trusting Bender and his club and once again they have to deal with mouthy Aria . How much can he tell her, will Bender ever be able to reign her in? Throughout this story, Aria is very annoying as she acts before she thinks, even her sister can't get through to her. What will it take for this woman to listen before she acts? How far will she go before she is targeted? Will Bender put his feelings aside and walk away from Aria as his club has to deal with the threat from the Devil's Rage or will Aria play a big part when she is taken. With the proof they obtained, he informs the Mafia who killed their boss as they target the Devil's Rage MC. But the Devil's Rage once again get the upper hand when a meeting goes awry. Now to protect Aria, Bender makes a deal with the devil, his President and brothers are not happy and now they have to put a plan together to take down the Devil's Rage MC when they learn that the club has been dealing with sex trafficking. Time is of the essence as they have to help the women taken as well as get their club Heist back. So many twists and turns in this story with all of the violence, drama as well as Bender finally finding a woman who is strong enough to be by his side. Happiness maybe achieved for Bender and Aria, but the threat towards the Steel Scorpions MC is still alive. Can't wait for the next book!

This amazing action packed suspense filled MC romance story.Bender is in the clubs night club when hell breaks out.He goes up to a reporter trying to video customers violating their privacy.That's one thing the club guarantees is their secrets stay secret.When the reporter starts getting snarky Bender tells him his brother will talk to him when the reporter turned around ready to say something stupid he follows the legs up and the body of a huge muscle bound biker that looks like he'd love to teach the reporter a lesson. Bender and Viper chuckle after the reporter runs out of their club.Then something really goes wrong a VIP is dead as well as the new bartender.Bender tells the guys to clear out the club lock it down while they try to find out what happened.As they head outside he catches a real beauty trying to overhear the mens conversation. Bender goes up to her as she fires off questions he says nothing happened an for her to get off their private property.Aria is a real spitfire and if things were calm he would be throwing her over his shoulder an take her fast and hard.Will Bender an Aria fall for each other?Aria swore shed never be with a guy from an MC .There are so many twists an turns you will be riveted until the very last page an leave you begging for more.I love the way this amazing author brings the story to life before your eyes an you can feel the characters emotions an their pain.I can hardly wait to see what's next by this multi talented author.

Bender & Aria

He ran the MCs night club one of their main sources of income. One reason they'd been able to leave some of the other moneymakers behind. But when enemies made a move to take it down the battle began.

She wanted to be more--a real reporter--not sit behind a desk. But at least she had a job in the field. Now she just had to persuade her boss to let her investigate a big story. She knew just the one but he forbade her to go near it. But then, since when did she listen. She met him there even though he refused to let her near the crime--a crime she knew had happened even though no one was saying anything.

They met, she annoyed him, as well as turned him on. It was pretty much mutual. When the enemy of the club kept pressuring the Steel Scorpions she got more involved as did he, even knowing the news people were the last he needed to associate with. Will their hormones will out or will they even have a chance with the danger ahead.

Plenty of action, great characters, club action, and danger. She is not my favorite character but she does mellow a bit when she learns the club is not your usual one-percenter MC.

This was my first Savannah Rylan book and I will most definitely be back for MORE. This is the first book in the steel scorpions motorcycle club series. Book 1 focuses on the clubs VP, Bender and Aria, a new local journalist. This book starts right off the bat with action, mystery, and murder. Aria being the curious journalist she is goes to the nightclub where everything goes down and just so happens to be owned by the scorpions. Bender quickly shuts her down when she starts asking questions, but that just causes Aria to become more curious. Aria becomes attached to figuring out what is going on town, she leads herself and the scorpions to where the real problem is and in the process she just so happens to fall in love with their VP and gets her sister involved. Sounds like a HEA right? Well just wait the cliffhanger at the end will leave you NEEDING MORE of this world!

I love this world and these characters, once I started I couldn't put it down. The mystery and the spice were the perfect combination.

Savannah did it again with this first book in the Steel Scorpions MC series (BENDER), All i can say is WOW... Great way to start off a new MC series with a bang, this storyline has two amazing characters Bender and Aria. He is all Alpha Biker Male and smoking hot VP....

While there is Aria who is a new out to make waves for the MC, after she returns back to her hometown, she has a fixation with the activities of the club at the moment. Aria goes and disobeys her boss and tries to get the lowdown on the MC through Bender, the VP by any means possible.

Aria is absolutely clueless of the dangers that are lurking, will this relationship end well? Will she become a target? This author gives you so many emotions in this emotional rollercoaster of a ride. Love/ Hate/ Lust & Revenge and it is filled with lots of twist and turns... So read for the next book in this fantastic new MC Series.

This is a start to a new MC series, the Steel Scorpions and it was pretty good. Aria is an aspiring reporter and looking to prove herself but she sticks her nose in the wrong thing. Bender is VP to the Steel Scorpions and he’s loyal to his brothers. He’s blocking Aria any chance he can get and maybe fighting (barely) the chemistry between them. Aria is annoying at times but I liked the development of her character in the end. Bender was unique compared to other MC men I’ve read. He didn’t think twice to stick up for Aria, even at the expense of his spot in the club. He made sure to put her first or equal to the club. This was a good start to the series and after that ending I’m very excited for the next book.

Aria seems to get into trouble no matter what she does but when she runs into Bender she may have gotten more than she can handle. I loved this story and how strong and sassy Aria was. This story had some many surprises that I couldn't wait to turn the page. I cannot wait to see what happens in the next book. Highly recommended!!!

Aria is a struggling reporter and she seems to always find the word no attached to everything. She won’t give up. Bender just wants her gone and out of their business but she refuses to stop. This storyline is fantastic. Great writing.

Bender by Savannah Rylan is the first book in the Steel Scorpions MC series….and WHEW!!!! What a wild ride!!! This is the story of Bender and Aria. She’s a brand new reporter…after returning to her home town. She flagrantly disobeys her boss and tries to get the lowdown on the MC through Bender, the VP.

This girl is a bit clueless….but, her heart is in the right place….and Bender is PERFECT…and he likes her….but, there’s dangers coming at them both….from seemingly EVERYWHERE!!! Great story and can’t wait for more in this series!!!

I think the Steel Scorpions and Bender have met their match with Aria.
This is the start of the new series and it great.
Bender is the VP. He takes care of their clubs and is always on the watch for media.
Aria wants to be taken seriously as a news reporter. She goes to the Steel Scorpions club Heist when she learns something happened there.
Bender and Aria have a connection. Aria is somewhat naive about the MCs in her home town and does not realize the danger she is putting herself in when she's trying to find a story.
Bender may choose Aria over his family but he will always be loyal to the MC and show them that I've is.
I look forward to Angel's story.

This is a new MC series The Steel Scorpions from Savannah Rylan. And Book #1 – Bender is a great start. This story is about the VP, Bender and Aria who is an up and coming journalist until she gets fired for digging too deep into the MC. There is a lot of drama and twist and turns in this story, oh and chemistry between these two is off the charts. Once you started the story it was hard to put down and now I can’t wait for Book #2 Angel’s story. I received an ARC and this is my honest review.

I enjoyed this book and thought it provided a solid start to this new series. The tension in this read is thick and the story held my attention well. I really liked Bender but as for Aria, I only thought she was ok. I liked her feistiness but didn't think she was half as clever as she thought she was, and I felt that was aggravating. This book introduces an array of secondary characters that lead to many intriguing possibilities in future books for this series and I for one am eager to explore them. This is my frank, freely posted review.

This is my first book by Ms Rylan and it won’t be my last as I am hooked on the Steel Scorpions MC. Loved Bender and Aria’s book and no MC book would be complete without the drama and fireworks between Bender and Aria. I loved the story line and the characters. A fast paced read that has left me wanting so much more and I am looking forward to reading the next book in this series. A great start to a new series!

Aria is out for a story. When she gets wind of something going down at a local bar, she can't resist. She knows she is walking a fine line, but she needs to figure out what really went down that night. Bender spots Aria and knows she's not going to give up until she gets her story. If Aria keeps digging, she's going to find herself in danger. Will Bender be there to help? Well written and entertaining.
