Small town doctor. Big time heart break. What happens when the man you hate becomes the father of your baby?
Falling for Grant Rossi has disaster written all over it—for several reasons.
First, he’s a self-entitled asshole. Second, he blames me for his last relationship imploding. (Which for the record, it wasn’t my fault). Third, when that man speaks, my body melts into a puddle of goo.
It started when I stupidly agreed to go on one date with him. That then ended up with one night in his bed. The shower. The counter. A pilates machine.
I knew better than to fall for his filthy talking antics, but my body craved him in ways even I don’t understand.
If only that’s where the disaster ended…
He got me pregnant. I fell in love. We both experienced a loss so great we only had each other to hold on to.
Then piece by piece, he put my heart back together…only to turn around and destroy it.
Alexis Winter is a contemporary romance author who loves to share her steamy stories with the world. She specializes in sexy billionaires, cocky alphas, brooding bad boys and the women they love.
If you love to curl up with a good romance book you will certainly enjoy her work. Whether it's a story about an innocent young woman learning about the world or a sassy and fierce heroine who knows what she wants you're sure to enjoy the happily ever afters she provides.
When Alexis isn't writing away furiously, you can find her exploring the Rocky Mountains, traveling, enjoying a glass of wine or petting a cat.
He's a cocky doctor with a dirty mind and one goal: sleep with his pilates teacher. she has a crush on him, but she dislikes all the douchy pick-up lines he throws at her.
was this book steamy, yes? was it romantic? nop! i have some problems with this book:
1. how time works in this book? one minute she said she would be 26 in 33 days, but in those 33 days, she opens a pilates studio and get her friend certificate to become a Pilates teacher! I'm sorry, but i don't think is that fast to get the certificate. 2. how many pilates studios does she own? at the beginning of the book she says she works in a gym and dreams of opening her own Pilates studio, but when she opens it, she says is her second studio, where was the first one? 3. the hero! such an asshole! he was 37 but the way he acted towards her was like he was 20! and he kept saying they should have an adult conversation, but he would always have sex than have a serious talk. just talk!
if you're looking for something short and a dirty mouth hero, this is for you :)
Another brilliant read by Alexis Winter. A hot slow burn enemies to lovers romance with a lot of twists to keep you spellbound. I could not put this book down and read it in 2 sittings. A story about a hot Doctor who knows he is hot (of course) who has his eyes set on a Pilates teacher.....who broke up his engagement with August and who happens to hate his pompous a$$. A very selfless act as her current boyfriend loved Grant's fiancee. Without giving to much away, there is a lot to angst between the pair until Leigh admits she has fallen in love with Grant......He backpedals very quickly as is still coming to terms with the failed engagement months prior....Do they make it work? Or does he decide another serious relationship is not what he is looking for......Only reading this great read will let you know ;) An ARC reader who is leaving an honest review.
Only For Foreverthe fourth book in theMen of Rocky Mountainseries by Alexis Winter tells the story of Leigh Brooks and Grant Rossi through dual perspective. Having been introduced to the two inAlways Be My Forever,it’s now their time to tell their story.
This journey of Leigh and Grant was filled with many ups and down, indicating to anything but a smooth and easy trek to their HEA. But that’s what made it genuine, showing the hurdles and obstacles both had to overcome in order to get what they wanted. Making it one of the reasons why the story was filled with many emotions and feelings, which was showcased in some of the deep, saddening and heartache moments that occurred. However that didn't mean it wasn’t without laughter, happiness and joy. The narrative had a fair amount of angst that lead to a whole lot of drama keeping you moving along with the story as it progressed.
Considering how Leigh and Grant got off in the beginning, it was definitely one messed up, chaotic and toxic relationship to start off with. The constant battles from the need to one up each other with insults, to then apologise after having spent some time apart. Only to give into their sexual urges, when they reunited. And then for the cycle to begin all over again. It definitely had you being unsure of whether they should be together or if they’re better off as friends. Possibly even better off without each other in their lives. Alexis Winter sure knew how to get you frustrated considering Leigh and Grant's behaviour at times. In Grant’s case he was an Alpha A-hole who thought he was the lawd's gift. The way he would act like a cocky, arrogant douche canoe when trying to get with Leigh. Only to then flip the switch when Leigh would tell him how it was, by insulting her and blaming her for his broken engagement. It definitely had me hating him and wanting to slap him hard, in the first half of the story at least. As for Leigh, while she proved she was a strong, fierce woman when it come to her life in terms of her work and independence. However she seemed to forget that at times, easily forgiving Grant or giving into his wants, only to be crushed after. I wish she would’ve made him work harder for her. Though it should be said they did have their sweet and loving moments and the closer to the end we got Alexis showed growth in the two with their behaviour towards one another.
Only For Foreverwas another great read fromMen of Rocky Mountainseries. And I look forward to see whose story Alexis Winter will write next in the series.
*I received an ARC in exchange for an honest review.
From entitled jerk to perfect partner, Grant’s transformation in a few chapters! This is undoubtedly one of the steamiest books written by Ms. Winter; the dirty-talk alone will have you sizzling. We met Grant and Leigh in “Always Be My Forever” in which they kind of traded partners. Now Grant and Leigh are constantly arguing-flirting. They want each other in the worst way but won’t admit it. Why? Grant is now 37 going on 38yo, a very busy General Practice Doctor and is ready to start a family, which is one reason he chose to get engaged to August, even though she was not his match at all. However, his attraction to almost 26yo Leigh who is so much younger, scares him off a little. When they finally call a short truce, ooooweeee doggies! Hot times in the old town tonight! This was a very steamy enemies-to-lovers romance like only Ms. Winter can write. The passion will knock you off your stilettos. There will be sadness but lots of happy times too. Both characters are very strong-willed which makes for entertaining reading. If you like lots of naughty scenes, great characters and super HEAs, read this book. I volunteered to review an ARC of this book through Booksprout. Already looking forward to Steph and Ryder’s story!
I received an advance review copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily.
Only For Forever by Alexis Winter is book 4 in the Men Of Rocky Mountain series. We met Grant and Leigh in book 3 while they were dating other people. Grant is a doctor who knows he can do no wrong and Leigh is a Pilates teacher who wants to open her second studio in Grand Lake. This couple has chemistry but issues. Grant blames Leigh for breaking up his relationship with August ending. Leigh is a strong and sassy woman who has problems Grant's dominance. The couple has a mutual attraction even with fighting and flirting. One night ends in a date that leads to out of control passion.
Only for Forever is an enemies to lovers story. I usually like a story where the characters bicker. Leigh stands up to Grant and feeds back his cr@p back to him. I think for most of the book I disliked Grant. He does finally decide Leigh is who he wants and puts her first ahead of himself and his career. I am glad to see the couple figure things out and end the story happily. I enjoyed the story but would have liked a bit more action throughout.
I read an ARC of Leigh and Grant’s story and I don’t want to give too much away, but I did have some feelings about these two.
Grant is kind of a giant ass, but then not an ass, but then he goes right back to ass-ing it up again. And then he does this total turn around and is just intense, and I feel like it’s a lot for one person to go through in a story. Like a lot. I wasn’t sure wether to love him or hate him. Okay, I never did hate him, but WHAT AN ASS!! Work on yourself buddy before you go breaking off any more engagements that you then want to blame on other people……..
Leigh worked hard to get her business going and she was determined. She had some issues with Grant but she didn’t want to give up on what was between them. There were times when she had to be tough with Grant, but sometimes she seemed like a bit of a pushover. He could be very demanding and a lot domineering, which seemed to turn her on to no end, so she’d quickly give herself up to him.
These two had a big dramatic event happen to them and they went through it together, which I thought was great. I really liked that part of the story. They were both supportive and helped each other through a tough time.
The steam in this story was high. Off the charts chemistry between these two.
Was a good book and I’m curious to see what comes next in this series.
This is book 4 in the Men of Rocky Mountain series, and has a wide range of emotions. I have to say, I really did not like Grant to much in the 1st half of the book, he was an on again off again ass, blaming others ,especially Leigh for his broken engagement. But Leigh seemed to be to forgiving of him at times. She was an extremely confident person in her work life and in most of her personal life, she also had to find her true self for Grant and her to have their hea. I did find their relationship a bit toxic with their constant battles of trying to better the other, at times making you wonder if maybe they should be just friends, thank fully things finally work out for the two.
I highly recommend this series from Alexis Winter, she keeps the pages turning!!
I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
I received this free eARC novel from the author. This is my honest review.
It was nice to revisit this series and get Grant and Leigh's story. Though I have to admit, Grant was a bit extra than I originally thought. He's pretty much a jerk at the beginning of the story, something I wouldn't have expected, and then he had a dominant side, which I'm not complaining about. Just feel like it came out of nowhere. But he did say he had to curb those cravings in the past.
The relationship between these two felt off to me. Half the time when Grant made certain decisions, I had personal issues with it. He demanded things, and knowing Leigh's stubborn, strong demeanor, it didn't seem like she should have just accepted it.
I am glad they finally decided to start taking too each other instead of giving shorts quips at each other. That definitely helped them grow closer.
I'm glad I got the chance to read this novel and I'm really hoping Stephanie's story is next!
I have loved every book by Alexis Winter, but I have found my trigger and I couldn't get passed it.
Grant and Leigh have a complicated history.(read the other books in the series to get caught up). Their chemistry is amazing, but their personalities clash. Glad they were able to find their HEA . I still plan on reading most everything by Alexis Winter though. One incident on one book won't get me to stop! . . .
*Spoilers* Grant and Leigh are amazing together. But when Leigh has a miscarriage they really come together as friends and for support. What I didn't like at all was when Grant decided to take matters into his own hands without talking with Leigh. Leigh confesses her love and Grant runs. He knows it was stupid and now Leigh hates him again. To prove to Leigh he chooses her, he removes her birth control. . To me that just made him even more of a douche. I couldn't get passed the fact this doctor couldn't use words or better actions. If this was a dark romance, I may have been able to look passed it, but it's not.

Excellent 4.5 It's a romance that has some pretty funny sides in the force with which the heroine Leigh, a pilates teacher, does all she can to find flaws and push away Grant, a doctor who seeks to seduce her. Other parts are more emotional, others more steamy, Grant has some disturbing sides to the way he deals with their relationship at times, however, this story remains a great romance with no downtime. I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book
A spectacular hate to love you romance. Grant is a doctor with a God complex and Leigh is a head strong Pilates instructor. The relationship is toxic and driven by snide remarks, teasing & lust. Leigh finally agrees to go on a date with Grant, which ends with them setting the sheets on fire. Then is ultimately followed by hurtful remarks. In the end they suffer a loss, followed by time apart, and ultimately Grant being asked to decide what he wants. In the end everything works out and they both get the happy ending they want.

Only For Forever is my favorite book in the Men of Rocky Mountain Series by Alexis Winter. I am a sucker for a surprise baby romance... (TW for MISCARRIAGE) but this whole book had me in my feels. I really liked Leigh & Grant. I do feel like the main conflict was dragged out a bit. But overall i really loved their character development, the chemistry and loved all the spice.

This book is an angsty slow burn enemies to lovers story filled with plenty of flirting and fighting and an undeniable attraction between the characters. It’s a romance filled with heartbreak and redemption, and it’s a must read.
This is the fourth book in the Men of Rocky Mountain series and is Leigh and Grant’s story, whom we got to know as the exes of the main characters in book three. Leigh is a pilates instructor looking to start her own studio in town, and Grant, or Dr. Rossi, spends his time split between Denver and Grand Lake. Having previously been in relationships with each other’s exes, this story goes through their relationship at first as two characters that are attracted to one another but that don’t necessarily like each other and then as they start to build something more together. As they begin to take their mutual attraction further over the course of time, they’re met with plenty of drama and sadness, and we get to see how they navigate everything thrown their way and each other.
As far as characters go, I absolutely love Leigh. I liked her when she was with Remi, and in Only For Forever she really gets even better. She’s sweet and friendly but such a strong character, too. I loved how we get to see her transition from Remi’s significant other to her own person able to take on anything and still thrive, even when she’s faced with something terribly devastating.
Grant, on the other hand, is the cocky jerk of a doctor that will stop at nothing to gain any kind of attention from Leigh, despite the fact that most of the time it’s not positive attention. At the start, he’s essentially an entitled brat who teases and generally irritates Leigh, but then as the story goes on, he becomes more of the man that Leigh needs him to be. I’m glad his character transforms, but I do wish we would’ve seen more of his transition. I feel like maybe I just needed more internal dialogue or more interaction with Leigh to show how he was able to change into someone better. Either way, I was happy to find that he goes from a questionable character (because of his rude demeanor with Leigh) to someone she deserves. He definitely turns into the hot doctor that I was hoping he’d be.
And the drama of this book! I couldn’t get enough! This book is high on the angst scale, and there were some moments where I just felt so emotional. I love this about the book. I mean, I think to be able to get me to tear up at times and then get me mad and happy again is a sign of a good book.
Only For Forever is a fantastic addition to this series. It’s got all the drama and angst you could want, and you’re not going to want to miss it, especially if you’ve read Remi and Augusts story.
25-year-old Pilates’ instructor, Leigh Brooks, with her petite, toned body, chocolate waves and big hazel eyes, never intended to be seen as a man shark, but when two men turn their attentions to her, she certainly could see that she might unintentionally have earned the title. And what makes the situation even more awkward is that the woman—August Belmore—a friend and potential business contact, whose man shifted his attention to Leigh, could, based on appearances, make the claim against Leigh, the newcomer to the small community, even if the straying man’s attentions where not sought or desired.
When Leigh relocated from the Denver-Boulder area, where her parents lived and she had successfully established her first Pilates studio, to Grand Lake, a small resort community located 2 hours from her familiar world, she moved with the vision of growing her business, not catching--or stealing--a man's attention. So, she got an apartment and freelanced at the local gym to test the community’s interest in her Pilates instruction, never intending to become the other woman in the fractured engagement of August, a native of the Grand Lake community from Dr. Grant Rossi.
Leigh liked and even admired August's success as business woman. So, when Grant Rossi, the tall, dark, handsome and very well-built doctor decided to add Pilates to his fitness regime, Leigh really did not reach out to him in any manner that was not professional. She didn’t deny her attraction to him, but she did not make her attraction public. Unfortunately, Grant felt no barrier in raving about his enjoyment of his Pilates class and instructor, the beautiful Leigh. And, relationships become even more complicated when Leigh began to date Remi Frederick, August Belmore’s best friend since childhood and sometimes lover. But the whole community was watching with interest when Remi and August finally reconnect and marry, leaving Leigh and Grant suddenly single, and Grant 38, very interested in the beautiful, agile and much younger Leigh.
Alexis Winter continues to offer the reader love stories based in and around the small Colorado community of Grand Lake. Each story is unique, but it is pleasant to encounter friends and families as love and forever continue to be the focus.
I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review, but always enjoy Winters’ world of romance, so I bought a copy.
I didn't really care for a Grant in the prior book with August. He seemed like a bit of a tool who didn't really care about August at all - sprung an engagement on her and demanded they move to Denver and everything was to be his way or the highway. And, while engaged to August, was eyeing another girl (Leigh) at the gym and was pushing August away with lame excuses while still moving forward with wedding plans. And in that book, even Leigh was like, "OMG, Grant sure likes to talk about himself!" And saying how she was creeped out by his conversations after realizing what was happening with August when August was concerned Grant was cheating. So the whole thing gave ick vibes with Leigh not being interested.
Then here comes this book. And from the first couple chapters. I hated the characters (mostly just grant) and I hated the author's dual chapters from each perspective covering the same timeline at the beginning. Seriously, whyyyy???? This author does that for the first couple chapters - the same timeline from both perspectives and I disliked it at the beginning (book one of this series) but I'm at the point of absolutely despising it now!
As a character, Leigh is ok. She had her moments of telling Grant to shove it up his rear end, but overall. I felt like she could do soooo much better than Grant. There really isn't anything there but she's gooey inside over him? Nope. Wasn't getting that feeling at all with him.
Grant is supposed to be a doctor with a god complex. But, in reality, he's a douchbag prick with a severe controlling issue and anger management problem. There was absolutely nothing sexy about his personality in any of the book. Taken out of context of a romance book, Grant is a narcissistic a-hole (and not a good alphahole [thank you Claire K for that term - I first read it with you]) with psychopath stalker tendencies who literally tracked Leigh down at a bar when Leigh said to eff off and then proceeded to kidnap her from the bar and take her phone so she couldn't contact anyone. It's one thing to be dominating in bed, but when you're literally watching someone pee on a test because you need to be in control, you're psycho. So no. There's nothing sexy about this character or this book and I couldn't wait to finish it.
I am not one to DNF a book but if I was, this would have been one of those books real fast!

This calls for a third martini. I’m not the slightest bit interested in what he does, just as I suspect Jeff isn’t the slightest bit interested in what I do, because during this entire exchange, he hasn’t asked me a single question. I look around and notice the place is getting busier and the music has picked up. There are several people out on the dance floor and my two martinis have me feeling pretty fucking fantastic. “You dance, Jeff?” I lean forward and ask in his ear. “Hell, yeah,” he says taking my hand and leading me out to the floor. The music is pounding, the beat reverberating through my body as I sway and bounce to the music. Jeff’s hands are on me, wandering. His eyes are all over me too. “You’re so hot,” he shouts over the music, pressing his forehead to mine. I wrap my arms around his neck, my body pressed against his as I continue to let the music and alcohol carry me away. I feel his hands travel from my waist to my ass. He grabs me, pulling me closer as he shoves his face against mine. Our lips meet and we kiss. It’s messy and not good, but in this moment, I don’t care. I just want to feel something again. I close my eyes and try to enjoy it—try to get lost in it—but suddenly I’m tumbling forward as someone shoves Jeff away from me. “What the fuck?” he yells and I spin around, steadying myself to see . . . Grant? His eyes are huge, both hands are balled into fists, and some hair has fallen over one eye. “You let him kiss you?” He spits the words out at me. “You let him put his fucking hands on you?” He’s shouting in my face and I don’t know what to do. “How the hell did you find me?” I ask, but the moment I do, I realize he probably reached out to Steph when I ignored him. I shake my head. “You’ve got some nerve, you asshole!” I shout back at him, shoving a finger in his face.
This series is getting better and better. If you love enemies to lovers with a slow burn, you'll love this book.
The fourth book is on Grant and Leigh, Grant is a doctor with a "God" complex and Leigh is a strong independent Pilates teacher with a dream of opening her second studio in Grand Lake. We previously met Grant and Leigh in the last book as Grant and August dated as well as Leigh and Remi. They have this instant chemistry but Grant ultimately blames her for his relationship with August ending. After all the fighting, bantering and flirting Leigh finally decides to go on a date with Grant, which they end up back at his place and you can guess what happens. The next morning morning things go back to normal and they say things they both regret. With some time apart and a heartfelt loss which subsequently brings them back together, but when she reveals to him that she's falling in love with him, he gets scared and messes things up where Leigh tells him to get out. During this time we see a possessive and controlling side of Grant when it comes to Leigh, which she didn't realize she found sexy and hot. After one of their trysts she basically tells him he needs to figure out what he wants in his life before she can be with him. she wants to see him happy even if its not with her. So lets get to the point after some soul searching he comes to realize his love for Leigh and that was scary for him to admit as he didn't want to fail in another relationship. This book will show that even though you might have great chemistry it takes a lot more then that to make a relationship work. Love eventually conquers all and Grant and Leigh get their HEA.

Only for Forever is the fourth book in Alexis Winter's Men of Rocky Mountain series. I had been really enjoying this series and was so excited for Leigh and Grant to get a book after meeting their characters in book 3, Always be my Forever. The story itself isn't super long so it tends to move quickly but I didn't feel like the storyline was rushed or incomplete at all. Grant and Leigh's story is filled with ups and downs, heartbreak and hope and there is no shortage of heat between these two.
Now, while Grant and Leigh have some intense chemistry that comes to life off the pages, they also have a bit of what feels like a toxic relationship. When we met them in August and Remi's book- they were each in relationships with the other characters. Leigh and Remi were a thing while August and Grant were actually engaged- but there were undertones of attraction between these two already building. Then we get to this book and Leigh has this serious dislike for Grant despite still finding him attractive. And it's understandable since Grant tends to come off as this overconfident alphahole. Now while I generally enjoy a good enemies to lovers there was just something that I could not deal with in Grant's personality. He was dominating and controlling and not in ways that I really loved- but it was just one of those things where another reader might find it sexy or romantic, it just wasn't for me. I liked Leigh- how motivated and hard working she was, but she did have times where she just came off as juvenile and petty.
While this book might not be my favorite of the series, I did still enjoy the story overall and how it related to the rest of the series. And I hope that we will be getting Steph and Ryder's story next- I can imagine the suspense of it already!
When I started to read this book, I did not like Grant at all. Arrogant, far too cocky and rude beyond measure….nothing to like there. I wasn’t sure I even wanted to continue to read this book, but having read many other books by this author, I decided to give it a chance and keep reading. I am glad I did. Grant is all those things I mentioned and more, but he uses a lot of it as a shield to protect his heart. He wants a love like his parents had, an all encompassing forever after love with them against the world. His first forays into long term relationships have not been successful and he has become afraid to open his heart. Now his brash, rude and arrogant attitude has become a roadblock to get what he has always wanted. Leigh is a confident, take no crap, younger than him business woman who seems to actively dislike him and refuses his advances. They share a history of sorts, but he acts like he wants revenge rather than to get to know her better. Yes, they hook up, but the aftermath is brutal for both of them. The unexpected consequences are the spur to change their relationship, to start over by being friends. Neither is satisfied with being just friends though, and the passionate side of the relationship leads them into trouble again. It brings out the raw, turbulent emotions both try hard to hide and one particular revelation sends both into full retreat. Will they ever just quit getting in their own way and actually communicate with each other enough to reveal their true feelings, fears and insecurities as well as their hopes for their future? This book really illustrates that love can be tumultuous and messy, and that it takes persistent hard work to get it right.

I had totally forgotten that this book was about Leigh and Grant who were the SO of August and Remi from ABMF. I was so excited for them to have a story and Alexis sure gave them a good one. This book was described as being an emotional one, I think certain things could have been a little bit more emotional but overall it did a good job at pulling at all my heartstrings and twisting them around.
Grant and Leigh have an enemies to lovers romance, especially from Leigh’s POV. Leigh finds Grant to be annoying and Grant comes off very rude towards Leigh. He often says things he doesn’t mean and all around just makes it harder for Leigh to like him. Grant’s personality made it a little hard for even me as a reader to like him. It takes time for Leigh to finally give him a chance and when she finally does, there is no shortage of chemistry between them. Individually they are both messy and flawed, so together you can only imagine what that brings. Their relationship consisted of a lot of ups and downs, maybe even more downs than ups. But the heat between them keeps them coming back for more. Their scenes were so hot! This story also contains some heartbreak that may be a trigger for some people. This isn’t the story of 2 people who fall easily in love, this is the journey of two people who really work their way into falling in love and also have to fight to maintain what they have. Beautifully done, I can’t wait for the next book
I received this ebook ARC, from the author, on the condition that I write an honest review. I absolutely loved this book, it had great banter between the main characters, and eventually true love developed between them. The book had a great flow in the telling of how their relationship developed slowly but steadily. Grant and Leigh had known each other for some time, and dated within their circle. Grant had always been attracted to Leigh, but he never actually dated her. Leigh is a sexy full bodied young woman with a sassy attitude, and this seems to attract Grant to her. He is alpha, and wants to control her, but she refuses him at first, until she begins to have feelings for him. Grant is a hard working Doctor, single and not really ready for a commitment. Sad circumstances cause him to change his feelings about Leigh, after a one night stand with her. He realizes that he cares for her, and they begin a serious relationship. Her tempting body pushes him to extremes that he can’t refuse. She ends up pregnant, and they finally obtain their HEA. The book ends in a beautiful epilogue. The emotions were very well written by this very talented author. I’ve read several books written by Alexis Winter, and they are always good, that’s why I always recommend her books.
This is a great enemies to lovers story by Alexis Winter. Leigh Brooks is a successful Pilates instructor with ambitions to extend but there is one member of her class that makes her blood boil, why does he keep coming ? Dr Grant Rossi is a doctor with a God complex and he can't resist teasing and flirting with Leigh, she bites back so easily giving back as much as she gets. Grant blames Leigh for the break up with his ex fiance but of course this isn't strictly speaking true, and it doesn't stop him chasing her. As this story unfolds the chemistry between Leigh and and Grant is palpable but both of them have trust and commitment issues. I loved feisty Leigh's sassy replies to Grants needling and text messages, I love the way that Grant enjoys the needling. As well as the brilliant banter there is also an emotional side to this story and at times I wanted to shake both of them A very enjoyable read Can these two ever come together without starting a war ?

Although it is NOT at all a part of a cliff-hanger or a follow-up, this story makes you reframe your thoughts about a few of the characters from the previous story. I had an opinion about Grant based on his personality in "Always Be My Forever", but I was glad to get more detail about him in this story and I'm glad. I was also not completely a fan of Leigh, but she also turned out to be a favorite character of mine. The alpha details used to describe and picture Grant were great and I liked his control in the relationship. I know it is not politically correct for a woman to be portrayed as being controlled, but the writing is great in the way it details the personality of each character. Grant gets to be bold and in charge and dominant in his wants and desires and its an attractive trait in the way Leigh receives it while also getting what she wants out of the relationship along the way.
Pilates to Love “Only for Forever'' is the fourth book in the Men of Rocky Mountain series by Alexis Winter. Alexis gives her characters charm and charisma. “Only for Forever” is a story of second chance love for two people who thought they hated each other.
Dr. Grant Rossi wants to settle down like his friends. He thought he was heading down that round until Leigh Brooks intervened. Grant felt an attraction to Leigh before his engagement was interrupted. He wants to punish Leigh for ruining his plans.
Leigh Brooks wants to open a second Pilates gym. Operating her own gyms has been Leigh’s goal for some time. Leigh is aware of the tension between her and Grant. Grant takes her Pilates class. Leigh is convinced it is to torment her for running his previous relationship. She only did what she felt was right. Will Leigh give Grant a chance?
I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
Dr. Grant Rossi is deeply interested in Leigh who is a Pilates Instructor. He keeps pressing her for a date & when she relents, he screws up by saying hurtful words. She hates his guts & refuses to give him a second date. He tries a different angle to convince her they are a perfect match, he's a changed man & wants to have a healthy relationship with her & not a one-night stand that was his standard past pattern of dating. Does he deserve another chance when he already broke her heart? Has he changed from an arrogant S.O.B. to husband material? Worth reading to find out what a doctor & Pilates instructor have in common.
This is a really good novel to read but I did not like how he was so arrogant, very controlling & dominant - almost to the point I would consider him a bully (in my opinion).

This is the story of Grant and Leigh. He is a doctor and she is a Pilates instructor. He is basically obsessed with her. He took all her classes in order to try to get closer to her. She was the ex girlfriend of the current husband of Grant’s ex girlfriend. Leigh basically hates Grant because he is self centered and a playboy but deep inside, she feels attracted to him. After trying she finally went in a date with him that ended in a passionate night that ended with a misunderstanding that made them angry into each other. But after that night, she got pregnant. Now, she does not know how tell him. But now, she is in pain and bleeding and the pregnancy is on risk. Will she be able to tell him? Is the baby right or will be in danger? Will they be able to express and profess their feelings to each and be happy? Will their past stop them to be happy? Great story. Highly recommended.

Grant and Leigh have a hate relationship but really underneath the attraction is smoking hot. When grant asks Leigh out on a date with no snarkiness allowed there begins the beginning of a weird complicated relationship. When a tragedy brings them together for a spell it also opens grants eyes to what he wants in life…… and what he fears.
This was a great book overall. I loved they got their HEA. Although the road there was rocky! The love hate saga between them was extremely toxic and sometimes grants heavy handedness proved off putting even though you knew that underneath that armour was a good guy. The tragedy just really pulled at me and I think then we seen the first glimpse of grant as a normal human being who has empathy and compassion. Leigh was very strong but sometimes wished she was stronger. Definitely a great read.
This is the fourth book in the men of rocky mountain series and it did not dissapoint. It is Grant and Leigh's story who we met in always my forever the third book. Leigh does not like Grant, she thinks he is arrogant as he is a doctor but she hates that she us attracted to him.Grant wants Leigh and eventually gets her to go out on a date with him. They end up giving in to their attraction and end spending the night together. The next day day they both get into a fight and end up not speaking to each other. Will they both realise they are meant to be together before it is too late? This book has all the feels.Made me cry a lot. Their freinds and families were amazing.I highly reccomend this book.Love Alexis Winter's books and this one does not dissapoint.Cannot wait for the next one.I was given an ARC of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.
Only For Forever the fourth book in the Men of Rocky Mountain series. This book tells the story of Leigh and Grant, if you have read the other books in the series you will remember these two from book 3. Leigh is a strong independent woman who teaches Pilates. Grant is a Doctor who thinks he's gods gift, he is arrogant and blames Leigh for the breakdown of his last relationship. There is an instant attraction to each other but there are many hurdles they have to overcome both together and separately before we get our HEA.
I've really enjoyed this series so far, each book has great characters and this one is no different. I loved how strong and independent Leigh was, Grant was arrogant but he did come through in the end. The story flowed perfectly giving us a slow burn romance with flirting, drama and fighting thrown into the mix. Another great read, can't wait for the next story
Leigh and Grant were characters in the previous book, they have a love hate relationship. Leigh hates Grant because he's so pompous and loves himself, but she also can't seem to stop wanting him. Grant has been attracted to Leigh since he was still in a relationship with his ex but his cocky attitude doesn't help him win her over. Leigh eventually agrees to go on a date with Grant and they sleep together, but their personalities clash again and they end up arguing, but their night together ends up with a suprise. However, with Grant giving out mixed signals to Leigh, their relationship doesn't last. Will he be able to change his ways and get Leigh to realise that he is the man for her?
I enjoyed reading this book, I can't wait for the next one.
