Unbelievable that someone would be so crazy to actually make themselves into one person from three to defeat one, talk about not being smart. But Paris restaurant, what an outstanding success with a great idea. Love if it is true, set it free and it will come back to you.
I've liked all the books in the various linked series, but this set is somehow not quite as good. I preferred the set with dragons.. That said, Anderle is a prolific writer and mostly good. Noffke also. But the adventure is a bit thin as is the imagination in this set and time to finalise i think.
What a tremendous journey Authors Sarah Noffke & Michael Anderle have taken their readers on with the final installment of the third Beaufont Heroine in The Inscrutable Paris Beaufont series.
I admit I will miss these adventures of Paris Beaufont and her band of merry friends and supporters she has made along her journey to graduate from the Fairy Godmothers College. But the most endearing thing is the concept of good verses bad is never a losing option when it comes to the wonderful world the Beaufont characters live in and certainly Paris Beaufont was never one to shy away from the hard games that all baddies seem to like to play.
Authors Sarah Noffke and Michael Anderle have entertained readers throughout this series with scenarios wide and wonderful filled with characters that one will both love and despise all whilst providing a truly wonderful creative, colourful and imaginative world filled with such joy to want to explore. Always a great balance with enough action, mystery, family love, devotion and support. Honestly such a great refreshingly clean and enlightening journey for any age group to want to explore a truly wonderful strong and resilient female character take on saving the world scenario.

Well, you get the idea… If you were to go down a checklist of every point that needed to be wrapped up in the series in order to put a nice little bow on it and set it out for public consumption, it would look something like that up above…
Not an item has been missed nor a stray thought forgotten and yet she still manages, if you happen to notice subplots 10 and 11 up above, to set the stage for still more Paris Beaufont books to come.
As ever, I stand in awe of the imagination and talented writing that Sarah displays and I’m sure you will too. ENJOY!
This has been a fantastic journey and one that I am glad a took with Paris! It’s been emotional and I have loved watching Paris grow stronger and stronger throughout this incredible series. It’s been one hell of a ride filled with mystery and intrigue, action and adventure, love and support and I have loved every minute of it. Fantastic storyline, fantastic characters all set in an amazing world created by these authors and 8 can’t recommend it enough.
What do we expect? What we get is the promised ending where it all works out and all i have to say is i want to go to the restaurant. As with every happy ending there is a sad bit where we nkw come to the end of this chapter in the series and a new beginning happens in February I hope. A well earned break although I shall of course say hurry up and write faster because im that kind of reader who devours good books and I blame Lady Tiny Ninja for it.
I highly recommend this kick@$$ book, and the fascinating series associated with it, to readers who love reading imaginative Fantasy. I was so happy to see a continuation if this character's story. These Beaufont characters and their supporting characters bring life to the page. Enjoy!
I do so adore this series and all of the amazing characters within. Always leaves me satisfied and smiling with the quirky solutions. Love Love love ❤️
The final book in an excellent sereies. I will miss these adventures of a tough and noble young lady. All of our favorite characters show up in this one. Paris Beaufont is loved by everyone she meets. The final project is well underway and she must also solve the mystery of the Knees. I absolutely love the cover of her in her graduation dress. Don't miss this final volume but start with the first book if you haven't already started the series.
What a perfect ending to the series. Paris has grown so much over the series from her first step into the Fairy Godmother's College. The Unexpected Peacekeeper rounds out the story, closes the loops from previous books and just leaves a good taste in your mouth. There is a prophecy to be fulfilled, along with Paris's final project so she can graduate. I loved how this story bought in all the previous characters we have grown to love, and Paris and Faraday are still as close as ever.
This book was a totally fitting end to a superb series. Not only has Paris and Faraday faced a total nightmare, but Paris has had her heart broken by Hemingway, who decided to leave his job at the College, to travel the world, searching for exotic plants.
But Paris will have to take a deep breath, and start moving along, despite her heartbreak because, not only has she got her final, big, graduating project to sort out, with so little time available to do so, but she's also got to stop the centuries-long war, between the Seelie, and the UnSeelie, too.
While doing this, she also has to hunt down the three tooth fairies who have done awful things at the Happy Ever After College but, at the same time, she also has to do something that she's terrified of doing - she has got to work with a top fashion designer, to create the perfect ballroom dress for her graduation ball - and create something fabulous food-wise, too!
It's only with the constant help of her furry sidekick, Faraday, plus many of her friends and family, that she'll be able to complete even some of it - but Paris is determined to do her best, and her determination might actually make a huge difference in everyone's life, and the future she dreams of!
This really was a wonderful story - so good, in fact, that it even had MY rather sceptical heart hoping for the happy ever afters that Fairy Godmothers are suppose to arrange!
I was getting so sad towards the end of the book, though, as I had thought that this was the last that we'd see of Paris and Faraday - but, fortunately, as I was reading the last Author's Notes of the series, Sarah very kindly set me straight, as she mentioned that Paris' story was to continue in a second series!!!!
I laughed when I read the title of it, as I'd already bought it at the beginning of 2022, when I'd bought all of Sarah's works! I'd just forgotten I had it!
This nex series is called: The Unconventional Agent Beaufont - and I'll be starting book one: The Extraordinary Fixer!
I'm not sure how much of it I'll be reading right now because, as is usual with me, I'm awake, right now, at 3.50am, so should really do my own furry friend - my 14 year old termagant of a cat - a favour, and switch off the light, so she can get on wth her tenth nap of this 24 hour period.
I'll decide that in a moment (or, let's be honest, SHE will, with me being her slave), but whatever happens, I'll catch you on the flip side to let you know what I think of it!
Paris preparing for her FGC graduation is busy, bittersweet and dangerous. She has to find and arrest the ‘Knees’ for the Seelie Queen, negotiate with the Unseelie King, restore balance between the colleges, finish her farm restaurant project and survive a broken heart. It’s Grand Opening turns into an interestingly expected grand reunion.
Paris may have this really cool farm and restaurant out in the middle of Colorado, but she needs a customer base to make it work and it seems a little remote. The Grand Opening brings people in, but the distance is a drawback. There needs to be something that keeps bringing people back, makes them want to travel that far.
The three ‘Knees’ are definitely nuts. Their plan proves how bubble-headed they are. They got what they deserved.
Fave scenes: Christine’s cakes, Smeg & the avocado, the love meter results and Paris & Faraday discussing living arrangements.
A book about love, friendship, and family! Awesome!
Book 9, wow. I feel that there is so much I should say. I have loved this series. In reality I have gotten so much out of all the Beaufont family. Paris has become the touchstone for the series, what a wonderful person she is. I was so happy to learn that her story will be going forward. Beyond cool!
If you have time to kill or just want to have a super fun read, get all of the books in the 3 series, you will laugh, cry, fall down and have a great time.
Sarah, thanks so much for all the happiness your books have given me.
This is a perfect end to an excellent series, but what’s even better is that there is lots of room left for even more stories about Paris. This book has lots of twists, humour, great characters, action, adventure and love. It’s a great story. Paris has a lot to do, she not only has to try to capture the Knees but also find a solution to the war between the Seelie and Unseelie courts and complete the work on her final project that will determine if she graduates or not. I really enjoyed this story and look forward to more stories in this world in the future.
I said in my review of book 1That I could not wake to read the rest of the series. After having binge read it all, I can honestly say this entire series is every bit as fantastic as the Harry Potter series, The Lord Of The Rings trilogy, and the Narnia series. Every single character is 100% amazingly realistic even the seemingly zany ones cause a reader to want to react to them personally. 5 Stars because I can not praise this series enough.
The end of anything is always the beginning of something. Paris gets the opportunity to negotiate peace with the tooth fairies, the Seelie and Unseelie and start her own restaurant. No pressure. If she gets it all correct she graduates. Graduations always mark and end and a beginning, as all endings do.
I loved this series I couldn't put any of the books down no Sooner did I finish one book I was on the next very well written so much adventure and so much love I highly recommend you start with book one and prepare to settle in for an adventure of a lifetime
I really enjoyed the ending to the series that tied up a lot of the plot lines. It also introduces a new story for the next series featuring Paris. Can't wait to read it.
Sarah does it again. She drags her heroine through the muck and mire and comes out shaking her head a winner. Can't wait for more of Paris, Hemingway and nerdy squirrel Faraday. Love your books Sarah.
All things Beaufant related unfold on a grand scale. Paris is no exception. She spreads love and peace in such unexpected ways, even if it needs to be pounded into submission! A very satisfying escape from mundane reality.
So so fantastic. Such a great wrap up. Tying all together even w a few story line hic ups (Ansley in burlap bag again???!) Can not wait to see where the crew heads next.
The end of this part of Paris's story is everything you could want. There are terrifying battles, whimsical characters and resolution with a twist at the end that promises more fun.
Paris has a lot to do, she has to graduate, track down the evil ex-toothfaries, and fulfill her side of the bargain with both sides of the unseelie to end a war. Great ending to this chapter of her life and I am looking forward to what's to come in the next.
For the most part I really liked this series. My only complaint is I wish things were harder for Paris. Everything comes soooo easy! She barely has to try snd her life is perfect. Romance is a yawn. But overall funny and kept me interested.
Never a full moment. Paris could not relax in case another drama needed her. Missed her parents life experiences and Sophie with Lunis. One big happy family
