This issue is well-written and beautifully drawn, but it has a lot more action, so I missed the world building and the character development, especially the banter. It also gets more serious as the conflict escalates, and the ending hinds at more mystery than I expected regarding Batman’s origins. I hope the next issues combines the action with more character interaction.

The war is heating up and the power plays are just amazing here.

Meanwhile, I think Harley Quinn seeing the Lady of the Forest means we'll get some Harley/Ivy interaction in issue four which is exciting, or maybe five since four promises the secret history of Batman?

Anyway, loving this so far.

A war with the Els is coming.

First time reading Zala Jor-El in a comic, who is supposed to be Kara Jor-El, cousin of Superman. I guess the writers couldn't get the rights to Supergirl. Bruce and Alfred are off to find out what happened, while King Jefferson and Queen Hyppolita have a talk onboard his ship.
This is starting to feel like Injustice, a DC Comic book series I fell off of because each issue dealt with someone being punched and ended with him going back into the fire.

Dark Knights of Steel is far better than it has any right to be.

This is an Elseworlds miniseries, thrusting the various DC characters into a Game of Thrones style world. The Kingdoms are ramping up for war, assassinations and intrigue mixing with familial drama while a prophecy runs in the background. Will the world, at the end, be one full of metahumans or one devoid of them all but the great Kal-El? Only time will tell.

The art is stellar and the writing on point. This issue is much more action focused, but it needs to be to continue to build towards the inevitable. Amazonia is treated, and irrevocable deeds are done... Here we go.

The art is absolutely stunning. I absolutely loved Diana/Wonderwoman in this. She was decisive and thinking about the people around her, and I really appreciated that.
There's a lot of deaths and I'm not sure how I feel about that yet. I'm not the biggest fan of rampages.
I am really loving this series so far, and looking forward to reading how it will progress.

Historia entretenida

Muy entretenida pero siento que le falta un poco más de profundidad y desarrollo a los personajes, aún así es muy interesante ver se van comportando los personajes conocidos en un entorno tan distinto.

Solid issue but read like a transitory issue, a book that makes you feel like this is gonna read better as a trade. But still, great art and the world building here is really cool.

As always, Diana must leave home to seek peace and justice. Also her Roman nose ❤️❤️ kinda crazy how this limited run is better than their current mainstream one..

I really liked this one.

It continues where the last one leaves off.

This is a really great story. I am liking where it is going. I like the character and all that they are doing and dealing with.

I am looking forward to see where this story goes.
