The results from Clive’s carnage at the carnival had been spectacular, harvesting the souls of many carnival-goers for the Goddess of the Underworld. However, the final events – before he left that scenario – hadn’t gone according to plan.
Interrupted in his task of disposing of the carnival workers with his Minions, the reincarnated soul of emotionless serial killer, Clive Logan, managed to escape just in time when a representative of the Divine tracked him down and attempted to destroy him. Unfortunately, his Minions weren’t so lucky; all of them were knocked unconscious and captured, reportedly to be interrogated later for information about Clive and where he came from.
Now, Clive is charged with either extracting them from the clutches of the Hand of the Divine – the religious representatives that handle the relocation of lost souls on Earth – or killing them before they could reveal what the Goddess of the Underworld is doing in the mortal realm. To do that, though, he has to enter a city protected by the Divine, a perfect community where the people come from all walks of life and are living together in utopian harmony.
Sadly for them, this “perfect community” doesn’t have any clue what they’re in for when Clive shows up ready to rescue his Minions….
Warning: There are some very sensitive and disturbing activities described in this book, as well as it being the tale of a serial killer doing what serial killers do; so, if you are opposed to those sorts of things, turn back now…

Terrify An Entire City Beyond Capability To Reason And Murder Every Citizen!
It's a huge goal, especially when the time limit is less than a month, but Clive Logan, psychopathic murderer and spirit core, is ready for the challenge since successfully completing his quest will free his minions from the Hand. Clive plans his greater mass murder spree of all time.
This novel, and its three predecessors, may be of interest to fans of the wider Horror genre; as well as to those who enjoy playing Horror themed RPGs.

Another brilliant spirit core novel
The spirit core novels are my favorite works of Jonathan Brooks, even more than the bio dungeon series. Just a shame they get released so slowly.
This book takes a fantastic expansion of Clive's abilities, though I missed some of the intimacy of the terror from the earlier books. Nothing from a victim's point of view this time around.

Spectacular!!!
This is a great series and just in time for Halloween! Spooky and a fun look at horror stories. Loved the first one and every one since.

To the heart of his enemy
In this story Clive in going to the enemy stronghold to rescue his minions who he lost in the last book. I loved that he got put in a cellphone and could put part of himself in other phones like a virus app. The addition of creating serial killers was interesting, it gave his minions cover the escape, and brought terror to the world.
