Starting her second year of college, Marie is forced to take a deviance psychology class with a professor famously known for being a hard-ass. What she doesn’t expect is for him to fill in all the gaps she has in her life when it comes to confidence, vulnerability, sexual pleasure….and maybe love.

Okay I have way to much fun writing those little summaries 😂. But jokes aside, I read this after sooo many people recommended it to me in my comment on tiktok and boy did they not disappoint me, this was so good.

This is one of the better dom/sub stories I have ever read, the whole dynamic between these, and that of all dom/sub relationships, was handled so well and so maturely. There was a lot of research and proper care that went into this book, and those should not be ignored.

Then once that dynamic is established we see the characters start to open up and fall for another and it so beautiful because both were so closed off to the opportunity of a full-fledged relationship, but ending up finding exactly what each needed in one another.

Despite is being extremely spicy, and taboo, this was love story, and a pretty good one at that.

Plot was okay. Sex scenes were steamy. Character and relationship development was nice and the topic was handled maturely and informative. I actually learned something which is surprising.
I have to admit that Nathaniel is reaaallllyyy hot.
All in all nothing special but still good for what it is.

I love this book. Very specific perspective into the world of kink, and it’s fantastic. If you like the teacher/ student relationship, highly recommend. The spice is too notch and I love the power play they create.

Holy hell, I read this last night and didn’t know it was on Goodreads.

I saw someone talking about this book on book Tok and I was like hell yeah‼️‼️‼️ age gap, teacher/student and bdsm.

This was sooo good. It deserves more hype. I loved Marie, she wasn’t afraid to hide what she liked from Nathaniel. N god damn Nathaniel my God he was such a perfect dom. The student/teacher romance??? Perfectly written. Aftercare and everything. The ending ….. I even loved Theo, I think he deserves his own book. I would literally sell my soul to read this for the first time again. This book got me in a chokehold atm.
