great concept and easy to read and work through, but the wording could definitely use a heavy dose of neurodiversity-affirming approach. different ways of behaving and social interaction are repeatedly framed as negative and problematic ("pedantic") even though during the introduction it is said that autistic people are different not less. overall though great strategies and useful insights while being a fast and efficient read.

Working through this book with my young adult autistic son—it’s been extremely helpful for predicting and preparing for potential problems at work and for promoting self-reflection and greater self-awareness for him and understanding for me of his thought patterns. Highly recommended.

There is a lot of helpful information here, and only a couple of sections which were outright insulting, which is pretty good for the subject matter.
