Julia When I got called into his office, I for sure thought that I was going to get kicked out. I mean, he has clearly noticed the way I stare at him. But then I am greeted by a dominant hand and a handsome smile, taken into the arms of my professor and swept away in a fantasy that I also dreamed about. My only hope now is that this fantasy turns into reality.
Anthony Wanting your shy and sweet student is against the rules. Craving to feel her skin under your hand is totally not allowed. Calling her into your office to talk about what you found in her room? Probably crossing a line. That is, until I look into her eyes and see that she needs what I can give. It would be wrong not to give her what she wants, right?

Aila Glass is a Canadian romance author, a hopeful romantic and the general of an army of Canadian geese who help her write her books. Her books are full of smut and there’s always a happily every after. Forbidden romance is her joy and heroes with that V on their hips is her inspiration. If you are into quick and dirty insta-love romances then check her out.
This is the second book in the Submission series about Julia and Professor Anthony Travers. It’s a student/professor story, age gap, light BDSM/spanking novella.
I enjoyed this instalment of the series, but I must say it felt a bit rushed.
I think Aila Glass is a really talented author I just wish this was a little longer so we got to learn more about both Julia and Anthony.
Like Mary’s Submission, this was a great book with a good pace and dynamic between the characters.
Julia and Anthony are sweet, and who doesn’t love a shy girl getting with a guy that embraces that part of her and helps her open up a bit? I know I love it!
The only thing I would have wish for would be more interaction with other characters, but being a novelette, there isn’t really much time for that!
I received an ARC from the author from an honest review. Thanks, Aila!!
Like Mary’s Submission, Julia’s Desire is steamy AF! Shy Julia comes out of her shell and comfort zone for Anthony in this new Teacher romance and she does not hold back! Great, sexy read if you want something shorter.
Received an ARC copy in exchanged for an honest review. This is a instalove sub meets Dom story. If you like age gap with light bdsm. Student meets older hot professor. Virgin girl attracted to bdsm books finds the Dom of her dreams. Read this novella for a spanking good time.
Title: Julia’s Desire Author: Aila Glass Format: Audio Narrator Gavin McAllister Genre: Romance, Age Gap, Teacher/student , BDSM, Virgin Standalone: Yes Part of a Series: August Johnson School Of Music 1.5 POV: Julia, Anthony Steam Level: Slow burn to steamy 3.5/5
I listened to this audiobook on the Read Me Romance podcast. Julia is not just learning music from her professor. lol, sorry I just had to get that out. Julia's Desire was okay. I wanted more of this couple, and how they will navigate the school and the world. Anthony is Julia's teacher and 20 years her senior. If you like forbidden age gap with light kink then Julia's Desire is the book for you. The story was good I just wanted more of their HEA.
I rate this 2 stars I wanted to rate it more because it doesn’t have a lot of rating but I’ve rated a few the same and I think they were fine the writing wasn’t my favorite and the story just felt so rushed which I understand it’s a novella but felt more rushed than most others I’ve read also he said I love you after having a full conversation with her once and I don’t even think she said it back which is confusing because she was the one that we first saw who had the big crush I kind of wish we got to see a little epilogue like maybe a few years down the road or something that would have been nice I might check out the rest of the series cause they are a little longer so maybe they have more but idk if I want to hues I’ll see when the time comes I know it would be fast paced but this just felt to fast paced for me it didn’t even make sense really

I listened to this audiobook on the Read Me Romance Podcast. I love a good OTT novella with insta-love but this was not it. I enjoy this trope but I think it was too short to get to know and like any of the characters. I haven't read the other books in this series but I'm interested in reading Violet's story.
First book to be read by the author Aila Glass. I love a good teacher/student romance. I also know this was a quick read, but this one was waaaaaaayyyy to quick if you ask, but still a good read and I plan to read the rest of the series..
I don’t like to give spoilers on the books that I read. I believe the blurb on the back is enough for you to decide if you will read the book or not. If you choose to read, enjoy!
