I enjoy this little series. It’s informative and the illustrations are beautiful. I don’t think I can attempt some of these dishes in my kitchen, but I can dream!

Researching recipes for my annual Burns Supper. This cute little book is quite informative about the origins of dishes as well as the recipes.
