1.5 star para sa ilang improvements sa book version – ilang scene, at medyo naipaliwanag nang maayos ang magic system.
Para sa akin, mas better ang original version na nabasa ko no'ng highschool pa ako, at naging isa fav story ko sa wattpad no'n.
Masyado naging mataas ang expectations ko dito sa book version kaya agad kong binili. Excited pa nga ako na basahin kasi sabi ng author nirewrite yung whole storyline kaya nagexpect ako ng mas maayos at nas pulido. Nadisappoint lang ako. Ang dami kasing lame na scenes at pilit na descriptions dito sa book ver. Nagmamadali yata yung nagsulat, masyadong narush.

This review is based on the book version.
Truthfully, I can’t remember any details from the Wattpad version, where I originally have read it 6 years ago, when I was just starting to read, But I do feel like the Wattpad version was better, even from a hazed memory.
The book felt rush, but good thing the details about Charm Academy and the whole charm world is explained thoroughly here. I still loved it because it felt like I was going back to my childhood, even just for a while.
The building relationship of Ariela and Jett on the book it not elaborated much, but nonetheless it’s still a great read if you just want a quick and fun read.
Just don’t expect much from it, especially if you haven’t read this years ago in Wattpad, lol.

Book version with wattpad version review
It's ok though there are really many parts that are left out from the wattpad version that I think would be good if it was in the book version. There are also scenes from the book that is very good and I prefer it than the wattpad version (like the training of Ariela). Reading the two versions with the gap of just 14 days i realised that the two versions is good to read one after another. I think it balances each other. But if I were to choose a versionthat I can only read for the rest of my life, I would choose the wattpad version.

SAY IT WITH ME: ARIELA AND JETT THE OG FANTASY ACADEMY COUPLE!! They paved they way for me to be interested in fantasy academy typa books. Plus their romance....ah...... the angst and slowburn..... ah it was so heartwrenching i love them both so much. It's like I became Pavlov's dog but instead of salivating at the sound of the bell, my heart flutters every time I hear the name Jett in the story. That was his effect on me. Ah, to read this book the first time again.

First book ever that I've read on Wattpad and I'm grateful that this particular story was first one I had read cause it created such memorable reading moments for me. Plot was fun and great!

I read the first draft of this story (on Wattpad) years ago and from that day onwards, I've been amazed with the writing style and world building of the author. Now a physical book, I admit that the author did a great job describing the magic system and the Societies more in here. What made me not rate this a higher star because some characters felt flat in this version. There are also typos and THE ROMANCE! It's there, but the moments... I don't know... some of it are too fast paced. Overall, it's still as magical as what I've read years ago and that matters to me. Congrats to the author of this book! I am so happy for you! #Solidier

It was actually really good! Though katulad nga ng other reviews, the ending was so pale and it felt like nagmadali ‘yung author na i-end ‘yung story.
I was more on expecting that she still wouldn’t remember her friends when she came back to the school to add more drama to the story. That she will need to hang with them more to bring back her memories. Pero, I’m not the author to make that decision naman ‘di ba?
There are so many parts that made me confused because it wasn’t detailed enough. I skipped so many parts rin kasi some of those were irrelevant to the scene.

This was the first ever fantasy story that I have read and I love it. I love you Ariela and Jett. I love the plot twist at the end. I didn't remember much of it since it was a long time since I last read this but hoping I would have the time to reread it. Cheers to the author for writing such bombing story. To more stories to write, Miss Author.

This book was the first ever Pop Fiction book I bought with my own money. It was good but the other half of the book, nearing the end was very rushed (?) This happened and then that then something happened to her then after maybe a chapter she recovers from this. t'was good though.
