I've always been good with my hands, from fixing motorcycles and cars to boxing in illegal fights. But, unfortunately, my Irish temper got the better of me when I was younger. I fled to avoid the trouble that was chasing me. It's been years since I stepped foot in Boston. I'm not the same man I used to be. No matter how far I ran or how long it's been, my past has finally caught up with me, and it may cost me everything. I left more than I thought behind, and it's time to face my demons head on to correct my mistakes. Hopefully, I'm not too late to earn forgiveness for my sins.

I'm a retired 46-year-old Puerto Rican wife and mother of 3 plus 1 bonus daughter. Originally from NYC, now living a quiet life in the south suburbs of Chicago. I enjoy reading and writing romance and erotic fiction. I'm addicted to coffee, sci-fi, and all things Marvel.

I was a teen mom with a whole world of statistics against me. Every time I was told I couldn't do something, I did it, took pictures, and smiled with my son on my hip for everyone who ever doubted me.

Now, after finding the love of my life in my thirties, we married in the great 2020 pandemic, which shall not be named. We have a house full of teenagers who don't need mommy anymore, and the hubs is a traveling ER nurse, SO I have found myself with a lot of downtime.

After years of having this story taking space in my head, I decided to share it with the world. Gotta say, this writing gig is HARD. But with some time and grace, I'll get it right.

Humor, Spicy and Thrilling– MorningStar MC

I had the pleasure to read D. Williams, MorningStar MC series. This is my first experience reading about motorcycle clubs (MC). And D. Williams did not disappoint. She offers a glossary of slang associated with the MC and that is very helpful to people new to this world. She also provides the hierarchy of the MorningStar MC along with who is who. This allowed me to follow the characters with the club names while I started into this series.

The series follows each of the main club members and how they found their partners or what they call “old lady” or “old man”. Their stories are captivating, spicy and will pull at your heartstrings. The love these characters show for each other is what any reader would want for themselves.
Each book has romance, spice, thrill and even terror. Oh did I say spice…… The love stories are mixed with everything you could hope for from age gap, MMF, BDSM, and goes on. The spice is there and I love it’s not a slow burn relationship. She gives you what you are seeking and some! You see the love each member has for their MC family and their loyalty that is earned. You become engrossed into their world and you can’t stop. You get your fill and when the book ends, you jump right to the next one.

Finnegan is the club mechanic. He has the love of his life by his side. He needs to go home to confront demons, but his past has more to it than he ever knew. Can he win the forgiveness he’s been seeking or will this be too much for him, his lover, the club, his demons……

D. Williams doesn’t stop here with this series. Oh no! She continues the stories in her spin off, MorningStar MC – Reno Chapter. It’s not complete yet, but she does not disappoint with this series either. It’s just as good as the original MorningStar MC and I can’t wait to see that to completion either!

Thank you D. Williams for bringing the world to life and allowing me to get lost for a little while and come out smiling, crying, laughing and more!

I'm on a roll and I can stop reading this series.
D Williams has created this amazing MC series and I can't get enough of it.
Each book is special and the need to keep reading is over the top.
Her writing is raw and wild, intense and super hot.
Finnegan is her latest release and it's the fifth book from the MorningStar MC series.
Guys, despite the fact that these books are standalone, I advise you to read this series from the beginning because some events take place in the previous books.
This book explores the lives of Finnegan, Avery, and Aiden.
Finnegan is one of the brothers from the MorningStar MC, with a temper.
When he was younger, that said temper got the best of him and he just fled.
Now, he's back to his hometown and...
Avery had suffered the unthinkable and the only thing that kept her sane was her son. Now, her baby daddy is back in town and...
Aiden is a former special agent that retired.
He's a sweetheart and in love with Finnegan.
When they both go to spend Thanksgiving with his mom...
I'm speechless right now... And guys, I always have something to say. Lol
But this book... Oh lord, this book.
Perfect plot, well written, super engaging, and hot... So so hot.
This book was so addictive that I read it in one sitting.
I couldn't stop, nor did I want to, if I'm being honest.
These characters worked perfectly with each other and you can feel the love they shared.
In this book, 1+1 equals 3...
Who said that you can only love one person?
This book shows us just that.
It was an amazing journey and I can't wait for the next one.
Great book D. Williams. I'm loving this series so much.

Brilliant must read I can't put this series down....

This next book picks up after Finnigan finaly agreed to go with Aiden to Boston for Thanksgiving to meet his mom. He has been hesitant to go but we don't find out why untill he arrives in Boston. He has a huge secret past, Aiden knows he is original from Boston but has no clue why he left and why he hasn't been back to see his parents in years, or even contacted them at all. The reasoning is absolutely huge and you are going to want to read to find out all the juicy details. I will say the understanding, acceptance pure love that Aiden has is something I hadn't expected. Then what his brother's in the MC do to protect Finnegan's dark secret, and family is absolutely amazing.
The crazy arsonist continues to reak havoc and Cane is at his wits end, trying to get to the bottom of who this could be.
The sex amazing hot probably the hottest I have read in such a long time you need to read this book especially if you have become hooked on this series. Also highly recommend reading the series from book one because everyones story continues and is intertwined. This whole series is absolutely amazing so good I just can't put it down. I have to know if so many theories I have are true or what next is going to happen, brilliant story telling!!!

Finnegan, Avery and Aiden

Finn and Avery were school sweethearts and she was finishing up her degree classes while Finn was doing some illegal fighting. His dad supposedly wanted him to throw the fight to save the family business and he was also to kill his opponent. The leader of the Italian mob took Avery and between Sullivan and Lucas they abused her and passed her back and forth among themselves, because they wanted an heir, but she had her son Isaac to protect as well, which happens to be Finn's son. Finn had escaped after the fight and never returned until seven years later and that's when he discovered his son and the fact that Avery had been abused. Finn and Aiden have their own relationship with each other, but are not opposed to including another male or female, so once they get Avery and Isaac to safety, they explore a relationship including Avery. The guys and the club also try to pull a fake death off for Avery and Isaac, but Sullivan gets her brother Jay out of the hospital and starts abusing him until Avery pretends to want to go back to him, but the club help with kidnapping Sullivan and Lucas. Happy reading.

Finnegan, the only member of the MorningStar MC who doesn't ride a motorcycle, is the mechanic who can fix anything but his own past. He fled Boston years ago to keep the ones he loved safe. Now, the new love of his life, Aiden, needs Finn to come with him to Boston during Thanksgiving to clean out his apartment so they can start their life together in Paradise, NV. Finn knows it's going to be tricky returning there but he's willing to take the chance for Aiden. Little do they know that the past is going to impact them in a huge way. All it takes is stepping in to stop an assault on a child and woman, on two separate occasions, to bring Finn's long lost fiancée Avery and her son Issac into their lives. A boy who could be a dead ringer for Finn. What ensues is life altering for all four of them. Come join along as D. Williams takes us all on a ride worthy of the time spent curled up with this edition of the MorningStar MC series.

D Williams is a relatively new-to-me author and after binge-reading the first 4 MorningStar MC books, I eagerly jumped right into Finn's story and stayed up way late to read this, and it was worth the missed sleep! This book took me on an emotional roller coaster and I loved every minute of it. With the previous books still fresh in my mind, I immediately noticed that this book has a bit of a different start, but it all made sense, and then all the dots were really connected once Aiden made an appearance. Of course it's not gonna be all sunshine and rainbows, especially once the past is brought back to light, and while it was tragic, it was also somewhat healing and surprisingly happiness was found.

The blurb on this book does not do justice to all that’s going on in this book, I was delightfully unprepared and enjoyed every second of it.
Finn done messed up and is forced to face his past while keeping ahold of his future. You have fighting, family drama, smexy scenes, humor, multiple POV and a MC crew all packed into this one wild ride of a book. I didn’t know what was going to happen next, I just kept saying “just one more chapter” and the next thing I know I’ve finished the book . Once you pick it up you really can’t put it down.
Plus the MC is like a SWAT team, move over Honda, Abel has it handled!

This is the 5th book in this amazing series. Finnegan lets his temper get the best of him which left him fleeing Boston to avoid the carnage, which is coming his way, and now years later he is back on Boston and needs to face his past and the challenges that entails. This story had me totally invested from the very beginning to the end with the engaging and relatable characters. This is a well written story which is an emotional roller coaster, with family, friendships, drama, humor, witty banter, and love, which leads to a steamy and all-consuming riveting page turner. Be aware that there may be triggers for some due to the sensitive content!

This was not what I was expecting at all! We all knew from Dorian's story that Wrench/Finn and Adrian are a thing, so I did wonder just what would happen in their story as they were pretty much already a couple. I was NOT expecting this to turn into a MMF story. I expected drama, some danger, violence, something that pulls the two apart, but they eventually come back together as a united front. What we get is the life that Wrench ran from, and him learning just what he left behind when he ran. I think right now I'm in my feelings cuz I don't really care for Avery and feel bad for Aiden, not that he was complaining. So far this is my least favorite of the series and give this 3 stars.

Love This Series

I’m so glad that we Finn’s story this time and it was every bit the hit that the previous books in this series were. Back in the day Finn was a hot head and had to leave Boston to keep his loved ones safe. Now years later and his partner is Aiden and Aiden is ready to move his things from Boston in order to be with Finn. Talk about the past coming back full face especially when you figured you would never go back again.

I loved Finn’s story and can’t wait to see what this author brings to the table next because so far her books have pulled me in.

Finnegan started so differently than the others and it continued right through to the end. He and Aiden are so in love and when they come back to Boston for the visit their whole world seems to shift yet they go with the flow and things get better and better, of course after a few struggles along the way.
They have the support of the MC family and Abel continues to be the pain as always and as everyone expects.
Enjoyable read

Wow I wasn't expecting to like this book as much as I did. It's very spicy! I would advise to check TW.
I love the dynamic between Finnegan, Aiden and Avery. Finn and Avery are past lovers forced apart, and Finn now has Aiden. They all work together though to save Avery and her son.
Great read!
I received an ARC and this is my honest review.

Finnegan has not been home for years as the danger it presents. So now when his past crashes into his future and threatens everything he holds dear he will do anything to protect those he loves. Wow, so many twists in this story and I have to say my kindle is still smoking after reading this story, so hot!!!

Another good read

Alright. Book five was interesting and addictive.

It still has the grammar and spelling issues that the others have, but when you factor those out, the storyline is good. Without leaving spoilers, I can share that I was interested in how this relationship would work with all of them. Nice that it resolved the way it did.

Wow. This had so much secrets revealed that you never expected. I couldn't put book down once started.

I loved Aiden and Finn together, they always been inseparable since Cuba. But a trip to Boston brings some secrets out. They find more love for each other. Can they survive? What will Avery think?

I can't wait for more.

OMG, Finnegan has been my all time favorite A MorningStar MC book. Be prepared for it to be a page turner. Sad parts, happy parts, and everything in between. There may be triggers for some. Be prepared, but if you can get through those parts, it's a great book,

A little disappointed, I thought this was to be an MM book…,
I’m sorry to write this but the way he left Boston… a little childish and cowardly… not my thing,
Sorry because this serie is so good, specially the first one!

This series just keeps getting better and better with every story IMO!! The book gave me all of the fields from ecstatically happy to extremely sad and everything in between. Finn lets his temper get the best of him and that leads to him fleeing Boston to not have to deal with the fallout. When he is forced to return his past will be waiting for him. Will it be too late for him to correct the wrongs?
