Everyone pays a price with dark forces. Unlikely allies and betrayal. An unrelenting enemy.
Luna's whole world teeters on the edge after her expulsion from the Guild of Shadows. No more magic school. No more home. No more family. Definitely no spelled walls or sexy guardians to protect her from the dark forces hunting her. And just because she need a kick in the guts, Cole, her protector and boyfriend, abandons her too.
With a runaway serpent by her side, she'll fight the darkness seeking her power to control the supernaturals. But the snakes don't play nice. They play dirty and their fangs sink deep. Luna's going to be lucky if she lives to see another day after they're done with her, especially when no one is who they seem.
Hellfire is the thrilling fourth book in the Guild of Shadows academy series.
Book 3 Of this series ended on a very low point. When the fourth book starts the pain is there and so well written out that it gives this book the perfect setting for a hopeful redemption/ending.
This series has such a varied and complex character cluster. Each one is easy to picture and each has their own presence making them individualistic and relatable. They each play an essential part of the story. Each and every twist and turn pulls you into the story deeper and you can really connect with the characters.
It’s not your typical RH as the guys don’t get along and place nice throughout the first 3 books. In fact they can all barely contain their jealousy/distrust and even gate. By book 4 they come together in a rough way which is very promising.
This series is a slow burn not only romance-wise but in general. There is a great amount of detail and groundwork that goes into the first book (almost 2) that really gets you invested in the characters lives. By the end of book 2 you won’t be able to stop and book 4 will blow you out of the water.
Things are really starting to heat up action and plot wise with Hellfire. I have to tell you I am absolutely loving this series. I like the characters, the plot, the pace and story itself. Be warned, this book will grab your attention and will not let up til the end.
Book four picks up with book three left off, with Luna and Cole are out of the Guild. But there is a surprise for Luna, because yeah, her boyfriend decides not to stay with her. So she is left alone trying to figure out what to do next. Although she is trying to have some of her guys help her but they are limited. I do no want to say more because I do not want to reveal anything. Let's just say that there is a lot happening and hang on.
Overall, if you are fans of paranormal stories that are awesome, well written, have lots of action, some romance and just a flat out good read. Here you go!!
Wow, what a read! This is one of those series that just gets better and better as it progresses and this latest addition is just awesome! Carrying from the previous book this is non stop, action packed and had me holding my breathe as I read it! A lot of drama, emotions and that plot twist, OMG I did not see that coming! This is a series you must read!
Wow, what an explosive ending to a great series. I loved this last book as it brought everything together and gave us that epic ending we were all waiting for! Snakes, monsters... Oh my! The characters felt well defined and their growth from book one is done beautifully. I have to say that I was sad to see it finish and would love to see more of Luna and her men after the ending but I'm satisfied with how it all wrapped up. Skyler and mila have created a fantastic, unique and interesting world of magic that I have loved and enjoyed every page. Bring on the spin off series 😉
Love this series. Fantastic read. Luna dosnt know where to turn, the guild has adandoned her, her grandfather wants her but not for family reasons, just to, you know, gain him more power. Cole has no clue what he wants, Talons heart seems to be made of stone like his night time version. Blaze's powers are on the fritz and Gable needs to sort his siblings out. There is so much going on in this book that i could not expect anything. This was such an exciting read and i cannot wait for the next

Wonderful well written plot and story line that had me engaged from the start. Love the well fleshed out characters and found them believeable. Great suspense and action with wonderful world building. Can't wait to read what the author brings out next. Recommend reading.
I read a complimentary advance copy of the book; this is my voluntary and honest review.
This isnt your typical RH as the guys dont all gel and place nice throughout the first 3 books but by book 4 they come together in a rough and ready way which is refreshing. Book 3 ended on a low point and the pain at the beginning of this book is raw and just feels so right and adds so much to the depth of this storey. Wonderful and diverse Characters, each one is easy to picture and each has their own full presence making them each an essential part of the puzzle that makes up the essence of this series of books, every twist and turn pulls you in to the story deeper and you can really connect. Love this series, it may start off slow but it builds through out the books and keeps you interested through out.
Family is what you make them because for Luna (FMC) her real family are a bunch of vicious back-stabbers. That would do anything to get what they wanted no matter who they hurt including her. In book 4 the last in this series things come to a head. Grrrr what was Cole thinking of after what happened at the ending on book 3?? He just annoyed the hell of me!! Although Gable is the only guy who seemed to be bothered with Luna for majority of book 4 and im glad how most of the loose ends were tied up in this book. Saying that with this ending is this the actual ending??? Seems like it was left open for another book?? Still i loved this series so much. Its a totally brilliant read
The fourth book in the series Hellfire starts where book 3 left off.
Luna has been kicked out of the guild after they used her for the hidden info in her head She must learn what these symbols are and what they mean before Camus or pheobe.
Cole is angry at Luna Blaze has lost his powers and has been marked by the snakes Talon is still torn between trusting Luna and Gable will do anything to free his family.
This last book has all the action you could want with a few twists and turn thrown in for good measure the series is well worth a read and has been a favourite series of mine sad to see it end .
Luna, an orphan and now former Shadow Guild student, along with Cole, Blaze, Talon, and Gable, all her men, are dealing with the ramifications of the choices they made in Crossfire while still trying to figure out how to stop Camus. As the story progresses another mystery is revealed, the tables turn, and finding the power of the last element could turn the tide back to the light and resolve how to deal with Camus. Mila Young & Skyler Andra’s Hellfire is a stunning reverse harem romance tale with plenty of twist to leave you pulling out your hair until the end.
I received a free copy of the book from the author. I had the opportunity to review or not.
I was up and down with this one. Some parts were a struggle for me, with Luna going behind her guys' backs and the self deprecation.
But other parts such as the relationship built with each guy, especially Gable were riveting to read.
A definite read for those looking for an interesting academy series. But be prepared for the slow burn aspect with some of the relationships, especially at the same time.

Hellfire sure did throw us for a loop things are starting to come together, and going topsy turvy, for us to understand and Luna has been Expelled from the Guild of Shadows. Luna starts to realize that she wont be at her best unless she has her Guys with her Cole, though he needs to be kicked in the you know what, Blaze, Gable, and Talon. I cant wait to read what will happen next in this world
Amazing ending to the series with the door open to maybe get other, just loved everything about it, the whole series had me from start to finish was waiting on the edge of my seat for the next book to come out, well done Skyler and Mila can't wait to see what you bring out next, must read you will not be disappointed
I can't think of anything negative to say about this book. It was well written, the story works perfectly with the previous books. Picks right up where the last one ended. And I love Gable!!!
Holy moly! What an incredible ride! I think my favorite part was the what! ending, but as always this series delivers tons of heat and action. A definite must read.
Holy crap that was a shit show from the first page and just continued . I was yelling at the book the entire time I was reading. I don’t think this is the ending and I can’t wait to read what happens next.
I really enjoyed reading this book. It started out right where the other book left off and just keeps going. It's action packed with questions answered, and mysteries solved. This series is amazing
Woah! This book had me on the edge of my seat. It's a perfect ending. Tons of action kept me from putting the book down. Luna is perfect. She will do whatever it takes to remove the power her grandfather has.
Without the doubt the best book in the series. New dark threat rises in the Brotherhood of the Serpents, and with much more physical fitness and clear mind than Camus, it seems the danger is immense. Worlds can be destroyed upon uncovering the last sigil - and the worlds are indeed thrown into a complete chaos. Now, Luna and her boys have to unite their forces and stand up in the last desperate fight, trying the unimaginable to stop the darkness. Finally in this book I somewhat came to terms with all five main characters. I loved Gable, Blaze, and Talon, basically from the beginning, but I felt Cole was the weakest link among the men, not even mentioning Luna who was for me a spoiled brat, reckless and selfish, very immature. Now she grew into a woman, acceptable even by me, though I won't call her one of my favorite heroines. But her act in the final scenes made me change my opinion on her, and for that I am glad. This book was full of twists, revealed secrets, uncovered truths, admitted feelings, and desperate action. Definitely the highest intensity level, much better balanced writing when it comes to language, proportion of each element (plot, emotions, romance, action, character development, whatever you think of), and complexity of the characters. Considering the epilogue, I would really love to continue reading any book set into this world.
I decided to write one review for book two, three and four. Luna's story takes many twists and turns and although she makes some mistakes along the way, her intentions were always pure and aimed at doing a good deed for the Guild, her partners and the world.
The one character, who really disappointed me was Cole. At the end of book three, I was rather furious with his actions. In contrast, the person who came through for the FMC was Gable and to be quite frank I loved him from his very first appearance. There is just something about the dark, distant male characters that completely captivates me.
Overall, the books are intriguing, there is a lot of background story provided such as the dark magic of the serpents, the djiin realm, the discovery of the different elements that wield enormous power and of course the journey that all characters undertake as they discover what is important to them.
The story was very good. It has a lot of action, drama, suspense, and mystery. But, there are parts that are talked about that are not in the main part of the story and they are are not readily available as part of the main series. This causes confusion as it is referenced during this story leaving the reader to wonder what they are referring to. Yes, there is a slight explanation but until you receive that explanation you are a bit confused. Then there is Luna, she is to be so powerful but at times she is weak as a lamb. With that being said that ending is still very good and it still pulls you in and you have to see what happens. There were a few editing errors but otherwise it was well written. It is stunning and most definitely worth reading.
*I received a free copy of this book which I voluntarily chose to write an honest review for.
We pick back up with Luna being kicked out of the Guild for the events of the last book. As if this is not bad enough Cole chooses to go with his mother of all people instead of staying with her. Thankfully Gable is there to give her somewhere to turn since she is still in danger. Lots of secrets start coming out, we get a surprise twist with the bad guy, and some huge relationship building steps between them all. Makes for captivating read that you won't want to put down once you get started. I really liked it so I give it 4/5 stars.
Such a great ending to a great series. The author threw us for a loop with some things but it showed how things started to come together. Luna's whole world shattered, or so she thought after her expulsion from the Guild of Shadows.
This is the fourth book in the series and this is a great story with great characters, action and suspense. I enjoyed reading this book as much as the others, this is a great addition to this series.
I received a review copy of this book and I am voluntarily giving an honest review
Mila Young and Skylar Andra are both very talented authors and they have finished this emotional and dramatic series off brilliantly! This book kicked off exactly where book three ended, with everyone shattered and not knowing who they wanted to trust or who they were going to support! This series had a huge world building and character developing which all to come to this last book. What is really different throughout the series is that all the guys have not been the typical RH group of guys, they are jealous and distrustful and really only start to come more together in this final book! This really brought a new dynamic to the series which made it such an interesting read. Whenever I read a book by these two authors I am left loving it and I become fully engrossed and invested in the character that I am always sad that it ends but love how they finish it off. This series is a highly recommended completed series that all RG and lovers of strong FMC should be reading!
