As the title suggests, this is a great start for student leaders.
I walked through this book & the companion devotional ("I am a Leader") with our ministry student leadership team, and it provided our team much insight into not only "how we lead" but also the "how best to lead".

After going through the various leadership style/type assessments, the lists of strengths, cautions, and growth points helped our adult leaders (like myself) work through the best growth goals and plans with our student leaders. It gave great starting points for goal setting, helped us identify what we were already good at and how best to put those strengths together as a team, and provided deeper insight into where we needed to be careful as a leadership team and individual leaders.
