Small but mighty. “I Own My Magic” is a tiny book of self-reflection, journaling, and affirmations. All geared towards Black women. Each chapter focuses on an area where we can practice a bit more self-care.

I read through the entire book before doing any of the journaling exercises. Just reading through G. Michelle Goodloe’s personal stories and the journaling questions….whew I felt a lot coming up. Like I said this book is tiny but I don’t see myself flying through some of these journaling prompts. The size makes “I Own My Magic” perfect for on the go.
