A clear winner if you’re ready to win at being you again!

After I read Bryant Willis’ book, I found this book. I was hoping for the same level of value and great mix of information, and I was not disappointed at all. Again, he has great motivation tactics to help you overcome excuses and think smarter. I loved the easy to implement instructions on how to customize the entire change in lifestyle from meals to workouts to just forming better habits. The book is packed with extremely easy guides to each exercise with great explanations and illustrations. As I’ve gotten older, I’ve slowly given up on the idea of becoming fit again and between these two books, I know now that it is not out of reach. This author is a solid authority who puts all his experience and client successes in a concise, extremely functional how-to manual that just works.

Good introductory guide to strength training, aimed more at beginners. Less helpful for those more experienced in strength training.

Excellent book

I really liked this book as it goes into the right depth on all the subjects. The the technique for each exercise is explained really well with good advice about doing them safely and not over doing it. This book has really helped me changed the things that I have been doing wrong especially on the nutritional side.
