The last part of this series had plenty of angst and feelings.
Roscoe and Sienna’s journey was not an easy one.
At the last 17% of the story the author went overboard with the drama and my excitement was diminished. The specific twist didn’t work for me at all.

What a fantastic conclusion to this rockstar series. I've been intrigued and looking forward to Roscoe's story and who would capture this playboys heart. From the start of this series we have seen all the band members fall but Roscoe held firm and was totally against ever settling down, falling in love or having children.
During this book you get to see Roscoe's world get turned upside down. Sienna has been in his life as his sisters best friend since he was 11 and she was 6. After a night of fun at his sisters wedding. The world as Roscoe wanted to live it, came to a screeching halt and turned upside down, but even then he fought against it all.
This book is about, trust, hope and being strong. Being strong enough that you can face the world alone. And thats exactly what Sienna plans to do. Its hard to say more in regards to this story. Without blowing it wide open and revealing to much. Just know that its a brilliant and beautiful story. One that made me cry so much but I smiled huge as well.
I am so glad I took a chance on a new to me author and opted to read this fantastic series. And what a series it has been, building with each book. I can't recommend this book and series enough. It's turn out to be a 5 star series.

I have been waiting on Roscoe’s story; I knew it would take a special woman to change his ways. But unfortunately, his changes do not happen overnight, nor are they pretty.
Sienna is the best friend of Addy Perry, Roscoe’s little sister. She has not seen him for fifteen years, but Addy’s wedding changes things.
The series is now complete, and this book is definitely my favorite. Worlds are turned upside down, with missed opportunities and communication issues, and righted again. The love and support of the families, blood, and choice make this story richer. Add in a few twists and unexpected turns, and putting this book down was tough.

I knew Roscoe would have one heck of a story to tell and that he would need an emotional kick to the head, and I was not disappointed. First, he got someone’s hopes up. Then, he let them crash to the ground. And that was all before he was even famous. And totally unintentional. But sometimes the pain of our young hearts sticks with us for a while. A long while. So when he gets a chance with Sienna, he thinks he won’t squander it because she just seems different from other women. Then things go sideways, harsh words are said, and the repairing needs to begin. But when I say that Roscoe is INCREDIBLY determined when he chooses a path, I mean it. 100%. But will it be enough? Will Sienna see all that he’s changing and feeling and doing?
Sienna made me want to cry several times. And when Roscoe witnessed her dedication to her new reality, he couldn’t help wanting to make it right. Sure, there are a few stumbles along the way, but these two do manage to communicate quite well and Roscoe melted everything in Sienna from head to toe (and lots in between) with his ability to communicate and give and love. I’m a little sad to see the end of this series, but I know that we’ll be seeing more of this group in the future and I can’t wait. After all, we’ll be staying in the same town for Royce and his security series, so I see many glimpses of old friends in the future.

Sienna had been in love with Roscoe since she was fifteen years old and he was twenty. So she knew he never saw her as anything other then his little sister’s best friend. Sienna had been in two relationships in her life and neither had panned out. Now her besty was getting married and Roscoe was in the wedding party as her partner and he was intent on making her be with him, all she wanted was to avoid him to save her heart. These two getting together was hot, burst my Kindle into flames hot. The consequences of that night had me upset. Roscoe’s actions were disappointing and I was very unhappy with his lack of character. Sienna I truly loved, she was not giving Roscoe an inch. He wanted space in her life and he was going to have to work for it. You know the bigger they are, the harder they fall and his fall was going to be epic. I couldn’t wait to get to his groveling.
This story might be my favorite of all the guys and I loved the happy ending. I’m giving it five stars and I highly recommend it.

I don’t know why I started with this book since it’s apparently the last in the series, but here I am. If I’m not mistaken, this is my first read from this author and I have mixed feelings about it. I can’t say I loved this particular book, but it definitely won’t stop me from reading more from this author since I don’t have any qualms regarding her writing style etc. But now I do wish I started with the first book in the series (I’m usually OC when it comes to the reading order of book series even though they can be read as standalones, but sometimes I do step out of my comfort zone — like now lol).
This story follows Sienna and Roscoe (always reminded me of Rocko from Rocko's Modern Life but whatevs) who have loosely been in each others lives for years — with Sienna being Roscoe’s little sister’s best friend. Sienna has crushed on Roscoe since she hit puberty, but since Roscoe’s a complete and utter manwhore who will never settle down and have a family and would rather screw anyone with a skirt, she avoided him for the past 15 years. But the inevitable happened and they crossed paths during Addy’s (Roscoe’s little sister and Sienna’s bff) wedding and they have a whopping wild one-night stand. But alas, nothing comes out of it since Roscoe is still a commitment-phobe and had to leave the very next day to continue with their band’s tour. Little did they know, he’ll be leaving a little something with Sienna along the way. Yep, you guessed it right — a surprise baby! Months go by until Roscoe returns home from the tour and only then does Sienna get to tell him about the news and welp, he does not take it well. At all.
I gotta say, his initial reaction raised all my hackles and was a complete turn-off for me, but after having stepped back a little, I tried putting myself in his shoes. Yes, I was still irked because he was such a colossal manwhore, but considering that was his choice of way of life and was upfront about it since the start, you can’t really fault him. Still, the accusation of whether it was his or not was totally uncalled for. At least Sienna didn’t turn into a begging pathetic excuse of a woman and actually held her ground and made him work for it again. I did like how Sienna handled everything though and eventually, it was damn nice to see Roscoe mature and change into the man (and father) one can be proud of. There was also a little suspense tidbit that happened towards the end, but it wasn’t drawn out and was resolved quite quickly. Overall, it was an okay book to pass the time if you’re into the surprise pregnancy trope.

-TW: unplanned pregnancy, kidnapping, some violence (H gets shot), explicit sex
-Safe sex: condoms were used, but were disregarded once Sienna gets pregnant. H got tested though (since he was a manhoe) and was clean
-H age 35, h age 30
-No virgins; H was a total manwhore and slept around a lot
-No cheating, but it is assumed that the H still slept around after their ONS (not cheating since they weren’t together)
-No sex/intimate scenes with other people
-OW drama; H had an ex gf who he still occasionally hooked up with prior to sleeping with the h, and she confronted the h and caused drama. She also staged a kidnapping of the h so that she can pretend to “save her” and have the H indebted to her (cray-cray vibes right there)
-No separation cause they technically weren’t officially together after their ONS, but it took months for him to come back from the band tour
-HEA with epilogue

A.K. Evans Shines That Amazing Talent of Hers!
Oh. My. WOW!!! “Complication,” the sixth and final book in the Rock Stars & Romance series by A.K. Evans, is in-FRIGGIN-credible! Loyal fans have been patiently waiting for Roscoe’s story, and this certainly did not disappoint. This man is sexy, a bit guarded, and an unapologetic poster boy for rock star deliciousness. Beneath that exterior, however, he has a huge smushy heart that becomes more and more apparent as he gets closer and closer to his baby sister’s best friend, Sienna. Sienna is independent and beautiful, and she has been secretly in love with Roscoe since she was a teenager. As she always does, Evans wraps up her series by weaving the earlier couples into the story right along with Roscoe and Sienna. Tears. I had honest-to-goodness tears. Heart-tuggers, lip-biters, and all the friggin’ goosebumps. SOOOO very excited for the new series that Evans masterfully set up for us too. LOVE LOVE LOVE your talent, A.K. Evans!

OH did Evans save the best for last!!! I have been so looking forward to who would bring Roscoe to his knees and oh does he ever with a blast from his past. Sienna is Roscoe’s sister’s best friend. So these two have a history. And OHHH is it an emotional one! There are some epic little twists and turns that will have you going what just happened to the big bomb drop that has me questioning Roscoe as a whole. My heart ached for Sienna! You could feel the hurt radiate off the pages as she is trying to navigate the future with Roscoe even though he is being a bit of a jerk! The band is so involved too and I adored every single moment of it as well. There are a lot of ups and downs within this book and will have you rooting for that happily ever after!
With Roscoe being the last book of this series, I am sad to see this series come to an end but I love how Evans has woven the next series into this book as well as the previous in the series. 100% leaves me wanting and dying to get my hands on what is to come! Now is the time to binge this series as a whole and fall in love with these characters!

After reading the previous books in this series, I was expecting a great read, and this installment didn't disappoint! In fact, I think the author saved the best couple and story for last! The plot was engaging, with plenty of the typical romance tropes, but they each had just a slight twist on them to make them unique to this particular story. I especially loved the romance between Roscoe and Sienna, as there were quite a few points where it mirrored my own past romances! While there wasn't much in the way of a musical/rockstar interaction, it did make up for that by adding in a minor suspense angle. I especially enjoyed the fact that this book continued to give sneak peeks into the author's next romantic suspense series! All in all, an emotionally moving end to the series and one I highly enjoyed!

Whew! What a great read!!
I cannot believe this series is done! I loved all of these characters and stories, but Roscoe and Sienna's story is my favorite.
I was on the edge for most of this book. From the first paragraph until the last, I found it difficult to put this one down. The stories in this series are easy to enjoy and the pages seem to turn themselves...and this one was no different. Roscoe made me angry, frustrated and disappointed. But then, I was happy, swooning and thrilled at his sweetness! I could totally relate to Sienna, and wanted her HEA in the worst way! That is what I love about this author: her ability to transport me into the world of these amazingly well-crafted characters and make me feel all the feels! I will miss these guys!!
I strongly recommend reading this series in the correct reading order to get the most from the story and series. The originality of this series (as well as her others) always ensures a wonderful read. I highly recommend this author's numerous works, as there is something for everyone to enjoy.

One night of fun, though, turns complicated very quickly and in ways that Roscoe never expected to see his life going.
Complication was insta-lust turned slow burn. After their magical night, things are left extremely complicated between Roscoe and Sienna. Honestly, I wasn’t a big Roscoe fan for a bit even though I knew he'd eventually pull his crap together and see what was right in front of him. I loved watching his transformation while also watching Sienna slowly break down her walls and begin to trust that Roscoe really was a changed man. They ended up being a super sweet couple that had some very hot moments together once their slow burn burst into flames!

I’ve been excitedly waiting for Roscoe’s story for a while and was giddy when I finally got my hands on it.
Roscoe is the ultimate playboy rocker and loves it. Sienna is his little sisters best friend so she’s known Roscoe for a long time and has had a crush on him since she was 15 years old. Since he’s five years old than her and been off with his band, they haven’t seen each other in many years.
They pair up when Roscoe goes home for his sister’s wedding and end up having an amazing night together.
Their story has some epic twists and turns, ups and downs, making things “complicated”. I loved seeing their journey to see if they can work things out, as well as seeing the band mates get involved. The story has some angst-which I am here for it! Ms. Evans wraps it up in her usual beautiful fashion, leaving this reader absolutely satisfied. It’s always sad to see the end of a loved series but we are left looking forward to the next. This entire series is a fave!

Their story has some epic twists and turns, ups and downs, making things “complicated”. I loved seeing their journey to see if they can work things out, as well as seeing the band mates get involved. The story has some angst-which I am here for it! Ms. Evans wraps it up in her usual beautiful fashion, leaving this reader absolutely satisfied. It’s always sad to see the end of a loved series but we are left looking forward to the next. This entire series is a fave!

This was my favorite book of the series! I’m sad it’s over, because the entire series was so good.
Sienna is Roscoe’s little sister’s best friend. She has know Roscoe since they were kids and had a crush on him almost the entire time. Now that they reconnect at her best friends wedding, things are about to get complicated, and juicy!
This was an extremely good story. I loved seeing the characters development, and how they both handle the new things happening in their lives. I wanted to read the book as fast as I could to see what was going to happen. At the same time I wanted to savor it because I didn’t want it to end. Every book gets better and better. The whole series is a must read!

Complication is Book 6 of the Rock Stars & Romance series, Can be read as a standalone but this series has been amazing and you will enjoy getting a glimpse of the previous couples!
Complication definitely took over my number spot for this series! Roscoe and Sienna were incredible together. Roscoe had to face some hard truths about himself and come around to being there not only as a Dad but for Sienna. Once Roscoe was all in and changed his mindset, he was such a swoon-worthy book boyfriend! It was a heartfelt journey as Roscoe and Sienna make it to their HEA, twists and complications arise but I loved how they worked through things and relied on each other as their feelings grew. Complication was a sweet and beautifully written, feel-good romance story. The perfect ending to this series.

This story was amazing! I have been waiting for Roscoe and Sienna’s story since I heard they would be getting their own. A.K. Evans did not disappoint with this emotional roller coaster packed book!
Sienna has had a crush on her best friend, Addy Perry’s brother, Roscoe since she was young. Unfortunately, our playboy rockstar did not return the sentiment until one night years later. This led to Sienna and Roscoe’s life to change for the better.
I am obsessed with this book! I am so sad to see this series end, but I’m glad that these characters got there happily ever after!

So frustrating
Okay so I never do this. I have given 2 stars review before but it was after I read the book. I'm literally at the middle of the book and I am forcing myself to stop reading it. Its a terrible book ... Ugh ... I'm frustrated because I read the other books in the series and they were great but this book is not. I already know how it ends I just think every thing about this story is completely unrealistic even in the most fiction way. The main character Sienna is basically struggling to make ends meet especially after finding out she's pregnant but refuses to accept financial help from the baby daddy - who is basically a millionaire musician- because he doesn't want to be involved in raising the child and all he wants to provide is financial help. I don't care how much pride a person has when it comes to your child you make every sacrifice even when you have to struggle but when you are offered financial help any mother would have taken it because you wouldn't want you kid to suffer intentionally. Lets be real eventually Sienna ANF Roscoe get together big surprise there. It was a stupid story not worth reading

I knew that this story was going to be fantastic because Roscoe was the last of the band's playboys and he has always wanted to rock start life. As the band members fell in love and some started families, Roscoe remained true to his name and kept his playboy image.
Sienna has known Roscoe since she was a child since he is her best friend's brother and her crush started when she was a teenager, unfortunately, he was a few years older and only ever saw her as a kid. Well fast forward about ten years and Sienna is now a beautiful woman. Her best friend, Addison Roscoe's sister, is getting married and she is in the wedding party. She is happy for her but now has to see Roscoe and is hesitant about this reunion with him. Will he still see her as a kid? Will she still have the same feeling for him as she did all those years ago? Seeing Roscoe stirred up those old feelings again and having to dance with him was a dream come true. Her character development was strong and to see she becomes this feisty and bada$$ woman that is determined to not let anyone change her. Roscoe did surprise me and at times I went from hating him to loving him. He did stay true to his character and I would not expect anything different.
A.K. Evans will have you feeling all the feels while you read this story. Her writing is outstanding and grabs your attention right from the start. Throughout this whole series, you fall in love with all the band members. Each and every one of them has a way of working their way into your heart. What a fantastic conclusion to this rockstar series. I've been intrigued and looking forward to Roscoe's story and who would capture this playboy's heart. Complication was a fantastic story on its own and as the final book in this incredible series. I have really enjoyed this series and I’m sad to see it end but Mrs. Evans set up her next series perfectly and I’m looking forward to that.
Roscoe Perry thoroughly enjoys living the ultimate rockstar lifestyle and has no plans of ever settling down. He has everything he needs – friends, family, music, women and freedom. In the middle of the band’s tour, he travels home for his little sister’s wedding. Sienna Baxter has been his sister’s best friend since she was six years old. She has had a crush on Roscoe since she was 14 and he was 19 years old yet he might as well have not known she even existed. It’s been years since she’s seen him but she still stays up to date on his success. Just seeing him makes her feel like butterflies have taken flight inside her. Both Roscoe and Sienna are in the wedding party and it isn’t long before he notices her and doesn’t hesitate to turn on his rockstar charm. There was no way she could resist him. For him, it was a night of uncomplicated fun but when he comes back home after the end of the tour, there’s one huge complication after all. How will he react when he realizes the life he loves so much could be in jeopardy?
As with all the books in this series, this one easily pulled me in and kept me engaged till the end. I loved both characters despite wanting to knock some sense into Roscoe. The unexpected twists and turns made this book completely unputdownable. I deeply respected Sienna with her strength and determination to do the right thing whether Roscoe does or not. I loved the way the author brought it all to a close. I highly recommend this story as well as the entire series. This is my honest opinion, freely given.

It's been a while since I've read a book by AK Evans. And after devouring Complication in a single evening, I wish I'd read the books in this series that came first. I was totally hooked on Roscoe and Sienna's story from the prologue, and as her unplanned pregnancy progressed and he bent over backward to prove to her that he wanted to be a part of her life, I fell in love with this couple as they fell in love with each other.
Sienna has always had a crush on her best friend's older brother, but after he inadvertently hurt her feelings when she was a teenager, she's kept her distance from Roscoe for the past 15 years. When they are reunited as partners in his sister's wedding, sparks fly and they spend a hot and steamy night together. They parted ways the next morning before Roscoe returned to his band's tour, with Sienna thought she'd see him again when the tour ended. But that didn't exactly happen, and Sienna was left with a little souvenir of their night together.
I really felt for Sienna as this story unfolded. She is broke, scared, and facing a future of raising a baby completely on her own. Roscoe does not handle the news well at first, and Sienna has every right to be upset after his reaction. But even after he came around, she held him at arm's length rather than be understanding of the shock the baby was to him. Eventually, they get on the same page to co-parent, and they enter into a new kind of friendship.
When Roscoe decides that he wants to really try being a partner to Sienna in every sense, he really goes all out. I was surprised by how many times I got teary reading Roscoe and Sienna's story. It really was a heartwarming romance, and for a guy who wanted nothing to do with a committed relationship or having a family at the start of this book, Roscoe was surprisingly swoony when it came to wooing Sienna.
I am definitely putting the rest of this series on my TBR list! I received an advanced copy and voluntarily left a review.

Holy smokes! I knew this book was coming and yet I was still blown away. Sienna has been in love with her best friend’s older brother Roscoe for as long as she can remember. Trouble is, she thinks he only sees her as his little sister’s friend. Sienna then does the only thing that she can think of to heal her broken teenage heart- avoid Roscoe. It works well until they meet years later at her bff’s wedding. When Roscoe sees Sienna for the first time after all these years, he notices that she is a woman now. Roscoe is now living the rock star life and loving every second of it. A hot reunion ends up in a complication that neither Roscoe nor Sienna saw coming. I knew there was much more to Roscoe than meets the eye. Knowing Roscoe, Sienna definitely has some reservations but as she is slowly finding out, people can grow up and change. I love that Roscoe’s bandmates try to help him through all this as well. There are several touching scenes between Roscoe and Sienna that make you want to swoon. Reading Roscoe’s development over the story was fantastic. Some scenes are fire! I loved everything about this book and on one hand I’m sorry to see this story end but I know that a new steaming, fantastic series is just around the corner. If this if your first book, or your 10th book of AK Evan’s you will be drawn into the story and won’t want to put it down. I had to pace myself reading this book because I wanted to devour it that fast.

I loved this story and the characters. Sienna is a strong, independent woman. She can take care of herself and has a great relationship with her parents but doesn’t want to burden them with her problems. When Sienna and Roscoe spend a night together their lives will change forever, and their worlds are turned upside down. Now they have to figure out how to go forward and both be happy. When Sienna has an accident and needs someone to help her out, Roscoe is there. However, they have a lot to work out between them after Roscoe’s reaction to Sienna when he returned from his tour with his band. I loved this series and the characters in it. A. K. Evans writes great stories and characters. I give this book a 5-star review and am excited for her Harper Security Ops Series to come soon.

Roscoe finally gets his story, and boy it's a doozie, but that didn't surprise me as I knew it would be. Sienna is the best friend of Roscoe's sister, and she's harbored a secret crush on him since she was younger. He finally notices her at his sister's wedding, and they end up hooking up. The next morning, he tells her when he comes home after this tour that he would like to reconnect with her, but he was blowing smoke up her behind. Things got complicated while he was off having fun with his band, and by the time he got home, he never even tried to find her which made things even more complicated. She ends up getting his info from another band member who ran into her, and when she goes to see him, he doesn't react well at all, so frankly, I was livid! He's lucky that Sienna is a girl with a huge heart because had that been me?! Yeah, he wouldn't have gotten another chance as he really screwed the pooch with his actions. I'm trying hard to not give anything away but it's so hard because I want to go off all over again LOL! I LOVE this author, and I've LOVED this series hard so I'll just call it quits here so everyone can just experience it all for themselves! HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

In this sixth installment in the Rock Stars & Romance series, we are focused on Roscoe and Sienna. I've read three of the books in the series, so I'll have to admit I didn't know much about Roscoe, but it was a joy to watch him transform, as with the other members of the band.
Roscoe was the typical rock god and Sienna was his sisters best friend that had been crushing on him for years. Now in her thirties, feeling all romantic at a wedding, he's around, things happened and then of course that happens. Roscoe isn't father material. She knows that, he knows that, heck the whole gang knows that and there is where the challenge for Sienna lies, to turn this man around.
The book is well written with all previous couples present and accounted for, something I like in a series. Roscoe wasn't my cup of tea at first, however he did grow on me as I read. While predictable, A.K. Evans threw in a dramatic curve ball to keep us readers on our toes. Complication reads well as a stand alone, but would be more fun read within the series.

An emotional yet uplifting story:
This book is sure to effect you in some way. It covers a wide range of emotions and responses that makes it highly relatable and deeply resonating.
It was great to finally get Roscoe's story and to meet the strong woman who was finally able to tame his wild ways. He had a lot of growing up to do and I liked seeing the growth and maturity that he displayed. Their journey wasn't easy and my heart went out to Sienna with her trials and doubts. I loved these two together as a couple and their chemistry and bond felt authentic and strong.
I never saw the twist at the end coming which left me gasping and mad that they were being thrown a curveball when all I wanted for them was a happily ever after! They did get this, I just had to be patient for a little while longer...It does make me look forward to the new series though.

This is the sixth and conclusion of this amazing series, and in my opinion, the best has been left till last. Roscoe is a playboy rockstar, who takes a quick trip home during a tour as his sister is getting married. Sienna has had a crush on Roscoe since she was a teenager, and she is his sisters’ best friend. With Sienna being in the wedding party she is paired up with Roscoe, who turns on the charm, and they spend a hot and passionate night together. A night which has consequences, and Sienna embraces life and is prepared to go it alone, and she certainly makes Roscoe work hard for a chance. This is a beautifully written flawless story which is an emotional roller coaster, and is filled with trust, communication, hope, intrigue, passion, twists, family, friendships, and love, which leads to an endearing and all-consuming page turner. I look forward to reading more from this talented author whose work I highly recommend.
