Sam Crescent is passionate about fiction. She loves a good erotic romance and so it only made sense for her to spread her wings and start writing. She began writing in 2009 and finally got that first acceptance in 2011 by Total-E-Bound.
She loved creating new characters and delving into the worlds that she creates. When she’s not panicking about a story or arguing with a character, she can be found in her kitchen creating all kinds of havoc. Like her stories the creations in the kitchen can be just as dubious but sometimes things turn out great.

Daphne had a rough high school time thanks to 3 guys Dean, Eric and Micah now its been some time she owns a bed and breakfast and well lockdown happened but 3 guest checked in she thought she'll never see don't wanna check out. Now stuck with her 3 old bullies who are now flirting and touching her has her confused and wondering if this is a prank. So she tries to keep that wall high.. 🤣🤣
It doesn't work because even if they bullied her in high school she still finds them attractive. As for the guys well they only bullied her because all three liked her but were to stupid to do anything now this tiny bet has all parties sorta fighting and uping one another. Until they all agree all or nothing... takes one alil longer to agree since he had a more troubling life.

I was alil disappointed that Dap didn't give the guys more hell for the whole "bet" She took it easy.. also was confused who was her biggest bully it said Dean but kinda switched to Eric.. also can we stop with the "im fuck you without a condom so you get knocked up secretly and have no say" like... it's kinda ugh..

No ow/om drama, Slight secondary character, No cheating, Drama, sexy times, virgin gal and sorta manwhore (in high school not much said as adults)

WTF IS THIS😂😂😂 “I remember very well. She (the ow) was going to yell at you, But I made sure her mouth was stuffed with c*ck. I didn’t care that it was her lips on my d*ck or her throat that swallowed my c*m. I thought about you the entire time.” NOPE🤣🤣🤣 I AM NOT GOING TO CONTINUE THIS BOOK. BECAUSE THE HEROES FOR 12 YEARS. YES 12 FCKING YEARS. THINK AND WANTING THE HEROINE BUT TOO CHICKEN AND TOO CHILDISH ENOUGH TO HAVE HER SO THEY WAITED FOR 12 YEARS FOR HER... AND NOPE, THE HEROINE DIDN’T GO ANYWHERE FAR BUT THEY LIVE IN THE SAME TOWN. AGAIN, TOO STUPID HEROES....

I just don’t like heroes like this who wait too long, too chicken and too childish to even do the right thing to the woman he claimed to be in love with but too afraid and well wait 12 fcking years to finally go after the heroine. There’s even many woman in that years and thats sucks. I know “better late than never” but damn it should’ve been sooner than that! They could do it easily find the heroine and have her sooner but nooo... they waited that fcking years too long years to finally have the heroine. Get the fck out lol

One of the heroes have the nerve, HAVE THE FCKING NERVE TO EVEN SAY TO THE HEROINE: “I love that you didn’t take any other man.” WHILE THE HEROES ALWAYS WITH OTHER WOMAN WHEN THEY WERE SINGLE. Like selfish fcking bstardssssss!!!! Argh

I’m not going to waste my time on stories like this🤣 this is not even a second chance romance because they never even in a relationship. The heroes only likes the heroine from a far for 12 years WHILE FCKING ANOTHER WOMAN EVEN THE HEROINE WITNESSED QUITE A FEW... SO NOPE. TOO TOXIC FOR ME😂😂😂 i hate waiting shit like that like come on, 12 fcking years? Thats like two presidential election going on 🤣🤣🤣 i like a hero when he see the heroine he wants and thinks about all the damn time, he after her quickly as the lighting and make sure she’s his the first time he laid eyes on her or after he claimed the heroine is the one he want. Not too chicken sh*t like this ones!

I GIVE IT 2 STARS FOR THE ALPHA MALE POSSESSIVE HEROES, hot smut scenes, hot talking, safe love story well after they finally together together officially (even though it sucks that the heroine always remind herself about the heroes old days when they were bullying her or even makeout or do something with other woman) AND HAPPY ENDING. Just that. Sorry i have standard for my books and this one is just not it for me.

The guys in this one just weren't swoon-worthy enough for me. I didn't believe in their confessions of love, the reasons why they hurt her in the past nor the fact that she was endgame for them. Them coming back for her so many years later... yeah, I ain't buying it. At all. *shrugs*

Here's hoping I can feel the love-hate passion through the pages in my next bully read!

Erótica / Reverse Harem

Parecía interesante.
Una chica que tiene un Bed & Breakfast se queda atrapada durante la pandemia (durante el confinamiento) con los chicos que le hacían bullying en el instituto que han venido a disculparse.
Demasiado sexo y poco argumento.

Dean "I did it because i could, and deep down, we both know what i did to you, you liked it, you liked my attention."

Yeah, the asshole that bullied our heroine said that about their past.WTF??????

I'm really sad that i did not liked this book. My first Sam Crescent's RH reading was Monster's Crew and i absolutely loved it, so i was really anxious to read more about this theme from her.

When i've read the synopsis on this book, i admit i wasn't very interested.Bully romances are not my favorites, but sometimes, i do enjoy a little bit of redemption in my books. So i wanted to give this a chance, since i already said, i loved the other book the author wrote.
And this book totally disappointed me.

The guys, Eric, Micah and Dean were not sorry about their asshole behaviour towards the heroine, Daphne. All they could say was like "forget the past", like that was perfect. And don't even get me started on the fact that she was a 30 year old virgin, while the guys were, of course, men whores.

To me this read was awful.

PS:Sorry for any possible writing mistake, i speak portuguese.

Let me start by first saying I enjoy reading Sam Crescent's work, admittedly some more than others. I am rarely disappointed. That being said... this is one of those rare instances of disappointment.

Stranded with her Bullies is the story of Daphne and her high school bullies, Dean, Eric, and Micah. The three men pop back into her life 12 years after high school.

Daphne's parents were killed when she was 12. She went to live with her grandmother at her B&B, which Daphne inherited upon her grandmother's death. Dean, Eric, and Micah all have their (stupid) reasons for making Daphne's high school years hellish. The three are at her B&B when a lockdown/shelter-in-place order comes down. Now they're all "trapped" together. Thus starts the continuation of their story. Will Daphne be able to put the past behind her? Are the men just using her? Will there be a happily ever after?

As mentioned in the opening, I was disappointed in this book (1.5 stars, rolled up to 2). So what annoyed...

As it starts, the men are seemingly at the B&B on a bet to see who can get Daphne into bed first. All three want her, but the one who gets her first will be declared the winner. Gee, what a "hot" premise. I can't wait to see the heroine manipulated and used by three men looking to one-up one another. But, I kept reading to see if one would stand out from the others or if the story will surprise me.

Daphne is an okay character, but for someone who is supposedly strong, she gives in pretty easily. If local cops won't help her when the three won't leave (they have friends in high places), why not call the state police and have them removed, especially after she's been assaulted by two of them? I get the B&B is her business, but with no other guests or employees on site, why not remove herself from harm's way by locking the door to her private quarters (one actually trespassed into her personal space) or by going to her single BFF's house until she can get the three removed? If not, why not just stay out of their way and ignore them until they go away?

I get it... There wouldn't be a story if she did that (though it might have made it more interesting if they'd had to work around her indifference). So, we're left with Daphne still being bullied by three men who profess to want her and, later, profess to love her. As mentioned, two force themselves on her and she's (we're) supposed to be okay with it because it's been 12 years and people change? These guys haven't seemed to change if they're still using force to get what they want.

The men are not only friends, but business partners. As described, Dean had the multi-million-dollar ideas that had seen their companies flourish. Eric was good with strategy and getting each idea to actually work, while he [Micah] was the charmer. However, it doesn't seem to hold true through the rest of the story. Again, it might have been more interesting if they had used their "business" strengths to woo Daphne.

As it is, of the three men, Dean is pretty much the alpha. He forces/manipulates things to get what he wants. Micah first stands out as the man who seems to care about Daphne more than winning a bet, but nothing really comes of that. Later, Eric stands out as the man for Daphne, if she was going to pick one. But, really, I'd still kick them all to the curb. They bullied her before and they're bullying her now.

I'll put other annoyances and observations in a spoiler tag.

I don't know what could have made this story better for me. If the story was laid out differently? If all three men really seemed remorseful? If Daphne had been stronger and made choices for herself rather than reacting to the manipulation? (Yes, I realize she made some choices for herself, but would her choices have been different if not for the manipulation?) If the men had to work harder to earn Daphne's trust and love? If I actually "felt" love between the characters (because I really didn't)? The way it is, it just seems like a case of Stockholm Syndrome wrapped up as romance.

I've read a lot of similar stories. Some I like, some, like this, disappoint. I can't say I hated the story (one star), but there's just too much keeping me from saying I liked it (three stars). Overall, it was okay, but I really can't recommend it.

I liked how it played out but I found it pretty boring. I think it’s just me though. I think I need more emotional connection from my stories right now and not all about s e x. So it was a story that played out decently well but I couldn’t feel the passion or love between the characters. I did feel like Micah was the fourth wheel in a threesome. So if the author felt it to write it I imagine more readers than me would feel it too. That was the only thing I felt with this story nothing else. Good luck.

Always on my mind

Oh my goodness! What a fantastic use of the pandemic and lockdown to put a positive spin on our time in isolation. These characters are phenomenal and so realistic! I love how all of the characters have grown from the brief glimpses we get into their pasts, and how one woman draws them even closer together. The author really outdid herself with the story and the steaminess. I enjoyed this book and was enthralled from the very beginning. I can’t wait to see what her next book will be!

So I read this one coz it's been a long time since I've read some of sam's smut. But I think I outgrew her stories coz I just felt so stupid after some time into the book.

I will be honest the initial sexual tension and sex was off the charts. It was too hot. But then it was just too repetitive and there are just no story.

It felt like sam was given a 100 sex scenes clause in a 100 pages book and so there was abrupt sex everywhere and incomplete communication between the characters and more sex. It was just plain stupid towards the end.

The guys were just plain stupid and immature. I couldnt connect with the guys though 2 of them seem to have some "traumatic past" when made them that way.

They were too mean when they were kids. Like telling she has STDs ,filling her locker with condoms, stealing her clothes and letting everyone see her naked. And she lost her parents too and was staying with her grandma. She is still affected by them.

Now she is running her bnb and its lockdown. She thinks they have checked out but they are there. She says she wont help them. Then the guys are kissing her and breaking into her bathroom while she is masturbating. Dean is a dominant guy and wants to get her pregnant.

Eric was the guy with a shitty dad who said that he shouldn't date a fat girl and abused him and hence eric was the biggest bully.

I just didnt get micah coz he wasnt really in love with her and even during sweet moment says that they should have sex. He was the more immature of the lot. But his sad past is that he was ignored by his parents and he needs constant assurance coz he is insecure. She gives him her 1st blow job and dean knows this. So he goes to her and gives her a oral and before she becomes normal he starts fucking her. IT WAS FUCKING RAPE. It was pretty triggering coz she is confused and hurt and angry that he didnt ask her. But he just says that she should've known that sooner or later he would've fucked her.

Dean goes and boasts that he took her virginity and micah says he got a bj. Eric is sad that he isnt making any progress. Dean tells her to give eric a chance and she goes to talk to him. He tells about his past and says that he loves her and that he will stay with her.

Then discuss and realises thag everyone was fucking her without a condom of she can be pregnant and stuck with them. She doesng believe them and thinks that they will leave her again. So they decide to show her that it's real.
Dean calls her and then the guys enter and they all have a 4some. And there's lot of a lots of sex. She is puking and they think she is pregnant. She is panicking about it and the guys say that they know. They all propose i love yous. They go to the doctor to confirm the pregnancy.

The guys decide that micah should be the one to marry her coz he is insecure. He gives her the ring and when he says yes he wants to go fuck now. Just too immature.

Epilogue

It's been many years. There are about a dozen kids there and she is again pregnant now. This was just too fictional for now and stupid.

Those 2 stars are for the sex.

I’ve come to the conclusion that I just can’t read anymore from this author. The only one I’ve semi enjoyed was co-written with a favorite author of mine so I’m giving all the credit to her on my enjoyment of that one. I’m sorry but you can’t name my main girl Daphne and then give her no damn backbone! Sarah Michelle Gellar would be so disappointed in you and frankly probably me for reading this. All the men blended together and had no individuality at all. Don’t even get me started on a rant about the epilogue!

Daphne had carried on with her grandmother’s B&B, a beautiful quaint place near the mountains. Closed until further notice due to the pandemic and the lockdown, she’s looking forward to the quiet as a chance to recharge her batteries and tinker with the B&B and be ship-shape when they reopen. She hadn’t counted on the three very determined men who flatly refused to check out or leave her premises. Eric, Micah and Dean had been her high school bullies – the three handsome, popular, intelligent men who had made her teenage years miserable. They were determined to win her over, but Daphne was equally determined never to let them have any sort of power over her ever again. Can they weather this storm together?

A part of me wasn’t sure if this was a little too soon for me. With much of the world still in dire trouble from the pandemic – and lockdowns and clusters still popping up here and there to keep society as a whole on their toes – I really wasn’t sure I wanted to read a story where, even loosely, the pandemic and lockdown was a part of the fictional world I immersed myself in. I feel strongly for some readers this won’t be the right fit – yet – and so I’m grateful the author was quite up front about those settings. I still don’t think I want to be reading too much about pandemic life and lockdowns, but I have to admit the references were fairly fleeting and limited to only sporadic comments throughout the story which I was grateful for.

I also wasn’t really sold on the idea that Daphne could overlook such horrible treatment through school from the trio of men and give in to her sexual craving for them. To actually enjoy the story I really needed to just disconnect my brain and try to go with the flow. I didn’t question the logic – regardless of how sexy they were or how hot the attraction, how could someone fall in love with the bullies who made her childhood hell? – and I just relaxed and enjoyed the sexy shenanigans.

Once I got to this place, I thoroughly enjoyed the story. Three hot and handsome men with no one else around to judge or criticize Daphne or her choices… It was a decent fantasy. Readers looking for a steamy hot menage style of story – three men with one woman – should find that this suits their needs delightfully. While the three men are best friends, they are not sexually intimate, but they are open and communicate their desires and talk about the changing scenarios of their desires with Daphne, so there’s no real cheating (in the traditional sense) and while Daphne is kept in the dark about their discussions and bets/deals for some time, the men are all honest with each other.

I really don’t feel this will be enjoyed by every reader – both the style and plotline are a bit on the edge of what’s romantic verses what’s erotic/dark-romance, but for readers who want something a little edgier I feel this is a well written and quite intense storyline that should appeal to many. With plenty of intimacy and some intense scenes this is a very explicit story but a full length novel that should appeal to many.

THE REVIEW FOR THE BOOK: Stranded with Her Bullies
GENRE: Reverse Harem
AUTHOR: Sam Crescent
TROPE: contemporary romance, reverse harem, bully romance, erotic
TYPE: Standalone
POV: Multiple POV
MY RATING: 5.0 Stars

Daphne is running a successful Bed & Breakfast in her home time when a lockdown is about to go into effect due to the pandemic. When Daphne goes to check the rooms, she notices that three men did not leave like the rest of the guest. The three bullies from her high school days’ refuse to check out of the B&B. 12 years later, they’re still causing her trouble. Little does she know, that her three bullies have set out a game to see which one of them can win her heart forever.

Bully Romance. Check. Steamy Reverse Harem. Check. Check.

The only thing wrong with this book is that it wasn’t longer. I absolutely loved this book. I was shocked to see how steamy the book got so quickly. Given the size of the novel, it shouldn’t have come as a surprise but I guess I’m used to slow burns. This book packed so much into such a short read. I loved watching Daphne resist her bullies and in turn watch them earn her forgiveness. Dean, Eric and Micah all had their own issues and reasons for bullying Daphne back in high school. I like that she put up a fight and refused to cower to them. Daphne wasn’t going to let them back into her life so easily after all they did to her.

Definitely check out this book. It’s one steamy book.

This was surprisingly sweet. The bullying took place in high school and it’s like 10 years later. The guys came out if the gate s bit aggressively but it certainly worked out for them.

The h out up a bit if resistance but not much. Definitely had a good bit of body betrayal syndrome happening. The guys were being pretty endearing so I can live with it.

Story 3/5, Heat 3/5, Angst 2/5

Fastish burn, she loses the her vcard pretty early on, definitely before 50% and there’s quite a bit of steamy things happening before then too.

No condoms, virgin h, all former manwhores, DP, no OW/OM drama, push away from h, surprise baby (though not using contraception I’m not sure it’s that big of a surprise), no separation. No cheating, no cliffhanger and HEA with epilogue.

Safety - all the Hs promiscuous pasts are mentioned multiple times but nothing happens on page. I’d say it’s pretty safe.

I'd kind of gotten bored with the "bully" romances but since I love Sam Crescent's books, I decided to read this one! Loved it. Eric, Micah and Dean were bullies to Daphne when they were all in high school. They all moved on afterwards but the guys have kept their eyes on her. They're all successful now and want to make it up to her so when a lockdown happens while they are at the Bed and Breakfast she owns, they get that chance. Starts out as them seeing which one she will pick but it turns into much more than any of them dreamed of. Daphne was a strong character and didn't give in right away but you know the guys are gonna wear her down. Who will she choose? And what will happen to the guys she doesn't choose? No spoilers from me so you'll have to get the book to find out what happens. Love, love, love the epilogue also!!!

Uh I don’t even know how I finished this. The only good parts were the sex scenes.

Personally I don’t really like bully romances cause I find them unrealistic but I was bored so I gave it a chance. I don’t get how someone could ever forgive their bully and actually form a relationship with them. It makes no sense it me.

In this book the guys seemed remorseful of what they did in high school but often said it didn’t matter cause it was a long time ago even tho the h was clearly still traumatized. One of the guys even told the h that she “liked” the bullying cause of the attention it gave her. EXCUSE ME?!?! WHAT?! That’s just so fucked up I couldn’t get past it.

So yea read this book if you want some smut but you’re not gonna love the guys or the story.

Triggers: It talks about Covid and the lockdowns. Also mentions the h seeing one of the H’s getting a blowjob in High school.

This book kinda sucked

I never thought I would say this but this book just had way too much sex. Basically any time they would be having any sort of meaningful conversation it would always be ended abruptly so they could go bang over and over again for the entire book. I was never really given a chance to actually give a shit about any of the characters, because all they did was have sex. Also her first time was essentially rape, and it was really uncomfortable. I swear no one proof read this story because the entire book is irritatingly repetitive the same things would get repeated like we hadn’t already heard it before. And at the beginning of the book it’s stated that Dean treated her the worst because of his shitty home life, but then like 20 pages later it switches to Eric being the one that was the worst to her.

Loved this book. The storyline was exciting, entertaining and sizzling hot. The characters are likable and a interesting dynamic. Dean, Eric and Micah are best friends and they’ve all experienced different upbringings. They all love her. They all want her. And they were all her bullies. Daphne is strong and determined, and has never or will never let her bullies get the best of her. Until they all work together to win her heart and show her that they will never hurt her again. Overall I really enjoyed this book, it brought to the pages everything I expected it to and also not everything is as it seems. My only small grumble is that I wished Daphne had taken a little longer to forgive her bullies. I know if it was me, it definitely would have taken longer.

First things first; I love the cover of this book!
This story is short, fast paced and an enjoyable read. I read this book in one sitting and was satisfied throughout. I found the writing style easy to follow, the characters likeable and the storyline enjoyable. Daphne’s life was made hell by three lads in high school. Twelve years later and she runs a successful B&B. When the world goes into lockdown, she ends up stranded with her three bullies. Will Daphne forgive them and find love along the way?
The chemistry between Daphne, Eric, Micah and Dean is clear to see and I liked them together.
I really liked the ending and the epilogue for this story.
The storyline for this book is easy to follow and it is an enjoyable read.

It was an interesting concept but every other scene was a sex scene with little to no character development.
A lot of the bullying happened in high school due to a variety of factors by the 3 main male characters to the female lead. 12 years later, the men want to act like nothing ever happened - they only bullied the female lead because they were jealous of her because of her home life (she was raised by her grandmother and always smiling), etc. Now they want to get into her bed and make her their wife (share her between the 3 of them) because they didn't know how to talk to the girl that interested them.

I really loved this book!

I loved how the guys had to work for their woman. There is a lot of history between Daphne, Dean, Eric & Micah & none of its good. Dean sets the wheels in motion & he doesn't fail. Eric is haunted by what he did in the past but is willing to put his heart on the line for the woman he loves. Micah is scared that he will be invisible but they all show him how wrong he his.

Short,sweet and steamy.

This is my first Sam Crescent novel and damn girl. It was sexy, steamy, fast buring, captivating and beautiful. Daphne was bullied by 3 boys during high school. 12 years later she comes face to face with them. That's when the fun begins. If your after a short read that's sweet, sexy and steamy .This is for you.

Sweet and spicy

Eric, Micah and Dean alk loved the same girl. They also verbally abused her in school. Daphne was the girl with curves who everyone called fat. Time goes by and the boys turned men couldn't forget about by her. What happens to three men who want the same thing? Read now and find out!

Same Old Same Old

The main female is infuriating. I just finished this book and I have already forgotten her name. The men are all complete jerks. Not a likeable one in the mix. The sex scenes are boring. There is only one foursome. All other scenes are one-on-one, no threesome and no M/M. Not worth $4.

Another quick steamy read from Sam. She knows how to write a quick read. I think that the boys should have went thru a little pay back, maybe she could have resisted a little more, gotten to actually know them. Either way it was a good story.

Thanks Sam

Read the epub version. All three men whose sole focus is the woman in this story. They were her high school bullies. Who followed the leader. Who was in love with her. The girl? Who happens to be a virgin. Years later. Due to the trauma and diving into her work.

Annnnnnd I’m officially in a book slump. Boring. Dumb men. No groveling. Nothing about the FMC should have three hot guys obsessed with her for twelve years. The smut was pretty good. I’m switching to spicy historical for a while to cleanse my palate.
