The original book about learning to live with celiac disease. Always the go-to book for the newly diagnosed.

I can NOT imagine being diagnosed with celiac disease in 1981 ~ it was hard enough in 2008! really helpful with being assertive about your needs, esp when one speck of gluten can cause damage and bring on a slew of symptoms ranging from aggravating to life-threatening.

Given to me by my hubby to lift my spirits when I was feeling low. A book a gluten-free gal can relate to cover to cover.

The book is a little outdated I think but generally has some good information with a lot of sass also.

This certainly wasn't my favorite. It seemed old news to me. His other book is one to own if you are needing to go GF but don't have this be one you worry about getting.
