Great bullet points. Wanted a deeper explanation on the topic though.

I'm sure the book was written well. I read 4 chapters, and it didn't tell me anything I didn't already know. I stopped reading it and moved on.

If you've never lead or built a team, or never read a book on teams, then this book will probably get you off the ground very well. If you're already familiar with the concepts and have applied them a few times, jump in the pool a little closer to the deep end.
