"Leah’s Warrior" is the second book in the Charlie Team series. The series features a dedicated group of alpha men who work for a protection security team. Their mission is to protect those in need and eliminate those who pose a threat. Each member is described as sexy, with a hotness factor over 10, and they have a soft side that emerges when they meet the one woman who could change their womanizing ways. I'm completely hooked on this series and the characters with their banter and sarcasm. The mix of action, danger, fun, and laughter has me fully engaged. I've discovered a new author whose books I can't wait to read more of.

Amazing

I have absolutely loved this series. I can't wait for more. I read these completely backwards since I received the third book as an ARC, but my heavens they are all so good.

Leah is on the run from her abusive husband and the religious cult she was raised in,when she stumbles into the little diner that Arlo loves to eat at. After months of hiding her luck seems to run out. She has been found and now it's up to Arlo and the rest of Charlie team to keep her safe.

Warning, if the mention of rape or abuse triggers you this one is probably not for you. However she doesn't go into detail on the subject just mentioned it.

Absolutely recommend this series and am on pins and needles waiting for more.

Is it just me or the stories keep getting better?
I know is only the second book, but I really loved it!

I really enjoyed the first time Arlo and Leah locked eyes on each other! 💖

And Samuel’s character is irrelevant (or is he now?) but I want to know….. did he seriously didn’t know what was going on?

And those two weeks!!!! All I kept thinking was ‘Arlo you’re slacking’!! 🤣

Looking forward to Zack, Kyle, and Kade’s stories.

And what about Jennie, Wes, and Terry?
Are they getting a story too?
The more I read about Wes the more I want his story!!!💕

Leah has run away from a religious cult and took the first bus and she landed in a small town in Texas. Arlo frequents the diner where she has found a job as a cook. She finds protectors but she doesn't want to be protected until she has no choice. Didn't expect the characterization of her x-husband, and definitely not the other character. Loved the ending and loved the alpha in Arlo, he's also got a soft side too!

Loved this story!

Couldn’t put this down once started! Arlo is former Military, now working as Leader of a security team. Leah runs away from a religious compound, leaving behind a possessive and violent husband. She finds a place to start over in Texas, but must remain in hiding. Arlo is assigned as her protector and falls in love with sweet, hardworking Leah. This one has a great HEA!

I liked this book a lot. Terry is such a cute old man and Wes is gruff I wonder if we will ever get the backstory on them and how they know each other. I was shook that Matthews second wife knew and was okay with the fact that he killed prostitutes. The ending was kind of fast but I liked the story, it was cute.

Two Very Different Angels
