I’m The Preacher’s Daughter and they’re four beach gods. My windsurfing champions.

Our game was supposed to have no strings attached but against all odds—I care.

We’re all new at relationships and my father and his church aren’t the only thing threatening to tear us apart. Secrets and rivalries, old and new, are driving a wedge between us, but staying together isn’t only what we want—it’s what we need.

Dad is determined to bring me back into the fold, where women are seen as nothing more than men’s property, and I’m determined to be free. Will I be able to save myself and the men who own my heart?

*Warning: this book is the conclusion of a duet and ends in a HEA.

**However readers be warned that while Ausra’s story will come to a conclusion, the book will end on a mini-cliffhanger that will be the beginning of Lynda’s story and her own duet The Preacher’s Wife.

😮😳😱 A fitting ending to a well written duet.

This duet will have you wondering how you didn’t find this author sooner. It’s a roller coaster of a story that both exposes the purity culture and gives the reader a sizzling reverse harem experience. There were extremely difficult passages that had me grinding my teeth & there were passages that set me aflame. Read this duet now!

Wooow, just wow. This book is mind-blowing. I really have no right words. It left my brain so f* up, I loved it. I didn’t read book like this, I think, ever. I read couple of days ago about book 1, The Pact, and book no. 2 is just perfect end to this series.

I need to warn everyone who will start with these series, that it’s really, really dark. Now I know that I love books like that, but that doesn’t mean that we are all the same. This book have so many trigger warnings, and if you are not for that, I totally understand. Aside from the love story between heroine and her four guys, story is telling about Cult, and as many of you probably knows, Cult is very bad and dark place. That’s why you need to brace yourself for this dark rollercoaster.

⚠️ TW : Violence, abuse, trauma, PTSD ⚠️

✨ Ausra Winthrop finally had her freedom, away from her Cult leading father. She has four perfect guys on her side, nice job, and so much love and sex in her life, so what more can she ask for, right ? Well, that all comes to fall apart when her father find one weakness she has and use it to pull her back under his claw. Now she has to put her whole new life on the line to save the only thing beside her four guys, she cares about. That road will not be easy, because her father seems to always be five steps ahead of her. You will not want to miss this dark RH spicy book, of course if you love dark books. ✨

I bow down to you miss Melissa, this series, like I said, blowed my mind. I can’t wait for next books connected with this dark world.

Absolute 5⭐️, wow 🤩

Utterly obsessed from start to finish!

This book lives up to it's name because it is delightfully twisted! This story had me gripped to the edge of my seat, I had no idea how far it would go until the very end! Especially with a spin off in the works!

Ausra is one of my favorite types of heroines. She's strong and smart, but not perfect. She breaks down and has weak moments, and knows when to take a step back and play along with schemes. I loved reading her personal growth throughout this book, and how she grew the relationships with the guys!

I also just love these guys! They would all burn the world down for their girl, and while shouting words of encouragement at each other while they do it. Somehow in this dark black hole of a book, I was surrounded by love too, and that might be my favorite part of the authors writing!

I am obsessed with this world and can't wait to read the next adaption! This series has me captivated from beginning to end.

Wow what a ride this series was. Although Ausra and her guys found their HEA the series is getting wilder with Lynda’s story just beginning. I loved Ausra and her guys. They were so kind and gentle with her. They were made for each other. Can’t wait to read Lynda’s story

THE REVIEW FOR THE BOOK: Twisted Sinners: An enemies to lovers romance
GENRE: Contemporary Romance
AUTHOR: Melissa Adams
TROPE: contemporary romance, reverse harem, dark romance
TYPE: The Preachers Daughter #2
POV: Multiple POV
MY RATING: 4.5

This book contains trigger warnings. Please be aware when you read this.

Twisted Sinners picked up right where book #1 left off. Ausra is on the hunt for her missing sister and niece. Some revelations regarding Ausra and one of the men in the RH comes to light and changes things. This book explores the relationship between Ausra and her men while trying to combat her cult leader father.

The Preachers Daughter book #1 was recommended to me by a friend. I read that book over the summer and became OBSESSED with Ausra and the guys. The first book ended on such an epic cliffhanger that I had to know what happened. I thought that Melissa brought us into this world that was full of mystery and intrigue. I knew that Ausra’s father was a bad man…just didn’t realize how evil he truly was. I knew based on the ending of the first book that Kelley was going to have the hardest time coming to terms with Ausra’s past and whether they could have a future together.

I thought that this book had a lot of character growth for all parties involved. The ending was one that I did not see coming. The only complaint was that I thought that the ending felt a bit rushed and would have liked it to be drawn out a bit more. The book does end with a HEA. I’m excited to see what comes next.

If you’re a fan of RH and aren’t put off by trigger warnings, then you’re going to like this book. The author is up front and honest about the trigger warnings in the beginning.

I was provided with an advanced reader copy in exchange for an honest review.

I loved the second book as much as the first!

Ausra continues to grow into herself and discover who she is outside of the control and brainwashing she was subjected to by her father. She became more and more comfortable expressing her desires and the guys always encouraged her to make her own decisions. They always made sure to remind her to speak up if she ever felt uncomfortable with anything.

I enjoyed getting to see her relationships with each of the guys develop equally and how they each uniquely interacted with each other. Kelly took a while to come around and patch things up with Ausra. It wasn’t just his pride that held him back, but his fear of being hurt by someone else in his life that he cares about and is supposed to care about him. His relationship with his mother and what she has experienced has damaged his trust in others, understandably. Once he and Ausra worked things out, it felt like their little family was finally complete.

It was amazing to see her strength and compassion in helping out Lynda, her sister, and the other women of the compound without hesitation. She didn’t let the past animosity between her and Lynda, or her own fear of the situation hold her back. Seeing her stand up to her father and take him and his cult down was so satisfying, and it felt liked her story had finally come full circle.

I loved Ausra’s story and look forward to reading Lynda’s and how she finds her HEA. ❤️

I don't even know where to start unpacking this duet. Maybe I should start with Melissa Adams is a new to me author and this is my first book I've ever read by her. Well the Pacts is technically the first book I read by her. I must say, I never thought I would find a trope or a topic of a trope that I couldn't stomach, but I think Ms. Adams has offically found a topic that my hard as steel tummy can barely handle. It's not so much the cult aspect of the book I couldn't stomach because Tillie Cole has a series I find to be amazing that revolves around a cult and escaping of a cult. I think it was about reading the developing of the cult I couldn't so much stomach. Maybe it's by hard feminist and independence coming out... I don't know! But I have to say my stomach rolled a few times throughout the reading of this book.

I unfortunately will not be reading any further in THIS series, but I will try other books by Ms. Adams. I truly hope Lynda gets her HEA but she has a strong uphill battle based off what I've just read in this book and I'm officially getting off the preachers daughter series roller coaster.

Wow, This series was something else! Both stories were crazy wild but the twists and turns in the second book were on a whole new dark level.

Twisted sinners is book 2 in the series and picks up right where book 1 ended.
Ausra has her freedom and is having an a great time with her boys but her dads compound is getting stricter with woman and enforcing their mission. She needs to help her sister and the other women.

Melissa definitely ramps up the action, drama and steam in book 2 and it certainly does not disappoint.
The RH aspect was fantastic and the hot scenes helped balance the darkness a bit.
I loved how each of the guys had their personality differences and all brought a different aspect the relationship. I do have a soft spot for Kelley and definitely favour him out of the four.

This duet is a must read with lots of character development and dark plots that will take you on a rollercoaster of emotions.

There are ALOT of trigger warnings so be prepared. Strong themes of violence, abuse, PTSD and some major traumas.

Wow, I’m floored!! This was the first book I ever read about a cult and width of brainwashing that goes on and it’s just insane and I my heart breaks for Ausra and her sister McKayla… Ausra is incredibly smart and beautiful and absolutely amazing but she’s also very vulnerable and innocent and unsure of herself and none of that is her fault that’s on her father and his cult! I can’t imagine having a great dad who turns into a sociopathic asshole making you feel worthless because you’re a woman!! But it’s incredible the transition how much transition to the butterfly and she starts to learn to live and boy do I wish I was her because the guys, sweet baby Jesus! There are hot and incredible in different ways, there’s Shep, Ashton, Kelley, & Bode… I’m crazy in love with the story there’s so many twists and turns, their secrets and misunderstandings and there’s love a lot of hot like hot hot beautiful love this is literally one of the best books I’ve ever read!!!!!

Twisted Sinners is book 2 of The Preacher’s Daughter duet, and must be read in order.

So, yeah. Just. I’m speechless.

We start off within hours of where The Pact left off. This whole book is a story of personal growth, not only for Ausra, but for the guys, and other characters as well.

We soon learn what was feared was true. But the evil that lurks on their doorstep isn’t easily thwarted. Ausra struggles to figure out who she is outside of her father’s grasp, atone for her lies, and work out how to protect those she loves.

The steam definitely amps up in this book. I loved the steady increases of challenges for her to open up to them. Definitely a hot book to read!

Story 📖: 5/5
Heat 🔥: 5/5
Darkness 🖤: 4.5/5 triggers- psychological manipulation/Stockholm Syndrome, graphic violence, nonconsent(not witnessed)

Loved it!!

Wow if you thought her dad was bad before then think again. What a evil and conniving man he was through out the story, even making poor Nora cry on her bithday after she had such a good time with the guys and Ausra as they played dress up which was so funny only for him to spoil her day with his preaching. Some graffic scenes and a tromatic event that will lead us in a new direction which has me wondering what will happen next and hoping things will turn out ok. I
Loved seeing Ausra again with her guys as they battle with her father and become stronger for it and like all melissa Adams storys there's always a bit of drama, suspense and sexy time that gets you drawn into the story while the characters are totally loveble and you just want to find out more about them and I'm only sad that Ausra story has come to an end but I can't wait to see what happens next with the preachers wife.

Twisted Sinners is an incredible story that had me so hooked I couldn’t put it down. It was a truly unique story that will stay with me for a long time.

After how things ended in book 1, I wasn’t sure how this story would end, but I was not disappointed. It was a wicked ride with lots of twists and parts that kept me guessing. And dark parts that definitely were more dark than I was expecting, but satisfying.

Melissa’s writing kept the story flowing well and didn’t have any lulls in the intensity. With the multiple POV I just fell more and more in love with these characters. Especially Kelley!

Twisted Sinners is the conclusion of he preachers daughters duet. This picks up
After that cliffhanger in book 1 (The pact)

This is not for the faint hearted.

Ausra, Kelley, bode, Ash and shep's story is dark, and sickening at times.

There's a few secens they may trigger some. Rape, manipulation, sucicde attempts just to name a few.

There was so many twisted and shocking moments that I didn't see coming.

There was fun and sexy scenes that balanced out or the dark and horrific scenes.

It's one hell of an emotional roller-coaster ride with a HEA.

The storyline was Deliciously twisted and addictive.

Highly recommend this series. Preoder twisted Sinners and while you wait grab a copy of book 1 the pact which must be read first.

This duet is something else! Not only is is full of steam an hooooly heck is it full of steam it’s also got this underlying twisted issue of our FMC Ausra’s dad who is one evil SOB. His cult (that’s basically what it is!) is growing in power, women have no choices and Ausra’s dad is getting more of a God complex every day. I didn’t think you could get better than the first book but wham your thrown the second book which is even better! This duet is a really in depth story with all the feels, the challenges and development with the guys especially when it comes to Kelley. I really couldn’t put these books down and I think anyone who loves a twisted RH story will absolutely love this duet too.

I love this duet so much! Ausra her dad is on his campaign. He thinks he has it all. Contact with the police, a God complex and people doing his bidding. Ausra her sister and niece are missing so what is she to do? She is invited by her dad to come for dinner. What is she to do? Women are being indoctrinated and suppressed by her dad. Can she help the other women? This is getting dark so be aware of the triggers. It is marked so you could skip ahead but you would mis some of the story. Highly recommend. And while this is the end of Ausra her story it isn't over yet.

Oh my heart! This book is heartbreaking in parts, it's made me angry it's made me cry.
This story carries on from where The Pact left off. Ausra is on the hunt for her sister and niece. Her dad has so many plans that she wants to ruin but he has so many connections that it's hard for her to do so. The women are forced into doing unthinkable things.
It also follows the relationship between Ausra and the guys, which luckily ends on a HEA.
I really enjoyed this book even though it made me cry on multiple occasions!
I'm really looking forward to reading Lynda's book.

This book packs one hell of a punch!! Ausra’s Dad, Harold, is like the ultimate villain. He’s got so many insane twisted evil things that he preaches and people are just gobbling it up. He’s expanded his empire so he’s got control in almost every single facet of Ausra, and other peoples, lives. Judges, law enforcement, colleges, you name it and he’s got it in his pocket. How the guys and Ausra hope to go up against him is a serious uphill challenge. Meanwhile, Ausra gets closer with the guys while trying to salvage her relationship with Kelley after her revelation and how that impacts him. I loved this duet, it was riveting, well written, steamy and sweet. I’m looking forward to Lynda’s story next!

You won’t be able to put it down!

I just devoured Twisted Sinners. I don’t even know how to put it into any semblance of words yet other than what an absolute genius Melissa is! This was pure brilliance from start to finish! The story is beautiful and compelling while being filled with suspense and mystery. The twists and turns keep you guessing and you get a beautiful end to Ausra’s story while teeing up Lynda’s story, which I absolutely cannot wait for!

OMG, just when I thought a story could get even better than the first. Twisted Sinners ramps up everything from book 1. This is definitely a duet to binge read. Book 2 starts immediately following the cliff hanger ending of book 1.

The characters just get hotter and dirtier, the villain hits a new level of evil, and the drama builds, till you're left with one hell of a book hangover. Absolutely loved everything about this duet.

Why have I never read Melissa Adams before????

Fck me what a ride

I literally read this in one sitting. I can’t believe half of what I read it all felt so real and the working of someone who knew what she is talking about, that makes Melissa a frikkin mind blowing author in my eyes! The relationships that build up and the series of crimes that float between the pages are all so intense and interesting. This is so much more than just your typical Why Choose RH love story. Absolutely amazing!!

A great conclusion to thr story of Ausra and her men...or is it? Retribution, bloody revenge, blackmail , a lunatic with a God complex, the only thing that can make it better is tons of hot sex scenes. Oh wait, there is! Melissa has delivered a sexy reverse-harem read that has you hooked around the dirty and crazy goodness. Can't wait for what's next.

Holy wow!
What a thrilling conclusion to the Preachers Daughter duet. It's more dark and angsty than what I'm used to from this author, but it was good and well written.
The rough parts to read are even marked so you can easily skip them and the into tells you what you can encounter. So even if this contains triggers for you, you can easily avoid them.
Amazing duet and I highly recommend.

Twisted Sinners is the epic conclusion to The Preacher's Daughters duet. What an intense wild ride it was. This was very well written with some triggering themes. This was sooo good though. Athough Ausra's story came to an end, it definitely left it with a little cliffhanger introducing the new duet. Definitely can't wait!
