The group of three stories in one book is pretty good actually. I like that they are all together in one series rather than separated and I have to go searching for them.

The Trailblazer - this story introduces us to the three men the stories will revolve around: T.R., Chase, and Joe. Each very different with two major things in common. They all want a change, and they all happen to be in the same elevator when it decided to crash. This story is about T.R. and his mission to acquire the True Love Ranch. He has to fight ghost stories, horses, as well as the crazy schemes thought up by the foreman of the ranch, also known as the lovely Freddy Singleton.

The Drifter - this story is about Chase adjusting to a new world and a new life after the elevator accident leaves him unable to drive a semi anymore. He takes to life on the True Love very well, until a sweet woman from the past makes an appearance bringing with her the baby she said wasn't pregnant with. Amanda just wants some information and Chase wants to know his son. It leads to so much conflict and so much tension that it creates a pretty great story.

The Lawman - this story is about New York city cop and one-third owner of the True Love Ranch, Joe who was called out from New York to investigate a series of strange events going on to sabotage the ranch. With him is his young son Kyle, a bit of a geek, who would rather spend time indoors watching Star Trek then trying to ride a horse. Joe is trying to investigate and spend time with his son, but he didn't expect Leigh Singleton and his powerful and all-consuming desire for her.

All three stories were good, and all three just added even more to the next one. It was a great read.
