Now aged seven and on the cusp of a class change, Peter desires to live a quiet life in his home village until he comes of age. Unfortunately, Erryn, desiring access to his thoughts and memories, has other plans. When a routine trip to the forest almost turns deadly, Peter ends up where no child is supposed to be, hunting monsters in the town dungeon.
The third volume set in Erryn’s world, and the second in the continuing tale of Peter’s adventure.
Peter has grown and the monsters returned. Now he must get stronger and the best way is to be trained as a dungeon crawling adventurer. Against all odds he is required to complete the dungeon alone in too years or loose what makes him special. So he grinds like mad learning new skills and pushing himself further.
This is not a stand alone novel but a straight continuation of the previous one. It is still well written and maintains the pace. The world grows in depth and breadth. Truly fun and addicting.
