The conclusion of Paige and Caleb's story

Paige
Caleb and I were done keeping secrets from each other. Everything needed to be resolved before his trial; first and foremost, the depth of deceit we’d failed to unravel. The stakes were higher. And as our past, present, and future collided, we should be on the same page. But what if I knew something that would destroy him, and us?
I would do anything for him. Anything for us.

Caleb
My father was a liar, a manipulator, a killer. He was—me. Only, the longer I’d been away from him, the more those broken pieces of myself had been gravitating back together. Because the mind was a powerful thing. And love—was a weakness. A strength. A four-letter word for loyalty. Where was mine? Not in the hands of the man who’d made me this way. So I didn’t have to wonder what would be the worst thing that could ever happen to me. Instead I wondered, could I stop it?

Book THREE in the Things That Matter series.

To say I have been anticipating the end of this trilogy is an understatement. Caleb and Paige makes the pages burn due to the intensity between them. These 2 amazing characters have been through more than the average Joe. They have become stronger because of it. In the end, love and family wins. Between the two of them, they have paid their dues and overcome the past. She is one tough lady who always stands up for her man. He always protects his lady, no matter what he has to do.
The family they have gained throughout this story is amazing!!

I loved and adored this book. The characters are what makes these books so amazing. They are a true testament that love can endure all. It makes you swoon after reading all they have been through and how much stronger they are!!

You know that ridiculous giddy feeling of completion you get when a story makes you so happy your insides smile. I'm rocking that right now. I am smiling, I'm happy ,and nothing bad is going to happen...any more.

Love is an intense and worthwhile journey. Trust and Hope have brought us to this point but Love...Love makes it all perfect.

Casey Diam had me throughly entertained throughout this trilogy. The greedy bookwhore in me wants some extra books about certain best friends....I'm just saying....

Even without extra loving from the family that has become my own over these three books, I couldn't be happier or prouder of the way it all turned out. I maybe jealous that Caleb chose Paige over me- but I can see why. Paige had badass tattooed on her aura. As a heroine she is honestly on of my favorites. She's badass but she's real. Shes flawed and certainly no where near perfect. She is real. So I get his abandoning me for her. I can see it. I would too. 😘

Ridiculous claims, and joking aside, this book gives you answers. It gives you hope. It completes your trust. It gives you a family, a mission, and some peace.

I hope that you take my advice and devour this series. It is past time you had some TRUST, HOPE, and LOVE in your life. You know, Things That Matter...

This book highlighted why I am not particularly fond of one couple's story being dragged out over several books. When I started this book, I was completely and utterly confused because I had ZERO recollection of what happened in the previous book. It would have been helpful if there had been a summary chapter at the start. The other issue I had (and it is the same issue I had with book two), is it again felt like it was filled with a bunch of filler. Nothing of interest happened for most of this book. 40% in and was struggling to stay interested in the story. I think that instead of spreading out this story over three books the author could have tightened up the plot A LOT and made it at the very most a duet. Last, I HATED the ending. It dropped the book from 3-Stars to 2. I mean COME ON...three books and all the shit these two went through, and you have Caleb What kind of f-cked up ending it that!? Ugh...ya, what can I say. This book just didn't work for me. On the plus side, I do think this author is a talented writer so I'll keep my eyes peeled to see what she has up her sleeve in the future.

Que final de série maravilhosa!
No meio do caminho apareceram alguns percalços, mas nada que tirasse o brilho desse livro.

I received this wonderful series through Netgalley in exchange for an honest review. I can't stop raving or talking about this series. The first book caught my eye by the cover and I'm so happy it did. For now on this author will be one that I will keep an eye out on. Shocking that I haven't heard of this series before its a must read.

Now in Love oh man we can see Caleb wanting to be worthy of someones love. He never had anyone care about him before. Now he has this unique family of friends and love ones he has found. If it wasn't for Paige his life would had stayed on the wrong path. A path following his criminal father. I do feel bad for Brad that he had no one to save him from this Hell of a life.

I loved the ending and was happy to see how their life turn around. With Love you can truly conquer the world. This series is a true example of that.

4.5 Love-ing stars.
You know the saying: good things come to those that wait? Yeah, that’s exactly how this book makes me feel. It may only have been six months since the ‘Things That Matter’ series began when Trust first landed in my kindle and debut author Casey Diam preceded to blow my mind with the intricacies that she wrote with that first spine-tingling tale.
And, before we go any further, please be aware that this is NOT a standalone book. You have to have read first Trust and then Hope before moving onto Love. You will be totally lost otherwise.
But, you’re in for one heck of a ride if you are new to this series and can binge read all 3 consecutively!!!
Paige and Caleb began a journey back in Trust, something she didn’t give it easily and Caleb knew he held a wonderous thing in his hands when she let him in. Both of them had been in a dark place before they even met. Paige was struggling to stay on step ahead of the men out to eliminate her.
One way or the other. She didn’t know that Caleb was meant to be one of them, except he’d denied his father’s plans for her and set out to rescue her from his machinations. That’s how they met. And what happened after that? Well, you’ll need to read the first two books to find out.
Love was quite a rollercoaster of a story, I should have expected that after the first two. It was a twisty and intense, gut wrenching story, but there was beauty amongst the harshness. Caleb and Paige found their way back to each other, but, he still has secrets, some connected with Paige’s and some he couldn’t or wouldn’t share with her. Through all this, Paige’s faith in Caleb never wavered, not once she gave it. She’s a strong, fierce and determined young woman, nothing much gets in her way, and she’ll do anything to keep her loved ones safe. She’s totally badass, just what Caleb needs and his indomitable strength and undying love is what she gets back. They are quite the pair, let me tell you!!
Thankfully, after all the twisty, turny parts from Trust and Hope are gather up, Love patches the truth together and we get the answers we need, along with a heartwarming ending.

This is a series and the books must be read in order. I would highly recommend not reading this review if you have not read the other books in the series.
Caleb Sawyer has committed crimes in the past but it doesn’t mean he is guilty of what he is currently in jail for. He is worried about the safety of his girlfriend, Paige Wells, as well as his grandparents and close friends. When Caleb’s grandparents hire him a lawyer he knows he has to act fast before his father, Alex Connor finds them.
As Agent Langley tries to find out who Alex Connor really is can Caleb and Paige stay one step ahead of Alex before he finds them and ends it all?
I was really looking forward to the conclusion of this series but at the same time I knew I didn’t want parts of it to end as I have really enjoyed the characters in the books.
Caleb knew he was guilty of doing certain things from the time he spent working for his father but he also knew that he was going to do what it took to bring his father down. I thought Caleb was a great character and he was torn between his past and his present and when he discovered a person from his past was still alive he was going to do whatever it took to locate them.
Paige is another awesome character who never gave up fighting. From events in the hospital to other things that happened she never gave up. She was trying to remember what happened in the past to help put all of the pieces together and was trying to help Caleb while trying to remain safe.
There were a few twists and turns to keep you guessing on what was going to happen next. I was shocked at some of the events that went down at the end at the house with who was all involved in the shooting and the different things that happened. So much action!!
The end was absolutely awesome although I was sad a little at how much Caleb missed!!
The epilogue was totally shocking with Paige’s career and I really hope we get a book that focuses on that part! - By Rebecca

I fell in love with this series from the first book, Hope. I was blown away it was Casey’s debut novel and I’ve been so eager for this series to complete. I’m now sad to see the end of it but happy as Caleb and Paige get their HEA.

The plot has been intense from the beginning to end and the conclusion is no different. The twists and mysteries have you on the edge of your seat. And until Alex Connor is caught and stopped, Paige and Caleb are always looking over their shoulder before they can settle and move on with their lives and it’s a rocky journey they have to take before that happens.
Caleb will absolutely capture your heart. These two face some challenging times ahead of them but with their relationship and bond getting stronger and deeper it’s only fair to say that together they can survive what’s thrown at them, can’t they?!

This story is filled with emotion, so I’m warning you prepare to shed some tears! Prepare to feel sick as you feel like your heart is in your mouth.

I loved that Casey gives us a couple of chapters in Alex’s POV, it was interesting to get a feel of inside the villains head.

This has been a dangerous, nail-biting edge of your seat addictive series, a must read!

I look forward to @caseydiam future work and also would love to see Calvin get his own story!? ;)

Love is book 3 in the Things That Matter series, so you MUST READ Trust (Book 1), and Hope (Book 2) FIRST AND IN ORDER! Seriously, Caleb & Paige have been through so much, and it's not over yet when Love started out. You know when a final book comes, everything is bigger, and the amazing Casey Diam certainly didn't disappoint in that department. But I want to touch on something that really made her stand out, the villains POV...that's not usually included in most stories, and I found that I really liked it. That's not to say that there weren't crazy twists still, because trust me, there were, and my f-bomb dropping game was on point. There were so many layers, that the intensity was at an all time high. Caleb really got the shaft, but he never let it take him out, even after he truly saw what was taken from him. Like he never went down a dark hole, but instead his development along with Paige was something powerful throughout, which was refreshing. So I'm going to end this review before my fan girl gushing ends up giving something important away, but know that these two are tattooed on my heart forever! HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The final chapter to 3 book series. I have to say that this series grabbed me from the very start. In fact - I haven’t been able to read another book until i completed this book! Loved how this final chapter answered all my questions from book 2, hope. More importantly the passion, chemistry and the intensity did not disappoint. Yes. There is a hea - and one that I’ve read over and over again. Fantastic job!

Excellent ending to an intriguing trilogy. As soon as I read the first couple of pages, I instantly fell back into the intense, heart pounding world of Caleb and Paige. Family is a big theme in this story and it is a fitting way to end this series. After all of the heartbreak and suffering that these two characters have been through, their HEA is a wonderful thing to read. 4.5 stars

What. An. Ending! This story was so addictive and totally absorbing. The writing is fabulous! I have adored this whole ‘Things That Matter series’ but Love has blown me away. I was choking on my emotions, smiling, crying and at times my heart was racing so hard I thought I was going to pass out! I finally got the answers I needed but, boy did I have to go through some serious emotional stuff to get there.

Caleb and Paige are going to be hard to forget and the other characters really need more stories, I just need to know more about all of them. I feel I really know these people, some of them needed to be locked away and have the key thrown away; I was never sure who I could trust! My mind was working overtime and making all the wrong choices. Let’s hope I never need to be afraid for my life; I’d completely trust the baddie.... or distrust the genuine people

I highly recommend this series. I can’t wait for Caleb’s best friend, Calvin’s story. Bring it on!

The wait is over to see how everything plays out for Caleb and Paige in Love, the conclusion to the thrilling Things That Matter series by Casey Diam. So much has gone on throughout the first two books and still I have not gotten my fill. I love how Casey Diam has written in such a way that no matter how much time has passed, you can pick up the next book and instantly be right back into the story. These characters have a way of sticking with you and I don't see myself letting them go anytime soon either.

What first stuck out to me was that the villain was one of the POVs in Love. Alex Connor has always been more behind the scenes, always using his sons and other henchmen to do his bidding, that he was always such a mystery. It's not every book you get a first hand account of the bad guy's plans and I appreciate the uniqueness of finally being in his head. Caleb's story continued to break my heart, the poor guy couldn't get a break if he paid for it. With each new revelation that comes out the more he became a victim, making it crystal clear how much was actually stolen from him. I did love that Caleb never sat idly by wallowing in pity and even though he always tried to carry the world alone, his protective mode for those he loves kept him moving forward.

I love the progression of Caleb and Paige's relationship throughout this trilogy, almost as if the more craziness happens the stronger their bond becomes. Two people who were both lost amazingly find solace and peace in one another, especially with who they turned out to be and the whole connection of their pasts, fate is the only thing that could have brought these two together. And whether they were doing something as simple as working out together or something as complicated as trying to take down a criminal, Caleb and Paige kept their trust in each other and never lost faith. I love how Casey Diam decided to wrap up the Things That Matter series, starting off on a journey that went up a very winding steep hill to take a nose dive and eventually coast to a stop. Three fantastic books that I know I will be visiting again and I can't wait for what Casey Diam has planned to write next.

This is the third book in this phenomenal trilogy, and what a perfect and absorbing conclusion to Paige and Caleb’s story this is. Unanswered questions are answered, and this is an emotional and intense read which had twists throughout. No spoilers; this is a definite must read, you will not be disappointed. This is a beautifully written flawless story, which this talented author has done a fantastic job in penning. This story grabbed me from the very beginning, and I just know that a major book funk is on the cards. I was totally captivated throughout this addictive page turner, and I cannot wait to read more from this author, whose work I highly recommend for all.

I have been so eager for book three now since I devoured the first two, and thank you Casey, you did not disappoint!

Love is everything I wanted it to be and so much more. I have loved Paige and Caleb from the start and the ending of their story couldn't have been anymore perfect.

Casey did such a great job bringing her characters to life. I laughed right along with them, they drove me to the edge of my seat in suspense, and I found myself tearing up more than once.

This was the finale that Paige and Caleb deserved.

Caleb and Paige had several things in common including wanted Alex Conner to pay for what he had done to both. They love each other very much but will it last? Would either of them get what they wanted?

Loved this trilogy. Loved the ending. Only dislike was all of the partying and clubbing with everything else going on. Made it really hard to get through the book and really get into the storyline. Still one of my favorites but really wish the story stayed more on track.

Caleb and Paige

I just finished LOVE and before that TRUST and HOPE. The characters were rich and intriguing. Caleb was such a good guy who got a real bad break having a father who was so abusive. And also a brother who was pretty messed with a father like CA.
The father was so sick that he played the brothers against each other. Paige’s life was also ruined because of CA. She tried to make good choices but always felt like she was being followed.
I do feel that this author could have probably done this series in 2 rather than 3 books. Though I enjoyed it there were times I wanted to skip over parts. I am glad I read this series.
I found myself at times, feeling pretty stresses out because I was afraid of what CA was capable of. Then I’d have to say, “Wait...
these are make believe characters. In that it was a worthwhile read.

After all that running and hiding from Alex Connor while the FBI tried to find him before he found Caleb and Paige they finally found him and let’s just say he got what he deserved . Caleb got to finally meet his mom Olivia and his long lost sister Anna , Paige got pregnant with twins Zoe and Zane 💕😁👶 even tho Caleb wasn’t able to be at the birth bc he had to spend Eighteen months after he was released he was so thrilled to be apart of his two sweet baby’s life :) in the end Paige was a FBI like she wanted and Caleb was singing his songs like he had dreamed about doing for a lifetime and life was good ending in Real Caleb Fucking Lmao 😂📚❤❤💕 so loves this book :)

Great story!

This was an awesome series. I was captivated from the first line. Lots of suspense, heartbreak, love and of course a happy ever after ending. A couple of the scenes were quite graphic but were well written. This was a first read for me by this author but I will definitely check out other books. Well done!
