Long Distance Daddy
Every once in a while, when the stress and anxiety of everyday life got too high for me to cope, I needed someone to call me little girl, flip me over their knee and spank me until sitting was no longer a thing. My neighbor, Michael, fulfilled that role for me. Unfortunately, he was about to be deployed for six months and I would be left to my own devices. That’s what I thought anyways, but Mike had other plans.

Dang Y'all, this book was hawt as hell!!
But also emotional. Lord, Mike was a thoughtful, sexy as all get out daddy. Man, did he bring the steam!! He was stern but sweet when keeping his baby girl in line. He gets deployed and has to become inventive to meet Jess' needs.
I don't think people always really think about about how hard it is on spouses and family when their loved ones are deployed for months or years at a time. Not to mention someone who is in a D/s relationship. I think Mike stepped up to the plate to be the Daddy that Jess needed, even as they were separated by thousands of miles. He definitely got very creative. It was emotional watching Jess coping as best as she could, and trying to be so strong so Mike wouldn't worry about her.
I really liked this one. All of Mike's actions and thoughtful "gifts" really showed his love and consideration for Jess, making this a kinky spankfest but with all the feels.

HAS SOMEONE BEEN NAUGHTY?
Once again, Allysa Hart and Rayanna Jamison's writing duo wowed this reader with an amazingly told tale of Mike and Jessica. Two people, neighbors, friends, and occasional lovers who take things further in their relationship. Mike is a US Army Soldier and preparing to deploy for six months to Afghanistan. Jessie is a smart, but at times, an irresponsible young woman who needs guidance. Together, Mike and Jessie will add a new dynamic to their relationship, Daddy and little girl.
"Michael Dean Parker. Best friend, neighbor, soldier, and spanker extraordinaire."
Jess knows that Mike is the man who can spank her and help center her again when she is out of sorts. But she is also aware that he is going to be deploying soon—and her heart hurts, her mind is having a hard time processing, and she is falling to pieces. Mike is a man who must keep a cool head, not only for him but for his men—when your job involves bomb detonation, you must remain in control. Mike does worry about Jess and her well-being while he is gone. She is someone that needs guidance to help her along—and spankings too.
"Jess—I don't want to do this anymore. I want something more. And I want it with you."
It is hard enough for married couples to deal with deployments, but Mike wants to have a committed long-distance relationship with Jess while he is away. They will communicate via messages, emails, and phone calls. But Daddy Mike is a creative man, and he isn't going to leave Jessie hanging—he is leaving her with rules and consequences.
"As random as the items seemed, I knew they weren't random at all. Mike didn't do anything by accident."
The story will be very creative in what all Mike leaves her, to begin with, and the things he sends her. As she has the moments that earn her a punishment, she learns that her Daddy can be a sadist in what he instructs her to do. Nothing in his hodge-podge box left behind isn't without a purpose—and when a new package arrives, as they often do, it is with mixed emotions as she opens them. But one of the rules—she must wait and open it when on the phone with him.
"Then would come the guessing game. Nice or evil? There was always a fifty-fifty chance. Mike liked to spoil me, but he loved to torture me as much."
I loved the story; the chemistry between Mike and Jessica just clicked beautifully. He was the Daddy she needed and craved, and while he was creative, and sometimes the discipline was heavy, it was always what he knew would help her. I loved the interaction between these two, whether they were together in person or thousands of miles apart by deployment and communicating by phone or video chat.
The authors did a fantastic job telling this story, creating two people like Mike and Jessie and sharing their relationship—I felt like a voyeur watching it all unfold. Lastly, to those who serve our country, in whatever branch, THANK YOU, and to the spouses and girlfriends who remain stateside and hold down the fort—you have my respect and gratitude.

Coming Back Home
I loved this super unique take on a Daddy romance!
Jessie and Mike being in a no strings attached arrangement for several years leading up to the events of book set their history up well.
Besides playing together and being intimate they had a true friendship and a great base for a forever romance.
How they handled a kinky/Daddy relationship while he was deployed was very ingenious and the authors really wrote the experiences and details with an understanding of how the lifestyle works.
I will say that I wish that the ending hadn't been so abrupt, I would have loved a little bit more, to know how things really settled in once Mike returned home. But that's just personal preference.

Quick read.

A quick and dirty read.
Thoughts:
1. What are their ages? Did I miss the reference?
2. Characters are one-dimensional.
3. The rules-- seriously, he expects her to be in bed, lights out and screens off, at by 10 on work nights and 11 if she has the next day off?
4. If he really wanted to help her pay bills on time, maybe he should introduce her to automatic bank payments instead of giving her punishments that lead to rewards that she likes.
5. There's a lot of focus on her being naughty and she never seems to be rewarded for doing something right. Given that most of the rules are standard, common sense things (show up to work and appointments on time! Take care of yourself and your safety!), it's almost like we should be amazed that she made it to adulthood.
6. Didn't notice for two days that her phone and internet weren't working? I don't buy it. Especially since she's supposed to email him before bed every day.

Jessica is a Little who needs a Daddy to help her in life.
Mike is her neighbor is more than happy to do that when she needs it as Mike is a Dominant and falling in love with Jessica.
Problem is Mike is miltary and due to deploy for 6 months and Jessica is really stressing over him leaving.
Jessica really slides once Mike deploys but he seems to be able to still keep her in line by his special "gifts".
When he comes back home he has his hands full because of the things Jessica did which were against his rules.

Inventive
Hotness Overload that will keep up reading when you have other things that you should be doing! Oh my! I’m glad Michael isn’t my Daddy or I’d be in trouble for violating a rule. Friends with benefits seems to have changed. After several years of benefits, Michael is being shipped to Afghanistan. No amount of tears can make Jessie girl feel any better but Mike has plans! Devilish, Sinful and Titillating plans.

My heart
Mike and Jessica are neighbors with benefits. They've been Daddy and baby girl to each other for the last three years, only when they've needed it. But they finally take the commitment plunge while he's in Afghanistan and WOW! The love and attention is off the charts. I happily sacrificed sleep to finish this book.

Friends with benefits for years Mike and Jessie have a good thing going but Mike is about to spend 6 months over seas and Jessie is struggling with that along with her shifting feelings. Mike admits he too has growing feelings and asks Jess to be his for real and continue their kinky relationship while he is overseas a fun and naughty story of a military daddy and his long distance baby girl

I love Jessie and Mike and that their relationship started casual and became so much more. I also liked that Mike was prepared to be a long distance daddy to Jessie. They were certainly meant for each other and I loved their story.

Such an amazing and exciting story to get lost in! I love the emotions these stories have. I can feel them all so deeply and I can picture everything playing in my head. That last scene tore me apart in every way. I didn't see it coming, but it was the best ending.
