This is exactly what it says it is, an illustration of every bird. The right side pages are filled of colorful drawings of the birds while the left side pages are lists of the birds and a few characteristics. Some birds have male and female illustrations. There are multiple indexes. It’s a gorgeous book for any birders bookshelf.

A magnificent nerd tome. Filled with lovely paintings of every bird. A wonderful way to daydream about my next life bird.
