Some nice ideas and suggestions in this book, however it is extremely poorly written. The spelling and grammar throughout is atrocious, the formatting is all over the place and some parts don't make any sense whatsoever. There are claims made and "facts" presented with little to no evidence to back them up and no sources presented. This book is unedited and clearly not peer reviewed either. It says second edition on the cover however its no more than a rough draft in my opinion. I feel like I have bought and read someone's notebook of ideas for a book. Not a complete waste of money however I regret spending £10 on a book just full of someone's opinions and no scientific or proven theories.
