This one was funny and aexy. I really liked it, but it was too short now. I need to go read the next book because I'm just dying to know how this all ends.

Such a fun book and Belle continues to be wild and reckless. Usually characters have a witty inner monologue but Belle often suffers from word vomit and boy is it hilarious. The evil doctor and the Dean remain a threat repeatedly coming after Belle. Luckily Belle is crazy and adapts to almost any situation 😋 I still hope in the end Belle is able to finish school, just another fuck you to all the people who think she’s dumb because she’s unashamedly promiscuous.

Belle has figured out what the Dean wants from her, and now her and the six members of the SA are on a race against time and apex predators to stop their experiments. Moreover, Belle's life in the shifter world doesn't have a dull moment, especially when the Loch Ness monsters becomes her mate.

Sadly i hadnt read the first book in this series before picking up this book. At the beginning of this book i did have a what the hell am i reading moment but i stuck with it. Its a daft read which i found myself in stitches reading. All the off the cuff remarks from Belle (FMC) had me in hysterics laughing. She definitely has a bonkers way of looking at things and most of it sex related in some way. Especially with her circle of men and the new addition to it. I really enjoyed reading this book and im looking forward to the next one. As well as catching up on book 1

Talk about mind boggling! There was so much that went on in book 2 I loved... The connections and suspense. The journey they went on was incredible. The surprises were craxy.. I'm ready for book 3

I freshly ended reading book 2.

Like book 1, Belle is still a really special kind of woman. I like her - at least her unapologetic and free loving sides. She doesn't let anyone put her down and loves unconditionally. And she has a sense of justice. And she is hilarious.

I still have my problem with the logic issue. She is a scholarship student. Meant to be brilliant. But I can't picture her that way. And I don't necessarily mean, because she talks funnily. And thinks of sex nearly the whole time. It's more that she doesn't understand anything and her behavior, too, doesn't match that kind of genius. Ok, I know. That's part of the comedy. It shouldn't match. But I wish it would. You can be doing smart things and still be funny.

But that's only my taste. I still enjoyed it. I laughed much during the read. And the plot is interesting, too. Her shifter shape. A new mate. New people. Her other harem mates. And not to forget, all the smutty things.

The end was a huge cliffhanger. I really hope, I don't have to wait long for book 3. At least one mystery is solved. I have seen the cover of book 3 - and asked myself why there are tentacles on it. I have an inkling what is in Belles future. ;) Can only be funny.

This book is just as ridiculous as the first one! Whenever I get the sads I know that this series can pull me out of it for a while.

We start right off from where book 1 left off - with them all on a boat. I don't want to spoil too much about this one but there are some classic Belle moments. I love her shifter take on things (honestly just you wait till you see what she is.)

The crew is on the run from the bad guys and needs to find somewhere to lay low and make a plan, so what better place than the Highlands. And of course, Nessie comes into the picture.

The world keeps expanding and I cannot wait to see where the next book takes things! So much is unpacked in this one. It has its amazing ridiculousness, but this time with some added very heartfelt moments and past trauma's and overcoming them.

The FMC!
Oh, Belle! You ridiculous woman. I love her take on things and her 0 F's given about everything (except sex, she still holds that in high regard 😂) She's navigating a big change from the first book in here, while also realising that people can accept her for who she is - it's amazing.

The Harem!
We get a new guy in the harem in this one! I won't spoil too much about this either, but the integration within the existing group was done well!

The Smut!
For a sex addict who has slowly grown her harem, Belle doesn't have too, too much sex in this book. But there are still some very naughty scenes in here, so don't you worry!

This fast paced drama filled with whit and humour had me glued to pages. Not one aspect of this story goes as you expect it to, which is totally in line with the MC Belle!
There are some really great laugh out loud moments, so be mindful if you are reading in the middle of the night! There is also some steam, which there has to be for Belle, when sex is on her brain 24/7.
I just want to add though that Belle is just this strong kind hearted character that I think we all want to be, the one who stands up to the bullies, and loves unconditionally.
This is a great second instalment and don't even get me started on the twist and the cliffhanger!!!

Plenty of laugh out loud moments

MJ never fails to make me chuckle when reading her work and this one held true to her reputation. Belle is still the spastic sex fiend we were introduced to in book 1. Even though this book has plenty of jokes with a little steam, the plot is still interesting. I’m curious to read the next book to find out what happens with Belle and her new found family. I want to add that I love Nestor, it must be his caveman mentality that does it for me 🤷🏼‍♀️

Don’t read this book in public

You’re gonna find yourself snorting, giggling, and laughing out loud to the ridiculousness of Belle. Belle continues her journey with no filter and 0 fu*ks to give. She is unabashedly hilarious and punny. I love the idea of this book, the follow through, and the direction of this book, my hang up is that sometimes Belle is just so over the top it’s a little too much and unbelievable. My other hang up was that there is not a lot of steam for this being about a sex addict. Aside from that, I’m thrilled for the next book. #teamNess!

First book was hilarious, light-hearted and fun.

...This not so much. Instead of keeping the same crazy, funny story going we get dragged down by a plot. Honestly, this series would have been great with keeping to the one theme and I actually feel a plot really dragged it down. There wasn't even enough smut to save it...in fact there was actually a lot of talk of sex and less DOING of the sex. And we never quite got the girl on girl on girl that was implied we'd see from the first book. Shame, really.

Lets see if there's redemption in book 3.

This book was absolutely ridiculous… in the best ways. Marstens has such a unique sense of humor. I literally cackled the whole way through this book.

It picks up directly after book 1 and hits the ground running. So many different things happen that it’s amazing these characters can keep their heads on semi straight. Belle is absolutely someone I would be friends with in real life. I just love her.

If your looking for something funny, fast paced and slightly spicy this series is perfect. After the cliffhanger I’m excited for the next book.

This book has just as many hilarious situations as book 1, and I was SO here for it! We also see that familiar action and steam. I also love that we get to see relationships develop more in this book and see more of the harem's families and their shifter world. Between all of that, there's never a dull moment, that's for sure! I can't wait to see what shenanigans Belle and her harem get up to in the next book!

With this addition to the series not only do we get the usual punny hilariousness that we love from Marstens we get some very unexpected twists. For real though, I giggled way too much and it was a perfect read to wind down from a long week. Add in the perfect amount of steam with a variety of unique shifters and it was perfect. I'm excited to see how Belle and her harem move along after that ending!

Oh my goodness, does the humour continue to flow! This book, taking off right from where book 1 ended, continues with the ridiculousness of all things Belle, our mc. Expect to burst out laughing when you dive into this one, enjoy the action and also the deepening of her relationship with her guys. Just Keeps Getting Better

Book one? Hilarious
Book two? Uproariously side-splitting

This book was definitely more intense as far as the plot goes, adding an undercurrent of darkness to the humorous and lewd general tone of the stories. Seeing the rougher nature of the shifter world while also getting to maintain the funny, spicy dialogue and reactions definitely sets this story above others!

Naturally I cannot wait to continue to book three and see where the story takes us!

Belle is hilarious - talk about a lack of a filter 😂 also, I love the way she just accepts everyone for who they are. The once scene win Nestor is hilarious. Belle and her group are trying to find help for a fight with the Terciaries but they might have taken on more than they can handle. This is a funny, fast-paced story - it does end with a surprise and I can’t wait to see what happens next :)

No one writes books as outrageously funny as Marstens.

I definitely think the 1st book was a little funnier but not by much. This author definitely knows how to write a great fun and funny story. I was kind of hoping that it would be a little more spicy seeing that the FMC is a sexacholic but it was more innuendo then anything but I still entertained. This book was fun and over the top. It’s a little rushed and a very quick read. It tones down the pun and miscommunication humor and relies a lot more on animal related humor, which is a good thing, because it felt like the first book was running low on good jokes by the end.

There isn’t a lot of depth here, but that’s not really what this series is about so that’s ok.

If you’re looking for a good laugh, this is your book!

This book has the best humour along with good amount of supernatural chaos! It will have you laughing out loud and cheering on the female lead character and all of her loved ones and friends. I highly recommend you read this book.

Kinda annoying when all the links at the end of the book for the next-in-series are dead links and there's no sign of it to be found on Amazon. I probably wouldn't have started the series at all if I'd realised it was an abandoned series 😕
