Genre biography Grade Level - 3rd-5th This is a great book about Jackie Robinson for young readers to learn about him. This is a better book for more upper elementary as there are bigger words used. It gives good details about Jackie's life and also gives a time line which is great for a visual. There is also a fun little quiz at the end of the book you can take after reading.
. I grew up hearing about him from everyone who likes baseball. I learned a lot about him in this simple biography. I am glad he stood up for himself and paved the way for other baseball players of his color.
