As our youngest children begin to participate in various sports, it is important to emphasize participation to have fun, to be part of a team, rather than winning.

This book helps children understand why it's important to be a good sport during competitive activities. Although it doesn't provide as many strategies for managing frustration as others, it presents the main ideas you would want to convey to help start a discussion about good sportsmanship.
