Exceptionally amazing and one of the best
Sehgal series is so much fun and every couple and their story is just amazing.
Book 5 the story of Rishi and Mehak.
Both has a past which has hurt them, the pain which both have felt for years untill they met again and story blossom.
The grandfather Janak is super cute character in every story who has such a beautiful soul.
The bond of friendship shown in the series is commendable.
Sibling bond is another positive factor in the story.
I loved the way author has pen down these stories and all the characters in all the books so perfectly and accurately.
Now waiting for Rhea and Nirvaan. Hope the wait to be lesser and the story is out soon🤞🤞

If I could give this one more than 5stars I definitely would.
This books was amazing 🤩. And I loved those teenage Rishi scenes.
Climax was a little rushed though and slightly annoying but nonetheless I skimmed through this book, literally couldn’t put it down even for a moment.

Rishi and Mehak sure took a long way to reach their home, but what a journey that was!
The Long Road Home by Sapna Bhog is just another fabulous journey with enchanting romance, painful heartbreak, a charming storyline, and a surprising twist.
Rishi and Mehak were college sweethearts, but a misunderstanding led them to destroy their happiness. After years, they enter each other's lives. Mehak barely survived her heartbreak and vowed never to look back, but Rishi is hellbent on involving himself in her present and wants to know every detail that led to their separation. They both need a chance to move on from their past and look forward. But do they have the courage to take the first step?
This novel is such a sweet story that I loved from the first page of the book. I had been looking forward to reading Rishi's book for a long time, but I was more pleased to meet Mehak. I adore Mehak more than I ever could have imagined. She was a total charmer, not only because of her charisma and ability to overcome family troubles and heartache but also because of her incredible friendship with Nirvana.
This book gives us a glimpse of the youngest Rishi and Mehak. Rishi breaks my expectations and gives me a more mature version of himself that I didn't expect at all. In this novel, all the returning characters give me moments that I didn't get in the prior one. After reading this book, I was looking forward to reading Damien and Aaliya's book. I wanted to read Aditya's story as well.
The new characters easily make a place for themselves, and the twist is fresh and surprisingly gives you a beautiful happy ending. I wasn't expecting too quick forgiveness after everything Mehak had gone through. It also feels like a rushed ending.
Overall, this book deepened my passion for the series. It's impossible not to read the following books in this series.

The long road home feels like coming back home to a comfortable and cherishing environment. The book will give you mixed emotions of happiness, sadness, and the adrenaline rush when you read the everlasting chemistry between Rishi and Mehak.
The specialty of the Sehgal saga is the exceptionally engaging plot and the different shades of the characters. There are more than ten characters, but each one has a unique trait. Kudos to the author for her minute detailing throughout the Sehgal saga.
This book talks about Rishi and Mahek. They both are passionate about their work, and their goes from teenage. The way both characters complement each other feels great. The writing style narration couldn't get better.
Things I especially loved in this book:

The romance readers references, especially the part where she said, "yeah! I like romances, they're happy books," actually sums up how I feel about this book.

Rishi Sehgal, the heart wrecker of the Sehgal clan is the head of the automobile business of the Sehgal Empire. Mehak Khanna, the Director of the Design team at QubeCore is at the helm of a new virtual reality game which her company is launching. Both of them had felt for each other something more and were betrayed. Now when they come together to launch a new VR game and are more wiser and grown up, both of them are helpless with their renewing chemistry. What was the betrayal which rendered them apart, and with all the trust issues in the past and a feeling of being watched, do they get a chance to be a home to the other? You will have to read the book to find it out!
The relationship between Mehak and her mother is really heartbreaking. However the camaraderie among Sehgal brothers and friends or between Nirvaan and Mehak is what everyone needs in their life. Rishi, though a playboy, when seeks permission in the relationship makes him all the more endearing. She did not expect him to cross her life after years because of the heartbreak, hurt and anger. Mehak Khanna is passionate about her work and when he becomes part of her business, hatred blossomed to revived love.
He was one hell of a playboy and a heartwrecker in college, until her. Thanks to her, Rishi Sehgal is a workaholic with a passion and has his rules—no relationships, no staying the night, and no promises. He never forgot his first love and the hurt attached. But, now she is back in his life, he is hesitant on opening his heart for her, for the second time. He is also hell-bent on having her in his life.
Who knew Xan can be a vital role in their patch up! yeah, Xan is Rishi's pet dog.
His love for family is commendable. Even though it seemed to be a lacklustre in between it was a breezy read.

Thanks so much Sapna for this Wonderful read. I thoroughly enjoyed each & every moment of this story. I have all the stories in this series & I must say your female protagonists steals away the show no matter what. The female characters are so strongly depicted in your stories that they become inspiration to the readers.
Coming back to this story, chemistry between the lead characters was superb since beginning itself....While Rishi has been depicted as a playboy but his character always had a poised strength across all the series. Here also he was the one who held on the fact that there could be a future for Mehak & himself. Rithwik is of course a charmer. I have always loved his characters in all the series & his scheme to bring them together I simply enjoyed the moment. I love the bonding this family & friends share.
Kudos to you for carving out all the characters so well. Whosoever will read the entire series, I am sure they will start relating to each one of them.

I loved this book so much, more so because the main leads loved each other from such a tender age that speaks volumes...

Rishi was an absolute entertainment in whole book length. I didn't feel like the story lacked the plot line or once did i put the book on side I just had to finish it.
I hated Kashish and her merry brand of friends... Please read the book to know them and why I hate them.
Now now Rhea and Nirvaan intrigued me so much, Nirvaan as the new character and enigmatic personality I can't wait for their book.

Unputdownable
The Long Road Home by Sapna Bhog is a long awaited story of Rishi Shegal which I have been dying to read and the author did not disappoint me. The book had all the elements needed like great friendship, love, jealousy etc. Mehek and Rishi's story is so sweet and engaging that i couldn't put it down until I finished it. Its a must read for all the romance lovers out there cause you will be missing out on a great read. Author Sapna Bhog has pendown another great story and kudos to her marvelous story telling.

Second chances always hold a special feel in them and Sapna Bhog just excelled in it though this. It always feels like I am reading a real life story with each book. Brilliant as always.
The Sehgal friends and family Saga is a series of books you ll thoroughly enjoy. All the characters and stories are beautifully written. Sapna keeps you hooked till the end and always comes up with a twist. I was actually looking forward to read Rishi's story given no background before for him, and I must say I truly loved it!

This one was love
Rishi and mehak are the best. I don't know anything except the fact that he is her heart keeper and she is his special someone. Despite Mehak's family acting as a villain and those thousand reasons keeping them apart when they get together it's all fireworks and blossoms. Shot straight through my heart. Loved it!

Disappointed.....
After reading all the stories of Sehgal family , I was eagerly waiting for this one...
But unfortunately cannot relate to the magic of previous ones...
It just feels like a filler in the series...

The novel is captivating. The relation between Mehak and Rishi is incredible. I have read all the parts of Segal Family and Friends. The author has maintained the story line from all the first 4 books. :)

I have been always been a fan of Sapna's books ever since I read her second book of her Sehgal family and friends series. And this book was no different. It is one of the best contemporary romance series you can read and needless to say, it is a must read!!

Not my fav in the series but was okay! Sapna’s books tend to fly in the first half but slow down a tad just before they end. This one was no different and little slower than the rest. Mehak’s indecisiveness even in the face of Rishi’s open declaration of his intentions was exasperating!

I cant get enough of this family's love sagas. Each story outdid the other. I love the cool grandfather how he hitched each of the grandsons and weaved their stories. An advice you should read the entire series, you'll love them all
