This is a story of love, pain, loss, hurt, forgiveness and re-love. 💞 In first chapter 1️⃣ itself, Ruhi 🙍🏻♀️ lost her love, Aman.💔 She is just one complaint, she couldn't get one memory together with her unborn son and her husband.👨👩👦 She couldn't catch one moment of complete family.😔 On other hand, Riaan has lost his career of MD🥼 due to an unfortunate situation.🥺 He then became an athlete.🏃🏻♂️ Riaan knows what he has done wrong 🙅🏻♂️ with Ruhi but Riaan is a stranger for Ruhi. They slowly fall in love 💝 but don't realise till the destiny entangles their lives. 💕

The world is too small.
Life is too unpredictable.
Society is never going to be the reason behind your peace and happiness, don't let it be the reason behind your sadness.

These are the thoughts that were there in my mind, the whole time I was reading this book. I seriously believe if a book can give its reader something, the author has done a great job in writing it. This book has so much to offer.

This conversation snapped something in me, and I still have a thought or a question lingering in my heart - "Do I have the courage to witness it or even feel it, to undergo this hot turmoil of emotions."
It's not a normal love story between two protagonists and a villain. It's about love, breaking boundaries or how can one become selfish in love unintentionally. Sometimes we don't even know that "what we call love" is an obsession to own or to keep something to us only.
As said "sharing is carrying" love sometimes overshadow this aspect, the fear of losing someone cripple us so much, that we forget we might hurt the other person to hold a bit more, spent a few more moments and create life long memories..
“Love has different shades, and we share one shade of it...
Can we define all shades of love we have in our life.. Are all love between two people meant to be romantic?

I always get amused by the autumn season. How beautifully nature embraces the change. “The Autumn of love” is a reflection of this beautiful season.
Ruhi is a would-be mother, who was living a loving and happy life with her husband. One day her world got devastated when he lost her husband Aman. Ruhi’s love for Aman was still deep, she was struggling to raise her son Adi in between the pain she was going through.
In between her path crossed Riaan. Riaan a handsome guy who was going through heartbreak because his love Ananya got engaged to someone else. Did two broken hearts take a second chance? Did they accept and flow with the change just like autumn?
This is a brilliantly written book full of emotions: love, pain, forgiveness, and sacrifice. The plot is engaging and unpredictable in the best ways and the character build-up is profound. If you are a romance lover then you must pick this read.

He holds some of the most dark secrets which turn the story unexpectedly. The story starts brewing up when Ruhi's and Riaan's paths collide.
What happens when their paths intersect? What is the secret Riaan has kept buried deep in his heart? Read the book to know more.
I simply loved the book. The writing style, poignant characters and the fast paced story is what kept me guessing what's gonna happen next? I completed the book in 3.5 hours and trust me I never got bored at any turn. This book portrays some harsh facts about our societal structure and how people hold us back. But instead of focusing on them how should we overcome the grief and try to learn loving with full zeal and passion.

It is rightly said Life is a great teacher & Life teaches us in forms of experiences which may be good or bad.
This is a beautiful story where both the pratagonists Riyaan & Ruhi are still living in their dreadful past & not able to move ahead in life. Ruhi could not get over the grief of her dead husband even if it was impacting the happiness of her own son. She was leading a robotic life until she met Riyaan. Riyaan was at first stalking her to get his own closure. He was struggling whether he wanted revenge or forgiveness. When Ruchi’s son joined swimming classes at Riyaan’s club, their friendship stemmed. Although they both were broken but soon they realized there is always someone else who has it much worse than you do.
Writer has beautifully weaved their struggling emotions for each other & has concocted the story with a blend of love, sadness, heart break and emotions. There is no romance in this story but the way both the characters experience intense pain, it touches the heart of the reader. There are sudden twists in the story but not dramatic. This story is very much near to the real life where u will empathize with Ruhi’s pain & monetary helplessness to carry on medical expenses expenses of her dying husband, how her grief started affecting her son Adi, how small joys like a swimming class brought a change in Adi & how Riyaan & got their final closure.
While readers can relate with Ruhi’s suffering from page 1 but Riyaan’s secret remains suspense till last few chapters & that brings the major twists. When they both never met each other why Riyaan was looking for a closure will keep you hooked.
Overall a heart melting read by Alka which will stir your emotions. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ to Alka.

Autumn of love is a book about Ruhi, a lady who looses her husband to cancer while she is pregnant. Her struggle while raising a 5 year old with full time job as a single mother, and her journey of finding herself back again.
It also talks about Riaan, a smart handsome lad who finally figures out to put his life back in place. But he has a secret, a secret that is sharp enough to cut all his threads that he spent gathering lifelong.
What happens when the two of them cross paths again and Ruhi is unaware of the connection they had in the past?

This book is a fictional romance, with a pinch of drama and a bucket full of emotions.
I thoroughly enjoyed reading the book. It is a fast read.
The story is very well narrated and no part of it is stretched unnecessarily.
I could relate to every emotion written. I cried and chuckled while reading the book. It took me 4 hours and 15 minutes to complete the book and I devoured it all in a single sitting. I was awake the whole night just to complete one more chapter... and one more .. and one more.
I liked the writing style of the author, deep insight of characters is provided without boring the readers.
The book shares Pov's of both the characters and it easily grabs the attention of it's readers.

This is a story of a women who lost her husband ,who was suffering from cancer, that movement she was pregnant, but he died after her baby kicked her for the first time... After five years her baby was 5y/0 the story begins again... She was in a total trauma from five years barely step out from her house... But one day adi(his son's) teachers calls her and told her that he is a very silent child and they have to put efforts on him to talk... She knew his this behavior is due to he miss his father's presence in her life... So she decided him to join swimming classes... And he got very happy too. A man whose name was rihan was an marathon runner owns a club , in which she put adi for swimming... But she found rihaan chasing him from past few days ... Alot of misunderstanding happened between them , but he insisted her to start swimming again as she was a swimming champion earlier by challenging her... They eventually start loving each other... But suddenly a day when they were swimming they kissed for the first time. Meanwhile rihan eyes fallen onto to the pendent she was wearing in which she has put aman's her husbands pic...he came out of the pool and rushed to his house, ruhi went to his house for asking ,is he is okay... But something terrible happened there ...

The Autumn of Love: Can you love someone you can't forgive is a romantic fiction written by Alka Dimri Saklani. The main protagonist of the book is Ruhi and Riaan. Ruhi lost his husband Aman due to cancer, five years ago but still she is not able to cope up with the trauma in her life.
Similarly, Riaan has lost his career in MD and now he is an athelete. There is some connection between them but they're strangers to each other. The story will reveal all the further things between them.
The cover page of the book is very sweet and beautiful. After looking the cover page, I fall in love with the subtle theme in it. The title is also suitable for the book and perfect for the plot. The language used in the book is simple and understandable to all the people.
The narration of the book is also lucid and everything is explained very well. The ending of the book was quite predictable but I love the plot of it. There was something unique in the plot, with both the characters livin' their life with some trauma or past things in their life.
Both have lost something but there life are entangled together. They have more things in common that's why they fall in love. Forgiveness is a bliss but you can't forgive everyone.
It is short read with perfect and discrete plot, I loved the character of Ruhi. She was fierce and very inspiring. Overall, it is a nice book and it is a one time read for me. I'll recommend it to all the romantic fiction lovers.

First of all, I was fascinated by the beauty of the cover, plus such an intriguing title gave me high hopes. Though I really loved the blurb, the book couldn't meet up to my expectations. But I'm really sure that had I not judged the book beforehand, I could have enjoyed it better.

The story is based on 2 main characters- Ruhi and Riaan. Ruhi is a widow with a 5-year-old child. She has had a depressing past that plays a major role in squashing her hopes for a second chance at finding love. Riaan too has had a difficult past and is dealing with a heart-break. Life dealt a tough hand which taught him to make no mistakes and be determined to build a better life.
They come in contact and slowly form a sweet bond, unaware of their entangled past. Before they could act on their feelings, the secrets of Riaan's past get revealed, putting both of them in a dilemma. How far have their pasts destroyed them? What are their secrets? How are their past connected? All this is revealed later in the book through a well-explored, detailed plot!
It is a well-paced story with lucid narration and simple language. The character development is interesting and inspiring. The book does have a few twists but is pretty predictable which was a huge let-down for me. But apart from that, the title of the book is apt and the cover is simply gorgeous. Recommended to all those looking for a sweet, romantic-fiction read with a HEA!!

🎑SYNOPSIS: Whenever I thought about autumn it made me feel that nothing is permanent by looking at the fallen leaves from trees. The tittle of the book is somewhere talks about the same when we finish reading this book. Ruhi and Reyaan both are the lead characters of this book.Ruhi who has lost her husband five years back and still not able to manage the void and feels that she will never fall for anyone. On the other hand Reyaan who is trying to build his live and does not have any scope for mistake. What will happen when they both will intersect the path.
🎑NOVELTY: Though the back drop of the story is love but I love the way author has explored other emotions as well while holding the base.
🎑GUESSWORK: This book has elements of suspense as well. Thus there are certain moments we try to guess the plot but in real it doesn't happen.
🎑LANGUAGE: The language has been kept simple and narration flows in apt way along with story.
🎑FINAL CALL: This book talks about nuances of every emotion and will also compel to think beyond. Overall a light and breezy read for everyone.

Autumn is all about the transitory nature of the earth. The tittle of the book somewhere talks about the same when we finish reading this book. Ruhi and Reyaan both are the protagonists of the book.
Ruhi who had lost her husband five years ago but was still not able to manage the void and sadness due to the loss of the love of her lives ,feels that she will never fall for anyone.
On the other hand Reyaan is trying to build his live and doesn't have any scope for mistakes in his life. What will happen when their paths intersect.
This book talks about nuances of every emotion and will also compels one to think beyond. The language has been kept simple. Overall a light and breezy read for everyone.
I would recommend everyone to read this

Can you love the person who has hurted you badly?
Really a heart- touching love story of Riaan and Ruhi.
Riaan and Ruhi were silently walking through their own path, when they came in contact.
Both of them were facing the impacts of their bitter past.
And most importantly they were the reason behind each-other's bitter past, which they found latterly.
This particular plot is crafted so beautifully I must say.
But now on one side they are having immense love for each-other and on the other hand, their faults. Can they forgive each-other and let their love win.
But your heart gets really badly hurt when your loved one hurt you.
Forgiving is the main theme of this story, really unique love-story plot.
And I like the writing style of the author - some catchy dialogues make this story stands out but the author should give proper name to each story chapter else it is thoroughly enjoyable.

A hearfelt yet heartaching story,this book is about Ruhi, a widow and single mother exhausting her existence into the harsh realities of life with responsibilities . With no hope fpr feelings or love in her life , she crosses path with Riaan , the hardworking make it happen and want all good rhings in life kinda guy. His life turns around with her and slowly they develop a connection.
The turn comes when Ruhi get to know about his past and how that affected her miserably. A second chance ?? To falling in love again, To forgiving Riaan, To love him again ,To accept his past. Will she choose a second chance for him and herself?? What is Riaan's unforgivable sin??
The answer to these and the many questiond about love , forgiveness, chances and choices that this book will make you ask yourself are vividly hidden in this book with its catchy dialogues and good writing style.
Highly Recommended to love and life genre readers.

Theirs was a different kind of love. Love that was real... so much so that it felt unreal ✨
Narrated by both of it's protagonist this is the heart touching story of Ruhi and Riaan.
Ruhi is devastated after losing Aman and struggling to live her life as a single mother.
Riaan , a broken heart man who tries to build his life after he realised that the love of his life is engaged to someone else. He is filled with revenge and forgiveness whenever he sees Ruhi. But why .?
There is one thing that is common in both of them. They both lost someone that left void in their life that was unrepairable until they met each other .
How in this whole wide world did they two end up at the same place ?
What's future holds for them ?
Will they be able to love themselves ?
Well Read to know that.
I liked the deep connection that the protagonist shared but the story is full of twist and turns but also predictable at points. Go for it if you are looking for a light and easy read.

as a reader I was stuck at this concrete paragraph for so long. This conversation flawlessly vouches for the fact that 'how petty & helpless all human beings are infront of our destiny. And how the society dictate its ruthless terms & stereotypes on us.
Th Autumn of love is a short tale of love, hope, life's tragedy and most importantly about second chances. It's a story of Ruhi and Riaan who are both - parallely - forced to face some extremely perilous circumstances. These events of their lives are somehow tangled & become the reason for the collision of their paths. Ruhi who has lost her husband to cancer is a depressed single mother to a little boy Adi, a quiet and sad child. Riaan, an athlete is also trying to recover from the disastrous breakup with his lady love. Reason being his nature of keeping secrets. He holds some of the most dark secrets which turn the story unexpectedly. The story starts brewing up when Ruhi's and Riaan's paths collide.
What happens when their paths intersect? What is the secret Riaan has kept buried deep in his heart? Read the book to know more.
I simply loved the book. The writing style, poignant characters and the fast paced story is what kept me guessing what's gonna happen next? I completed the book in 3.5 hours and trust me I never got bored at any turn. It teaches us how to break the walls we build to protect ourselves from pain and allow love to bloom on the barren land of our heart again It'sct pick for people who love to read romance with a slight touch of mystery.

Ruhi; the female protagonist who suffered the death of her beloved husband while Nurturing their 5 year old kid and Riaan; an accomplished sports person who deals with a heartbreak with his long term girlfriend. Both in the rarest case scenario haven't thought about they can love anyone else in their entire life. Will they be able to make it happen? Will they ever feel the feeling of love again?
The authoress has captured the emotions of love, friendship, companionship, trust and heartbreak quite raw and real. The narration and storytelling is pretty decent with the length of the book is also not too long. Written as simple as ABC, overall nice one time read and quite apt for beginners.

The story begins with Ruhi, who was a loving wife and would-be mother, People who are in love always feel that they will never be separated but destiny always has some secrets in its lap. Aman, the husband of Ruhi was a cancer patient and left Ruhi broken with unsaid and expressed love to their unborn child.
Life was filled with fear and apprehension for Ruhi which made her life overcoated with sadness that also cast its shadow on her son Adi.
As she was going through all the mishappenings, she met with Riaan, a guy who followed her even which Ruhi detested.
Anyways, misunderstandings were clear. But they both were not normal and after meeting in the pool some proximity was seen in their relationship but not that way. Riaan was the owner of the pool by destiny and Ruhi brings Adi for swimming classes to get over his sadness.
Still both Ruhi and Riaan we're connected. Riaan was much inclined to her.
