I chose this book because both of my chillens are mine monsters sometimes. That and the illustrations on the cover are just too adorbs!!! Since my youngest was already in bed, I got to read this with just my five year old.
Before I get into anything else, I want to say that I absolutely love children’s books that are more interactive. This helps my five year old sit still and listen because he wants to do what the book asks of him. It also helps him focus on the book rather than losing focus and moves on to something else.
But, back to the illustrations... we thought they were just sooo cute!!! Probably the cutest monsters we’ve seen since Sesame Street!! The bright colors are very attention grabbing.
The reason I love this is because it shows very real instances that we have definitely experienced ourselves. My son was able to correlate those mine monster moments and tell me that he doesn’t want to be a mine monster. Of course, this is not a cure all, and he will surely forget how to behave, like tomorrow, but, having read it with him, I will hopefully be able to help navigate those times also.
I do recommend this to any parent that has a mine monster in their homes. A valuable less wrapped in a fun book.

An absolutely fantastic children’s book to teach your child how to share their belongings. What a clever idea. This interactive hardcover book can get your child to practice different scenarios which will help them to quickly get out of their “it’s mine” phase. Adorable monster characters. The illustrations are bright and vibrant pastel colors making the monsters realistic looking. Way to go Brittany, fantastic job!

This is a book about how to solve the problem of a child who feels that it’s okay to yell ‘mine’ when the child wants something. The alternative is to jump up and down, turn around, and say ‘fine’. That works according to this book. My only remark would be that in some cases, this wouldn’t work. Just because a child asks nicely, shouldn’t mean the child gets what s/he wants.
Images are beautifully done.

This book helps little ones deal with sharing struggles. Illustrations are darling. The rhyme is really catchy and an effective approach when young kids want to proclaim an object as theirs. There are different scenarios where it would be hard to share and a suggestion on what to do. Perfectly explained for our young children.

Oh my gosh, the illustrations alone are adorable.
But the book is fun and engaging for children! I love the little monsters, and I love the disclaimer to parents on the first page. Please buy and read this book to your own little MINE monsters.

Super cute story!
This is a super cute and interactive story children will to only have fun reading but learn from. A little boy named Noah is a scientist who is looking for a cure for the “mine” monster. He asks reads to help! He gives readers a cure he has come up with and asks readers to test it out in different situations. Does it work? Read to find out.

A very funny book with great illustrations. The mine monsters are very beautiful and they have wonderful colours.
The book teaches children how to behave when they turn into a mine monster. A fantastic way to teach children to ask for things nicely and politely, instead of shouting and throwing a tantrum.

My children love these little books. They thoroughly enjoy each and every story, as if they are all unique and individual without any cause for similarity among them. Even though sometimes, they might seem tedious and repetitive to me as a parent, I do enjoy being able to read short-stories to my children that are clean and respective.

LOVE!
If you have a toddler at home or you teach them at school, this is the PERFECT book to teach them to share. It uses humor, playful language, and redirection, which is effective for that age group. Definitely a must-have for your library.

i was curious about this book because - i was reading it through my kindle ... Kindle Unlimited ... so the book only take the middle tiny section of the read. wish it had been a BIGGER book ... BIGGER text ... so colorful and fun. illustrations are entertaining.

We loved this!

So fun!
A very cute and fun story with adorable illustrations!
My five year old granddaughter and her 18 month old little brother loved it. They wanted to hear it again! It's a great teaching tool for any little "mine" monster to find a happy way to share!

A fun perspective on the terrible twos
I had never heard of a “mine” monster until I read this cute book. I’m sure kids will love to make their own monster with the page at the back of the book. Looking forward to reading the other books in this series.

Great way to approach the it’s mine, mine, mine tendencies of young children. Learning to share can be difficult at any age, so starting young, thinking about how we might handle a situation, can be quite helpful—as well as entertaining when accompanied by the darling mine mine mine characters found in this book.

Great book to put in the parent tool bag
This is an excellent book to help parents with their little mine monsters. It gives the toddlers something to help them when the mine monster starts to surface and gives them nice alternatives to ask instead of yelling mine. There is even a qr code at the end for you little monster to make their own mine monsters.
