Very interesting and informative for those with ADHD or those who care for/live with people who do. There is also some helpful information about how diet can impact those with ASC.

I can’t praise this book highly enough. It contains everything I love about medicine, reaserch based lifestyle advice and approachable strategies to making a lasting change.

Rachel included loads of research papers and case studies throughout the book which help to strengthen all of her ideas and make it really interesting to read. I found the nutritional information presented by the author insightful and very informative. The recipe section at the end, in my opinion, is a wonderful touch.

The book is focused on ADHD brain needs and health. However, the analyses provided truly highlight the importance of healthy eating and mindful approach to food regardless of having a diagnosis or not. We should all take a good look at our weekly shopping list and cook as much of our food from scratch as possible.

Interesting information but could have been more concise. A lot of anecdotal information. Good to have a high level view on the matter and the research behind it. Large amount of recipes in the back of the book.
