Jenna was raised by loving, caring adoptive parents. In fact, she has no desire to find out who her biological parents are, but at a family event, a mysterious man appears. She’s helpless under Drake’s gaze, but what happens when it turns out he’s actually her deceased aunt’s husband – and therefore her uncle by marriage?
Drake’s been a widower for ten years now. He still attends his late wife’s family functions to honor and respect the memory of Naomi. But one Thanksgiving, a gorgeous girl catches his eye. It’s Naomi’s beautiful, innocent niece, and even worse, Jenna’s got lush curves and a saucy smile. Can the billionaire resist, or will Drake indulge in the taboo with a girl who’s strictly off limits?
Warning: this book breaks every barrier that exists! The handsome older man meets a saucy piece of temptation at a family dinner of all places, but that’s EXACTLY the problem: they’re related by marriage! Do Drake and Jenna find love, or is their relationship doomed because it’s utterly forbidden? No cheating, no cliffhangers, and always an HEA for my readers.
2/5 got this freebie from amazon and I wish I never did
TROPES: ~widowed husband/uncle ~faux uncle/niece (no blood relation) ~instalove
There's a way to do pseudo-incest, and there's a way to NOT do it- this book is how NOT to write this trope. I read some, got disgusted over how many times the H missed his dead wife from 10 years before, read more and was disgusted over the dirty talk/smex scenes.
SAFETY: Ages: 20h, older H Virgin/celibate: virgin heroine, manwhore hero OM/OW drama: none... unless you count H's dead wife to be the OW. Cheating/sharing: none Kinks: daddy kink, rough sex HEA?: yes
1/5 - C R I N G E. All kinds of wrong. Intelligent feminists STEER CLEAR. The bar was set low with this one.
I’m all for taboo love but this one missed the mark by so much. It wasn’t just the storyline development (which by the way can barely be deemed as developed with how one dimensional both characters were) that I found issue with. The main culprit for the unfortunately missed mark was all thanks to the sickeningly cringe dialogue.
If I took a tequila shot for every “OMG” exclaimed by the heroine Jenna, I would be roaringly wasted before I even hit the halfway mark of this 120-plus page book. The fact that the author consciously wrote words along lines of “give me your essence” for Jenna to spout out during the intimate scenes was utterly diabolical. And way to go with degrading the woman drake supposedly loved by referencing her as a woman who has not been “sampled” by one of his friends. This book is offensive to women and morality alike. Stay away. STAY FAR AWAY.
There's a line towards the end of the book that threw the whole thing off for me. She's thinking about the fact that she took time off from school to have her baby, but the part that gets me is because her husband has told her her that he wants more children she apparently won't be going back any time soon. Don't get me wrong, a few sentences later shows that she wants the same thing, but that line....it was just too much. It wasn't even necessary for the plot. Yes, she's in college when the whole thing starts, but does it really matter if she took time off to have her child or not? Why put such a cringe-worthy line in the book? My first reaction to it was, wtf? Why can't they wait to have more children or why can't she go back part time? It's not like her thoughts seemed over-the-top enthusiastic about it, or she never wanted to further her education, or she didn't have aspirations. And because it took a few sentences to get to the point that she's happy to have more children with him, that opinion solidified in my brain before I got to that point. I know it's such a small thing to be upset about, but I think there's a solid reason for it. Taboo based stories are full of conflicts and issues the couple have to work through, and many of them relate to an imbalance of power or the viability of a long term relationship. This one in particular had both an age gap and familial connection. Here's the rub, at the end of the story the family is still not completely on board, and here she is putting her potential career/academic future to the side for a family. Nothing inherently wrong with choosing a family over that, but it leaves her in a particularly bad place if something happens in the future, such as them divorcing or perhaps he dies, especially if her family never gets over it. While the age gap presents less of an issue, it's also not discussed like it often is these books, probably because we also don't get the familial reconciliation as well (which is where it usually happens). I think this line - coming at the end of the book with no epilogue from a few years down the line showing the family getting along and/or a couple of scenes from their daily life where maybe she's starting a new job, or taking a position with him, or something to show some sort of balance - really hurt the story for me. Up until that point I enjoyed it, but it just halted the progression of the plot in my opinion. And since it wasn't really necessary to the story, I really think it should have been left out. Sorry for the long rant, if anyone reads this whole thing.

Drake is a billionaire who has been alone for a long time. He hasn't found a loving and kind woman that he would be happy to wake up to. When he was younger he was happily married to Naomi but she died 10 years ago. Even though she has been gone so long her family still think of him as part of their family and invite him to their holiday gatherings. This Thanksgiving he arrives at Naomi's younger brother's appartment and is buzzed in by a woman with the voice of an angel. When he sees a sexy brunette setting the table, hiis is instantly attracted. Then he discovers the woman is his niece, the adopted daughter of his brother-in-law. Drake knows a relationship with her would be considered taboo but he can't get her out of his mind. She even seems interested in him too. However to keep the peace he has decided to keep away from Jenna. His resolve is tested when his former in-laws beg him to go to Jenna's college in their stead for parent's weekend. Spending so much time with the girl of his dreams is too much and he can't resist any more.
Jenna has had a crush on Uncle Blake since middle school. Usually when he came over for the holidays, Jenna spent most of her time hiding in her room. He would never be interested in a girl like her with thick glasses and frizzy hair. Then she went away to college and the freshman 15 gave her an eye-catching figure. This Thanksgiving she seems to have caught Blakes eye and she no longer has a room to hide in. When Uncle Blake comes to her Parents Weekend, it almost seems like they are on a great first date. When their passion explodes, she is ready for him. Now they just have to break the news to her family.
I really enjoyed this steamy story. I received a copy of this story and this is my honest review.
Romance trope: age-gap; (faux) uncle Series: To Go Length: 153 pages
Plot: Ten years after his wife's death, Drake still attends holidays with her family. This time, he realizes that her adopted niece, Jenna, has grown into a beautiful young woman, one he desires. They're not related in any way, but it still seems incredibly taboo. Neither of them can stay away, though, and they'll have to decide if their love is worth the turmoil.
Commentary: Fun smut. The only thing that bothered me a little was that Jenna was so passionate about her studies, and then she was like, "eh, whatever, I can take it or leave it. Gonna have some babies!" I get it, and you definitely don't have to go to college to learn, but it did seem like a missed opportunity there. Also, every now and then Jenna would call him "daddy" but there was no follow-up on that. And I really wanted someone to do something or say something about her little sister. She was annoying and I can't believe that everyone let her get away with her brattiness. However, this story was exactly what I expected and it was a quick read as well.
I voluntarily reviewed a copy of "FILTHY UNCLE TO GO" WOW!!! What a hot entertaining, intriguing, taboo sexy as sin story full of secrets, intense drama, twists, surprises you can't put it down until finished. Drake is a Billionaire who lost his wife Naomi of 3yrs to car accident 10yrs. ago never finding another woman he wanted since then he'd like to have a family some day. Jenna now 20yrs. old going to College at a Thanksgiving gathering she was adopted by Michael & Leanne when her Uncle Drake arrives she's always had a crush on him since grade school no longer geeky looking she beautiful but nervous around him because of her feelings. Drake hears Jenna's voice when comes to his in-laws home for Thanksgiving they always invite him to their functions still considered family after Naomi was taken he's attracted to his neice knows its taboo. Drakes in-laws ask him to go to parents weekend for them at her College he tries to keep his hands to himself but their do attracted up one another he takes her virginity in her dorm they have to keep things secret. Drake avoids next get together chickening out invites Jenna to his place they get a little surprise time to reveal the secret to the family. I definitely recommend to get this very hot steamy taboo romance to see what happens so well worth the read it won't disappoint I thoroughly enjoyed this book.
Drake is a lonely billionaire, preparing to attend his late wife's family Thanksgiving dinner. Naomi died 10 years ago, yet her family still treats him like one of their own. He doesn't mean to basically drool over his "niece" during dinner, but he didn't expect her to grow up to be such a vivacious woman. Jenna has always been a nerdy and shy girl. But now she's all grown up. She's always had a crush on her "uncle" Drake, and wasn't expecting him to flirt when he got a minute alone with her...
💭💭💭: Okay, the idea was great. The spice was decent. I love the forbidden/taboo trope.
Here's my issue- the overuse of the words "honey" and "sweetheart" by the male main character. Certain words used to describe Drake's 🍆. The cringe dialogue during smexy time. Aaaaaaand the nail in the coffin, that almost made me DNF- there was pregnancy, just thrown smack dab in the middle. I don't like being surprised with that at all.
⚠️this book contains taboo elements. Drake is part of the family through marriage. Jenna was adopted into the family as a baby, making Drake's late wife, Naomi, her aunt. No blood relations.

Drake was happily married to Naomi for years but when she died he didn't know what to do with his life without her. Now ten years later he feels like he can finally breathe again and goes to see her family at a yearly family holiday meal. However nothing could prepare him for what would happen when he would get there. Jenna is Naomi's adopted niece and Drake hasn't seen her since she was a kid. Now she is all grown up and sparks fly between them when they reconnect again. Jenna can't believe that Drake is back with the family again she has always like him but never expected him to come back after her aunt passed away. Things heat up between them but both of them try to fight their growing attraction. But when her parents ask him to go to parents weekend in their place everything changes between him and Jenna. Can they find a way to be together? What will her family think?
This is a great story that once I started it I couldn't put it down. This is a well written and very entertaining story. I would recommend this book to any book lover.
A Complicated Love Affair - Drake has been lonely since his wife passed away and he never thought he would find happiness again until he attended a function at his late wife’s family home and everything changed. Jenna was a young, curvy college student, who had had a secret crush on her late Auntie’s husband, but she didn’t think he would reciprocate her feelings. Fate intervenes and directs these two lost wondering souls into a path that would lead them to happiness. Lines are blurred and boundaries are crossed, in this intriguing and fascinating story, that had my heart ready to jump out of my chest. I love reading stories about love, happiness, family and this book didn’t disappoint.
I received an advanced copy of this book and I am voluntarily leaving a review.
Do you have a desire for the forbidden? If so, then S.C. Adams has published just the book for you.
Within these pages, we are introduced to a widower, Drake and the sudden object of his desire, Jenna. He might be a billionaire, however, we all know that money can not buy love. Jenna is a young college student, who also happens to have a very big crush on her 'Uncle' Drake and has for years. How can these two come together when the odds are already stacked against them? To discover, follow them on their passionate journey.
I was beyond fortunate to have requested an advanced reader's copy of Filthy Uncle To Go in exchange for my honest and voluntarily given opinion. I high recommend reading this release.
This was an ok story. The title is a bit misleading as the girl and 'uncle' are not really related. The man, Drake, was married to a woman named Naomi who died ten years ago in a car accident. The girl, Jenna, is the adopted daughter of Namoi's younger brother. She was adopted into the family, and he was married into it before his wife died. There is absolutely no blood relation between them at all, and he has only seen sporadically at family functions since then. The story was decent, but some of the dialogue left a bit to be desired. I did like the ending, as it showed a realistic reaction from her family and it wasn't all sunshine and rainbows when the truth came out, but the story over all left a bit to be desired. It's a good read if you're looking for something quick.
It was okay. Nothing to write home about, but it wasn't as good as I had hoped it would be. Sure, it was a relatively taboo relationship but, since they weren't blood-related, it wasn't as bad as some people made it out to be. I did think it needed some editing as it had quite a few grammatical errors, and it needed to be a bit longer. The characters needed a touch more background info, and there wasn't really that much angst or push/pull between the two main characters. It had no grit and didn't really hold my attention for long. As short as it was, I still managed to set it aside and walk away for several hours before picking it back up and finishing it. It's not what some would call "unputdownable".
Drake and Jenna are related by marriage, even though he is Jenna’s uncle Drake is attracted to her. Jenna has been in love with him since she was 12 years old and her love for him has only gotten stronger as she has turned twenty. Now Jenna is in college, she is wondering if there is any chance that they can be together, it’s not until Thanksgiving dinner that she realises that there is a spark there between the two of them, but they don’t act on their feelings until later. This story is full of angst and hot steamy moments, there is especially a happily ever after.
I was given an advanced copy of this book to read and review with my honest and fair opinion.
You'll love Jenna and Morgan's story. For true love age is only a number and has no limits. Morgan has always crushed on her late aunt's widowed husband. Fate brought them together at a family function and their chemistry was off the charts. Is their relationship Taboo? What does the family think? This was a beautiful love story with lots of interest on family, traditions and romance. The book was well written and the story line was entertaining and moving. The characters were so likable and I found myself pulling for them. I read an arc provided by the author and voluntarily chose to review it.
This was an amazing book. I couldn’t put it down. I loved that Drake got a second chance at happiness even if he didn’t expect it with Jenna. Drake has been going to his late wife’s family events. This Thanksgiving is a little different though since he meets a woman there. He doesn’t recognize her at first. It’s his niece! Jenna has always had a crush on her Uncle Drake so she hides away. Drake knows that his feelings are wrong and he tries to stay away but fate has other plans for these two. Will they be able to make a relationship work?
I received an ARC from the author/publisher for an honest review.
Jenna has always known that she was adopted and has no interest is finding her biological family. Drake has been a widower for the past 10-years, and his deceased wife’s family have always included him in their family events, and when he goes to Thanksgiving, he is instantly drawn to a grown-up Jenna, who is his brother-in-law’s adoptive daughter. The chemistry between them is intense and undeniable. This is a well written story which is intriguing, entertaining, and with twists, secrets, drama, and surprises, which all had me captivated throughout this addictive page turner. I look forward to reading more from this talented author whose work I highly recommend.
Nobody goes from being on top of your class and the pride of your family, to relegate all that just for love. At some point she studied so hard to excel because she loved it and wanted it. Yes he wanted a family and there’s nothing wrong with that. And the guy’s a billionaire, so why did she have to choose one or the other. It’s not like they can’t afford a nanny or a domestic. so she can get a few hours for herself for school. What happened to helping the homeless? It felt like she lost all her identity once felt in love. We needed an epilogue where we got a glimpse of the family’s development after a few years and with maybe the acceptance of the in-laws.

Jenna had a crush on her uncle Drake who was married her auntie since she was a teenager. But now he is a widower for along time but still goes to his decreased wife's family events but this year he goes to the thanksgiving dinner and was surprised to c that Jenna had grown up to b a beautiful young curvaceous woman.
Although the attraction is there it’s forbidden for them to b together but they are not blood related and Jenna is adopted so that should b ok but the family doesn’t c it that way. It’s a wonderful story with lots of steamy scenes great characters and a wonderful written story about love and family.
Taboo romances are great but it would have been better if the alpha was a lot more responsible and protective of the younger mc. Instead, he takes her virginity during a family weekend at college where he went in place of her parents and then the jerk thoughtlessly bails on her for a week,! SERIOUSLY? I just didn't like him after that. His excuse...he thought it was wrong! Um...pretty sure a grown ass man whose a successful billionaire should've thought of that before he screwed her. She felt sick and awful after that👎
Such a steamy and taboo story! Both favorites in the books that I read. This book definitely did not disappoint. Two lonely characters find the love that they have been missing out on in the most unexpected and taboo place. This story had me on the edge of my seat quite a bit. This was the first story that I have read by this author and I am definitely going to be checking out her others. I received a free review copy of this story from the author and am leaving a voluntary honest review.
Jenna and Drake are not completely related so their relationship isn't really taboo since Jenna is adopted and Drake by marriage. Therefore they're not completely related by blood or DNA so there is nothing wrong with their relationship. At least both found their HEA with each other
The characters are relateable and easy to like. I loved the little taboo flavor of Drake and Jennie's love story. It was hot, A secret that they knew would change everything in their world but still couldn't resist the pull. I completely loved the way the story flowed and how the author took the time to flesh out the rest of the family too.
I really enjoyed reading Filthy Uncle To Go!!! All about Drake Morgan a forty year old billionaire & Jenna Miller a twenty year old sophomore in college. Drake is my uncle by marriage, but my aunt died ten years ago. Read about Jenna & Drake as their attraction becomes infectious!!! Lots of emotions and plenty of toe curling incidents!!! Definite Read!!!
ARC Review For honest review this is a older man younger women romance story of drake Morgan who is a widower and when at the holiday dinner of his late wife family he sees jenna who is taboo. Awesome story.

Dramatic, a little shocking, enjoyable, Jenna finds love with someone unexpected. Drake is handsome, determined, and hers. Their taboo love. I voluntarily reviewed a free advance copy of this book and gave my honest opinion.
Absolutely beautiful , great story, well written and I don't see it wrong they weren't related by blood , and when you see love lust you just have to follow what the heart wants .
