Synopsis:
Life teeters in the balance when tragedy strikes the small mountain town of McKenzie Ridge…

A daredevil at heart that throws caution to the wind, the only risk she wouldn’t gamble on was love. When life throws her a curve ball, she is forced to face her past in order to have the future she never knew she wanted.

Doctor Mason Charles knew exactly what he wanted and it was Nurse Everly Shaw. She didn’t do love or relationships, but she did do late nights and secret rendezvous. Doc was a patient man, he would wait for her change of heart. Twists of fate, destiny, and maybe a little luck played its hand leaving him to be her hero. He saved lives in the emergency room, but could he heal old wounds and a broken heart?

While Everly and Doc fight their happily ever after, Carigan O’Reilly and BJ Baker chase theirs. When Carigan’s five Irish brothers come to town, so do the shenanigans. Hot, macho, and alpha takes on an entirely new meaning when these boys arrive. Their presence will become more than just Carigan’s frustration when their skills are called to duty.

Wrongs become right, relationships unfold, and mysteries resolve only to find that good is being threatened by evil. Lives are at risk when danger hides under the cloak of friendship – will McKenzie Ridge be planning a wedding, or will they suffer yet another heart breaking funeral?

My Thoughts:
Welcome back to McKenzie Ridge for the fourth installment in this series. I have read all of the books in this series and I know I say this every time, but this is my favorite. I loved the love story of Evie and Doc, but I also enjoyed the journey that I went on with the McKenzie Ridge gang.

There is so much going on in this book. A concurrent romance, mystery and suspense that keeps the Sheriff and the town on edge. Granny Lou’s health scare. I loved the twists and turns throughout the story. I was excited when new characters were introduced and wonder how things will pan out for them! I laughed at Jessie and her outrageous outspoken ways. She is so damn funny and that woman has no filter! The story is so well written that you get taken away and so taken up in the story that time just doesn’t matter. I didn’t want to put it down. I kept saying okay, I am going to read just one more chapter because I wanted to know what the heck was going to happen next.

Give this wonderfully fresh, entertaining, fun and sexy series a read, I promise you won’t regret it.

Fearless by Stephanie St. Klaire is another home run. Everything is author writes is golden!!!
In this book, we are back in McKenzie Ridge with the good old cast that we have fallen in love with. And how when in time of need, they all band together and help each other. Along with our old faithful, we also meet some new characters, that are sure to give us a run for our money in the future.

This book, like the others, has it's fair share of hot and steamy scenes and also quite a few mysteries and surprises that are sure to keep you in the edge of your seat. We get to see the relationship grow between Doc Charles and Evie, we see BJ and Carigan. And of course we can not forget that we meet The O’Reilly brothers!!!!!

This is one author that I absolutely love and I can not wait for more of her!!!!

Being a die hard fan of the McKenzie Ridge series I was expecting a lot from Fearless and it was delivered Tenfold! I swear the stories as well as the writing only gets better with each and every addition. I can't get over how beautiful this entire series is. Which is why I recommend reading the whole series even though you could read this one alone.

The whole story reads like it could stand alone, filling in blanks that may arise. However I recommend reading in order. Fearless is so enchanting I can not wait to see what comes next from this author as well as the characters!

Another 5 Star read! Stephanie St Klaire write stories that have depth of character and great, complex plots. The story keeps the reader fully invested from first word to last. This was Doc and Everly's story with a bonus HEA thrown in. Plenty of suspense and mystery that keeps you on the edge of your seat and guessing to the end. Great journey to the HEA. And of course, THAT ENDING. Can't wait for the next one!!

Book was beyond amazing.
To put into words the emotions Ms. St.Klaire brought out in me while reading FEARLESS well there are so many.

Everly doesn't really believe she found a love so true in Doc. Mason Charles, but she did. She won't admit it. She wants to keep it quiet. So much going on in her life.
Almost losing the one person who means the world to her. Well she just feels lost.
The only strong and steady thing are her friends and family. To her surprise so is Mason.

Overwhelmed with concern. So much laughter. Besides the suspense and twists and turns..

Wonderful and worth 10 stars.

This is such a wonderful heartfelt series, and it has been made even more amazing with the release of Fearless. In this story, we watch the changing and growing love of two sets of couples, Everly and Mason, and Carigan and BJ. But it doesn't stop there. As with all of these stories, nothing is ever as it seems in McKensie Ridge. Relationships become strained; love brings with it wonders characters didn't realize they desired; and in the end there is an unexpected mystery that takes the entire town by surprise.

Ms St. Klaire has a way of making us feel comfortable in her small town, drawing us into the lives and relationships of her characters and wishing we wouldn't have to leave when the story ends. It feels warm an inviting, like coming home, every time she takes us back to McKensie Ridge. And her characters are so full of life and color, some so serious you want to use your fingers to put a smile on their faces, others so ripe with humor you wonder how the characters around them are going to survive their antics. But when the dust finally settles, we have a town brimming with love and warmhearted people whom we are proud to call neighbors.

This one brought out all of the emotions. I laughed and cried, and I was pulled to the edge of my seat in anticipation, afraid to turn the page, knowing that Ms St. Klaire never leaves any character untouched. Of all of her McKensie Ridge books, this story one was special to me, the relationships a little more precious, a unique tale that stands out within the series. I loved it, and as always, I'm looking forward to seeing where she takes us next.

I have been waiting for this book for what seems like ages, I read the first 3 last year and absolutely loved the characters and the community they live in. It didn't disappoint in any way and was well worth the wait. Everly has always kept her feelings in lock down, never dreaming of "happy ever after" not believing that she would get it, the very thought of loving someone other than Grannie Lou and Sam scary beyond all belief. The thought of possibly finding it then losing it even worse. Losing her parents when young and witnessing it happen has influenced this her whole life. Doc is patient, he knows if he tries to rush her it will scare her off. Events take that decision away slightly. With all the gang pulling it together to help her and Grannie Lou the suspense starts to build. We don't just get one couple in this story but two, Carrigan and BJ also have a starring part in this romantic mystery. It is full of twists and turns and managed to keep me (a suspense and mystery buff) clueless to the climax, for that I give major points because normally I have it sussed quite early on. The writing is flawless as always, the emotions and topics raised in the story are interesting and make for a compelling read. I am so hooked on these characters I cant choose any one that stands out more, each have their own vulnerabilities and strengths, but all are committed to their group of family made not of blood but of friendship that is so much deeper. The end leads us into the next story which means I am now very impatient for it to be written. Awesome and fantastic, hooks you in and keeps you there to the end.

It is official!! I have become addicted to McKenzie Ridge. As soon as I finished the epilogue (what a teaser it was) I went and one-clicked book five, Redemption. I already have Declan, the first book in the spin-off series waiting to be read. I may be a new reader to Stephanie St. Klaire's books but I am fast becoming a super fan.

There are quite a few things making this book and series so amazing.
1. The characters are amazing and continue to grow with each book.
2. The author introduces new supporting characters with each new book.
3. There is always a wonderful main romance, but there are a few other romances developing.
4. There is always something "evil" going on but it is a challenge to the reader to figure out who is to
blame. And when I think I have it solved the author throws a wrench into my thinking.
5. Fearless has so much going on that I never got bored, I never skipped a page or ten (yes I do that)
6. Fearless was jam packed with mysteries, puzzles to keep the characters and me scratching out
heads.
7. I am so happy that Evie and the Doc finally found their HEA. If anyone deserves one it is Evie. I
would tell you why, but you would miss out on so much that has happened in this series.

I could go on and on about this story. It was exciting. I was on the edge of my seat during a lot of it. The town and its people have a "real" quality that wants me traveling to find somewhere just like it. There was so much happiness in the end that I couldn't help but smile and get excited for book five.

Hot steamy sex scenes? Check! Sexy hot men in uniform? Check! A friendly small town filled with colorful characters! Check! Fearless is the latest story by Stephanie St. Klaire about Mackenzie Ridge & its inhabitants. Everly Shaw has moved to Mackenzie Ridge to get away from her overprotective brothers. She's tired of them getting involved & scaring away guys she's interested in. That's part of the reason why she's trying to hide her relationship with Doctor Mason Charles from the town. Doc is tired of hiding from the town. He's knows something Everly can't accept. The whole town knows about them.

With the same colorful characters from the first stories & added dimension & spice from new characters, Ms. St. Klaire has another hit on her hands. While I love to read all types of books, it's rare that I find one that can engage me to the extent that I can't control my emotions. The scenes in this story had me sobbing at one moment but smiling through my tears in the next. While this book could be read as a stand alone, you will have a better understanding of the characters if you read them in order. The twists & turns in the plot keep the reader engaged throughout. Everytime you think you know where the story is going, it twists in another direction. I loved this one & can't wait for her next release!

Only one author has the ability to open with a dreadfully anticipated funeral & close with warm fuzzies & an inkling of trepidation, Stephanie St. Klaire. Fearless,a McKenzie Ridge novel, brought a huge amount of closure to several characters, while bursting the seams wide open for others. I hardly felt like this was solely Doc & Everly's story because there were so many others perfectly intertwined that I couldn't get enough of any of them. But it certainly was Doc & Everly's story and traipsing through their forever made me want to fall in love from the beginning all over again! Doc would put the most affectionate, doting, sex-machine man to shame, he's perfectly Everly's! The intimacy was so hot that were I reading this in paperback the pages would've burst into flames, it was hugely satisfying! I was only slightly disappointed that the epilogue didn't give us an encore by one of the many tantalizing couples to grace McKenzie Ridge! But no, the epilogue gave us something greater, another story to be told. Well done Stephanie, yet again you satisfy us like one of your tall, dark & gorgeous lovers and leave us begging for more, in the kitchen, over the counter, on the floor, against the wall...! Well done indeed!

Ms. St. Klaire has written another wonderful story of love and friendship for the Mackenzie Ridge series. Everly has certainly had her share of heartbreak and loss that's left her afraid to open her heart to another, but Mason is up for the challenge. Everly Shaw must face the past that she thought she had resolved before she can have a happily ever after that she didn't think she needed. Mason offers her a safe haven to deal with her sorrows and is there to rescue her when she needs saving. Theirs is a story of patience and unconditional love. Carigan, the EMT with the five older O'Reilly brothers, also gets her love story in this book! Carigan and BJ were high school sweethearts who grew apart when BJ left to pursue a career in the culinary arts. Image the fireworks when he comes back to town to help his father, the owner of the local bakery and they realize they still have felons for one another. Lol. Ms. St. Klaire introduces us to some new characters to fall in love with in Fearless and gives you another look inside the love stories that began in the other books in the series.

Two stories you will find in this book, Everly and Doc along with Carigan and BJ. I love this small town along with its characters. It was so nice to see ones from the past books, see how they are doing and what is new in their life. I really loved the suspense in this book, this is one author that knows how to hold your attention from start to finish. The two plots are great one is serious the other is fun, and humorous. It was a well blend that really pulled me in giving me a little bit of everything. There is a lot going on but you always know what is happening and it isn’t overwhelming.

I loved the characters, the plot, humor and laughter. There is a secret romance but isn’t a secret romance, one thing about small towns everyone knows what is going on. It is a book full of laughter, love, romance, suspense and so much more. It was a book I could not put down. I loved how the author throws in some twists and turns. It has hot and steamy scenes but serious and humor which makes this a win, win for me.

This Series is amazing! Each character comes alive and plays a pivotal role as each book progresses their lives in this little community.

Mackenzie Ridge is a heartwarming, cozy little town nestled in the Oregon mountains. Here, everyone knows everyone and their business, naturally, but when one of the town’s matriarchs falls ill, the entire town rallies around and demonstrates small town friendship and all of the love and support they are known for.

When Doc and Everly finally come to their senses and realize that they belong together, all of their friends rally around the couple to show their ever-loving support.

There is also a vein of trouble brewing in this little town. The local first responders and former military hotties combine their skills to protect the ones they love.

You don’t want to miss this amazing story of family, loyalty and true love that this close-knit community share. Suspense, adventure, laughter and a HEA all in one fabulous story!

Wait, what? That just ended that way? Well congratulations Ms. St. Klaire, you fooled me! I love romantic suspense, it is one of my all time favorites because I love being able to guess who did it. Well guess what, in Fearless, I WAS WRONG! Didn't see this one coming at all! Perfectly executed Stephanie, just PERFECT! I was speechless and that's a good thing!

I have read every book St. Klaire has written and it just gets better and better. Fearless just may be my absolute favorite! From Granny Lou's story to Evie and Carigan, there was so much going on that you couldn't stop you had to keep reading to find out what happens next. That's the type of book that I love the most. This book will definitely show how the author poured her heart and soul into such an amazing story. I can't wait for everyone to get their hands on Fearless. It will not disappoint. Then again Stephanie St. Klaire has yet to disappoint!

This is the best work I've read from Stephanie St. Klaire. I've been a fan since Rescued and she's grown ever since. In Fearless she not only managed to write another amazing plot, but she brought multiple storylines without overwhelming the reader and compromising the central point. Here we have Everly and Doc's love story developing around a tragedy and a veil of suspense in true McKenzie Ridge fashion. We are also treated to Carigan and BJ's story, bringing shenanigans, laughter and steam up a notch. Also treating us with Carigan's brothers, which I hope is not the last of Ms. St. Klaire's treats.

Overall, I'm absolutely and completely in love with this book. I enjoyed thoroughly every second spent reading it and anxiously wait for the next in the series. This book has everything a reader can ask for: from scorching, hot scenes, to hilarious scenes that had me LOLing and people looking at me funny, to extremely suspenseful plot that really has you guessing until the very end

Fearless is the 4th book in the Mckenzie ridge series. What I feel I like most about this book is actually the writing style in it. In the other books I had a hard time following along sometimes when it switched from character to character. In this book I felt like I was watching a soap opera. It felt very multicharacter for me.

This book doesn't follow just one couple it actually shows the relationship of two couples. I really like the presence of Gran in this book. She's always been my favorite in all the books. She's the type of Gran I wish I had. I also really enjoyed the plot of this book. I feel like it was a little bit different than all the other books, but in a good way.

Over all I really like this book. I liked the soap opera feel. And I really liked the multidimensional story telling. I also liked feeling like I was fully immersed into this town and their way of life. I couldn’t wait to pick up the next book.

I love every book that I have read in this series and the spin-off series so far! It's hard to imagine but each book just gets better and better! Unbeknownst to Doc and Everly, their "secret affair" is not really a secret. In fact, all of McKenzie Ridge knows about it! If it was up to Doc, he'd let the world know that he loves Everly and would marry her immediately! Unfortunately for him tho, Everly does not want to fall in love and get married - not ever, she's happy having their "secret affair"! She's afraid of loving anyone but Lou, her grandmother, because she's afraid they will either die or leave her! When a tragedy strikes Everly's family, Doc does everything he can to help Everly through it...but will it be enough to make her realize he's there to stay or will her past demons cause her to push him away for ever? I love seeing the characters from other books in the series again! Great read!

Fearless: The McKenzie Ridge Series Book 4 is by Stephanie St.Klaire. This book just continues the great pattern started in Book 1. It is fantastic. This novel concerns Everly, Granny Lou, and Doc Charles. This book grabs you and won’t let go until it is the middle of the night or you are too tired to keep up with it.
Everly and Doc Charles were an item; but they thought the rest of the was unaware of this secret. They had gone out of town to a medical convention instead, another in the long list of places they could find to be alone. With Everly living next to the biggest gossip in town, her Granny Lou, nothing done at her house or his didn’t make the gossip rounds. The fact that someone knew where to find them that night Granny Lou almost died was inevitable
Will Granny Lou die? Why was Everly getting sick every day? Who is the strange man who came to sit with Granny at night? Who was sending her wildflowers ?

I have read everything Ms. St. Klaire has written and she never disappoints. Her characters are such that you feel like they are your friends. Her plots are fresh with twists to keep you on your toes (and sometimes wish you could get your hands around her neck). The romance is hot and sweet all at the same time. The anticipation and fear she puts the reader through is daunting, but keeps you coming back for more. Ms. St. Klaire is refreshing in how different her stories are.
Fearless is no exception. Everly fights her relationship with Doc and wants to keep it a secret. Doc is just waiting her out. Fate just might take things out of their hands and force Everly to face the strength of her feelings for Doc. Mysterious happenings could threaten their HEA unless their friends and community can help get rid of the threat.
There is also a second romance going on. It is a second chance trope involving Carrigan and BJ (seriously?). Carrigan's brawny brothers offer comic relief with their determination to throw stop sticks down in front of that relationship. I kind of wished for a little more development for their story, but it did add a lightness to the book.
Ms. St. Klaire has written another all consuming book that I could not put down!

I was given an ARC copy for an honest review. Fearless is #4 in Ms. St. Klaire's McKenzie Ridge novel. I think Fearless is now my favorite of the McKenzie Ridge books so far. I love McKenzie Ridge. I love it's residents even more. I want to be friends with Evie, Jessie, Morgie, Meg, Sam, et all. There were 2 romances going on with Beverly Evie Shaw and Dr. Doc Charles. And Cari and BJ. So there was plenty of steamy romance. Along with the edge of your seat suspense. I loved Evie and Doc. Doc was swoon worthy. I also loved Cari, who I have loved from the beginning. Fearless tugged at my emotions. I cried. I laughed out loud, thanks to a scene where Cari tries to pull one lover on her 5 overprotective big brothers. And Jessie always makes me laugh. I can't wait for what happens next in McKenzie Ridge.

Fearless is book 4 in the A McKenzie Ridge Novel Series. A series that I think just gets better with each book.

This book is mainly centered around Everly and Mason, and Carigan and BJ. Though, the other characters from previous books are all actively involved in this book, too. I love that we get to revisit with them and see how their lives are going. McKenzie Ridge has that great heartwarming small town vibe to it

I really like Stephanie's way of writing that has you feeling like you're 'living' in the book. Like you're a next door neighbor right there with everything unfolding around you.

I also was very happy about Granny Lou. I could hardly stand the suspense of not knowing how she was until this book was released.

This book has everything that I love in a book-suspense, intrigue, romance, humor and sizzling sex.

Fearless is the fourth installment in the McKenzie Ridge series and continues to prove why SSK is one of the best new authors in the book world. Her writing is flawless and her storylines grip you within their pages and hold you hostage until you turn the last one. There’s a lot going on in this installment, but doesn’t overwhelm you so you can’t keep up with what is going on. Everly and Doc Mason’s secret, non-secret romance, Carigan and BJ’s second chance romance, and finally we get more than a glimpse at O’Reilly brothers, and so much more. This book is full of life, laughter (insert O’Reilly brothers shenanigans here), romance (hot and steamy whew!), suspense, and so much love. This group of friends continues to prove why family is not always blood, and I cannot wait to see what she’s got in store for us next!

Another great book! I really love the characters in this series. They are all so relatable and genuine. Everly has been afraid of love for years since losing her parents. But Doc falls hard and is determined that their secret relationship will become more. Little does he know, is Everly is keeping a little secret of her own that comes out when she is at Granny Lou's bedside. I love how there is suspense thrown in to each of the stories in this series. And all along the way you think you know who it is, until the end and its a complete twist! This book left me on a bit of a cliffhanger for another brewing couple. I'm hoping the next book is them getting their HEA.

I received this book from the author. I am voluntarily reviewing this book.

Fearless is the fourth novel in Stephanie St. Klaire's McKenzie Ridge series. It is not to be missed. It does start where book 3 left off, so I would recommend this series from the start. This book is filled wish a great sense of community, memorable characters and laughter and suspense. I loved how this book not only told about the continuation of Everly Shaw and Doctor Charles relationship, but it started Carigan O’Reilly and BJ Baker's relationships as well. Stephanie St. Klaire has woven past, present and future story lines into this one novel.

I absolutely loved the antics of the O'Reilly brothers. I hope they get to have more books of their own in the future. I am looking forward to reading more from McKenzie Ridge in the future.

Amazing book! I read this so fast. After the epilogue that Stephanie St Klaire left us biting our nails and sending Stephanie bean dip to fuel her writing, we now know the funeral we have to attend. Am I going to tell you? Oh no!!!! That would be a complete spoiler for you. This is a must read book. Doc and Everly are in a relationship. Something they are trying to keep under the table so the whole town does not know. The joke is on Doc and Everly. The town pretty much already knows. There is a mystery in Fearless as well as sweet love and a funeral. I completely enjoyed reading this book, and will gladly read it again. Thank you Stephanie for another great book. I will send the bean dip to keep you writing!

I absolutely loved this book!! There was one part where I had to reach out to the Author and let her know how evil she is to us, but that part made the book that much better!!

We get to see two romances bloom in this story. Finally seeing Doc and Everly find their HEA was awesome, but not without its battles. Just when I thought I had everything figured out, another bomb would dropped and I’d be right back to square one trying to figure it out.

Our second romance was an entertaining fun one. Carigan and BJ were perfect together. I was cracking up at some of the antics put on by secondary characters, and how Cari got back at them. These two heat up the pages and will have you laughing right along with them.

A perfect addition to this series,

I think Fearless is my favorite McKenzie Ridge book! Everly Shaw and Doctor Mason Charles came as a little bit of a surprise to me but I LOVE the two of them as a couple. The way Doc shows her how much she means through him throughout the book makes their relationship stronger with time.

One of my favorite parts of this book was that there were multiple arcing storylines throughout the book. I knew that Everly's grandmother Lou was going to be okay but it was a journey with some unexpected twists and turns throughout her road to recovery.

I also enjoyed reading about Cari and BJ. In addition to comic relief after some darker points in the book, this was an introduction to a whole slew of other characters in Cari's brothers.

I can't wait to read more from St. Klaire!

I received this book as an arc and this is my volunteered review.
I haven't read the previous books in this series but I have to now.
This book was amazing kept me hooked throughout.
Everly and doc are away on a secret weekend conference when her gran is rushed to the hospital with a heart attack.
Following the story strange things start to happen and small family of friends try to work through their lives and issues and find out what going on.
Cardigan and bj once school sweethearts but back together while he's in town but then her brothers show up trying to intimidate bj and protect their little sister.
A great story and I can't wait to go back to the first book and see where the friends stories started.

WOW!!! A great book and fantastic read. I found this book sexy and exciting. It has drama, romance, mystery, danger, humor and that wonderful small-town bunch of friends. The story and the characters were well written with great detail. The author writes so that her readers can feel as if they are a part of this small town. There were several surprises thrown in this story that gave it twists that really surprised me! I never knew what was going to happen next. I love it when a book does that to me. This book is addicting, and you will not be able to put it down. It is a must read. This is # 4 in this small-town series and the first I have read. I enjoyed this so much I'm going to read all the books in the series.

This is the first book I've read in this series. What I want you to notice is that this is book 4 in the series. Again, Book 4, is the first book I've read, but I can tell you, you can read Fearless as a stand-alone. It is written with enough back story that you won't feel lost at all. You will however want to read the books before and the upcoming books as well. Ms. St. Klaire writes beautifully descriptive views of McKenzie Ridge and even more fabulous, feisty, strong female and male characters. With swoon-worthy romance, the perfect amount of steam and a mystery that will have you guessing to the end, wherever you decide to start the McKenzie Ridge series, you won't want it to be the last.
