i actually give this a 3.5 but i rounded. anyways this book was really good. i loved the romance and never got bored of it even after they got together. it was so cute and always gave me butterflies. my only complaint is how the author did the mystery. not anything against her, i just think it could have been written shorter if that makes sense? like this book was soooooooo long (i think 792 if it was printed?) i just feel like towards the end i wasn’t super hooked like i was at the beginning. also, the constant will they won’t they started to get frustrating lol. but it was worth it in the end. and i know that this was written a while ago and the author even said that she was cringing at it herself now, so nothing against her at all. she is in incredible author and her romance writing is impeccable. definitely suggest, but don’t expect it to be a quick, cutesy romance read.
Oh my God, I absolutely LOVE this book with ALL MY HEART. 💘💘💘 If kdramas could be turned into books this would be it. Normally I go for books that have at least a LITTLE bit of 🌶 but this didn't even need any. Everything about it is absolute tip-top perfection and honestly I'm at loss of words. I'm in love with all the characters, I love the plot, I love Bennett and Henley and Henry and Lee and Sebastian (he's like a fifth wheel atp, I'll volunteer to be with him ✋😊) and basically the whole damn cast. I'm definitely going to be reading the tapas comic version because the character designs are just BEAUTIFUL. I'm so going to re-read this soon, I just can't get enough of it. I'm so sad I finished it so quickly 😭 I can't believe it's over.
This wattpad story had me addicted!!! I couldn’t stop reading even throughout the night. Bennet and Henley are so wholesome, I love their relationship. Lee and Henry were a surprise but ADORABLE TOGETHER!! The friendship between Henley, Bennet, Henry, Lee, Sebastian, Ariana and Brandon makes me so happy and hopeful to find friends who would be as caring and loyal as them! Mrs. Calloway gave me no break though, EVEN I got frustrated just reading about her! She’s a major villain personality for sure. Overall it was a fast read for me and I don’t usually read on Wattpad but this was refreshing and cute!!!
i really like this book i really enjoyed it haven't read a romcom in a little while so it was like a breath of fresh air I loved the plot and the characters and the development, I honestly did not want it to end like at all the characters, omg, the characters were amazing ( well for the most part ) plus this was an e-book on wattpad and i always love having physical copies when i read so i can annotate etc, considering i gave wattpad another chance and loved it <3 anyways the characters:
Henely: i loved her. i loved her personality and attitude. she definitely was giving girlboss and always sticking up for herself. I'm glad she was a mc, i would protect her at all costs honestly
Bennett: a lot to say about him but i love him, i get why all his friends love him and his brother it all makes sense. i would never want anyone to hurt him he's gone through so much like no, plus his toxic mother oh god no. even though in the beginning he had a bit to learn haha, I've considered him to be one of my book bfs including literally all his friends i love their friend group
I'm glad they got their happy ending they deserved it, i was on the edge of my seat for the last few chapters! gosh i wish all my fav fictional characters were real it hurts ong
this plot was driving my crazy and i loved it, the angst, and those PLOT TWISTS oh gosh, i loved the touch of mystery and thriller
anywho glad i enjoyed it this was a really creative book, wish i could get a physical copy i could just imagine it with one of those cute cartoon from com covers :)
After getting into multiple fandoms, Wattpad for me became a source for fan-fictions. For multiple years the only thing I read on there was fan-fictions, never giving a chance to any other genre story. However, one day the fan-fictions became too repetitive and the only thing they did was feed some type of delusions. So more or less I decided to give up on Wattpad - I had no faith in other stories of other genres. But then by accident I stumbled across "Hired to Love" and oh my, I was pleasantly surprised.
The trope isn't 100% unique or original, I got to admit that. There has been multiple stories about some twisted deals between rich parents and their kids, them finding a "hired" partner to make their family get off their back, etc. Yet, this story was kind of refreshing, it was fun and enjoyable.
Me giving 5/5 stars might be a biased rating but even so, I think it's well deserved. The story was well written, the character development was nice. Now I'm kind of struggling to find another story on that cursed app that would be in a similar level as "Hired to Love".
i don’t really know how to feel about this book, i know it’s wattpad book and all, but i guess i was hoping for something more. the trope “fake relationship” usually hits the spot, but not really in this case. everything about the relationship between the protagonists was either rushed or too long (that means that it was also boring as hell), the author couldn’t find that right speed that is usually what gets the reader entertained. and i guess the whole situation with lee was too surreal to be even plausible, i mean i didn’t really understand it either, because details were added quite randomly to the whole dynamic. i don’t know if i’m suggesting reading it, it was just quite bland, i don’t think i will read the sequel.
This book was amazing! Hoping it turns into another WattPad to print book. So much drama and the OMG moments kept me from putting this down. I was worried it’d be the clique millionaire and the hired fake girlfriend but I loved how the story developed and kept getting crazier and crazier! Worried that the second book that continues this story will be a disappointment. Jury is out if I’m going to read it or not!
this is the first book i’ve ever read on wattpad, and it was way better than expected. this book has so many layers, and it keeps you intrigued about will happen. i feel like the end was just a little underwhelming, but overall this exceeded my expectations. i do wish it was a little shorter but i understand that it’s wattpad.
This book made me laugh and cry it was beautifully written and holds a special place in my heart. The characters are my comfort and i love each one of them in my own way. Ofc except his mum 🙄 but tge ending and the plot twist i defi saw coming but it didnt make me love it less.

this was actually a good book according to the other trash on wattpad, the only story and couple I genuinely liked after luke and millie in the player next door
Edit: my review didnt make any sense. This was like so trendy but really its another poor girl x billionaire guy with a mean mom and they cant be together and it makes me upset because its really sad. But really its not that serious bc they end up together anyway.
A Wattpad romance. I tried to enjoy this book, I really did but this book is not it. It is really confusing to keep up with mystery in a romance novel. At the beginning it was mainly about Bennett hiring a fake girlfriend to keep his mother quite and leave his love life alone, simple right? Well not at all. This book started to go through a mystery phase. It was rated number one in the romance on Wattpad but here I am trying to find out what happened to Bennett's older brother. Not only that but his whole past. Oh, coincidentally the girl he hired (Henley) to be his fake girlfriend for 6 months suddenly became apart of the mystery, a coincidence right? Maybe to them but to me, I don't think so. It somehow turns out that her brother (Brandon) was put in jail because of not only Bennett's brother (Lee) but because of his mother and did Henley and Bennett fall in love? Yes. If I didn't know any better I think this book was supposed to be mystery instead of romance. I know some people love multiple-genre stories like these but I like stories to be an easy read for me to understand. This took me almost a month to read and I'm genuinely a fast reader but this book was confusing enough. If you like story like these, enjoy, but if you don't I don't recommend.

5/5📚 0/5🌶 I love Bennett. The fact that he proposes to watch 50 Shades of Grey had me down on my knees immediately🥵🛐 I love his autistic traits and the major Golden Retriever vibes I get from him. And I also love his clingy boyfriend side❤️
