She was mine before she even knew it.

Viking
I claimed her the day she turned eighteen. I knew the second I saw her I wanted Fawn to be mine, so I laid down the law and ensured any brother, near or far would never even glance in her direction.
She’s ran from me long enough, but now it’s time to take what’s mine. She’s not a teenager anymore but instead she’s a woman. A woman who’s experienced life, who partied in college, travelled, not to mention many other things. I’ve given her space to grow and now it’s time she comes home.
Still, Fawn wants to run. She wants to get far away from the club life, but as a creep comes out of the woodwork and starts stalking her, she turns to me for help.
I’ll do anything for her, even if she tries to keep running. With any luck through this she’ll realize she’s only meant to be one place—by my side.

He gets lots of blow jobs and it's ok because he needed release. But he's pissed she may have been with other people (she wasn't because the woman can never be satisfied by anyone but the hero). And no, he doesn't grovel for it at all. But hey, she lets it go like it's nothing. Awful

dnf@32% I'm not enjoying this book at all. There is a 7 year separation, the h doesn't remember being married and not contacting the H after the medical emergency she suffered was ridiculous.

This was a fast paced and drama filled story. A great way to start a new series. Fawn and Viking are destined to be together it just took them a little while to get there. The club princess never imagined ending up with a biker that she’s loved since she was a teenager. Viking be claimed Fawn from the moment they met. The story is full of heartache and suspense.

A must read

This book was my hwfirst in its series but it also links into another new series that I have just read it was great to see that they worked well on there own and together. I'm already booked but I did have to think that she couldn't remember getting married was a whoops moment.

So rushed, no clue who a lot of the people are, and not very well written.

In parts this book was okay, but a lot of it doesn’t make sense. There’s way too many things going on and it’s way too short, at 103 pages. So the author can’t explain things in great detail. It’s also really confusing who everyone is, as only their Mc names are used. I kept forgetting who everybody was.

Fawn grew up in the Mc club, as her dad Sabotage brought her up on his own. Not sure where Viking fits into it as his dad was in the Mc too. Viking and Fawn are in love, but neither of them have said it too each other. So when she’s 18, he makes his move on her, they have sex and the next morning she runs off. So she doesn’t do the adult thing and talk about it, and neither does he. SEVEN YEARS later, she comes home and Viking tells her that she’s his, and that they got married seven years earlier!!! She can’t remember it, as she was so drunk. Is the author really saying that they were married at the town hall? With her being barely able to stand up? 😂😂 It gets even more bizarre after that.

In the middle of all of this. Fawn is being stalked by someone. In a really rushed part of the book, the danger culminates and then it’s the end!

I’m still feeling really confused. What did I just read?

She can run but eventually he will catch her and keep her

Viking is the first book in the Toxic Warriors MC series. The book description looked like it would be a down and dirty, along with fun and entertaining, story. I have read a number of books by E.C. Land so was a bit surprised with this one as it keeps jumping back and forth with the timeline, which was okay at times but other times I was annoyed with it. But I did like the characters of Viking and Fawn, even if I did want to tie them together so they would finally stick like velcro. This story was still entertaining. But be warned that there is going to be an overarching story-line and character crossover among the books in this series. So there is not real "ending" which you just have to be prepared for.

I received a copy of this book and am leaving my honest review. My opinions are all my own.

An unsatisfying quickie.

2.5
This could have been a decent enough quickie but unfortunately, the story felt too rushed. The characters were likeable but they were very one-dimensional and basic, with not enough details given about them or their backstories and whilst there was some drama it was minimal and rather perfunctory

The Toxic Warriors MC is the newest series in E. C. Land's world. We have heard mention of them in other series but this is our first deep look at them.

I was not disappointed in this new edition. E. C. Land is great at getting you hooked on her series and has you coming back for more every time. Add in the fact they are super quick reads that are easy to read, hot, and suspenseful there is nothing to not like here.

Viking has wanted Fawn since she was young but he made no move on her until her graduation. She's a little drunk but she wants Viking and she makes sure he knows it. They take that next step but Fawn is terrified to be like her mother, she had her future planned to head to college and she doesn't want to give it up.

Viking lets her go and as much as he hates it he gives her the freedom she wants. Seven years later she is finally home and he is putting all his pieces in place before he lets her know that she is his and always has been and now they will be together like they are supposed to be.

Little does Viking know that Fawn hasn't been living it up these last seven years, she has secrets she never wants Viking to know. It all comes out in the end and Viking regrets ever letting her go. Secrets aren't their biggest problem though, Fawn has a stalker and it seems they are just getting started.

Will Viking lose her again now that he has just got her back?

Happy Reading.

Disappointed- don't waste your time

Spoilers............

The story and writing was decent in the beginning. However, part way through it was glaringly apparent that the author ran out of ideas on how to play the main characters off each other and the story became rushed and weird.
They got married, she had no memory of it, he didn't tell her for 7 years that they were married but thinks she must have been drugged since she didn't remember. She's pregnant with his baby but the baby doesn't live, she never tells him. Two MAJOR events and they're like....Oh well...hey let's not dwell or expand on these life changing events and just declare our happily ever after. Oh wait, who drugged her and why?? A baby you say, well huh.
Then she gets kidnapped by a weirdo who's been stalking her since middle school.
He's been stalking her for half her life, has taken hundreds of pictures of her and all we get is a brief mention. The scene was bizarre to say the least, totally not explained, and who was this guy really and why did he want Fawn? Hmmm, couldn't tell you. Again, rushed and totally out of place and just plain weird.
I also felt the writing style changed midway, almost as if someone else picked up writing. The verbiage was different and sloppy.

Very disappointing.

why do men cheat on their women

I liked the shortness of this book. But my problem was Viking getting some with the other women from the clubhouse because he thought his wife was sleeping with others. Like he knew they were married (Fawn didn’t remember that part since she was drunk)and yet he had the nerve to cheat on her. He assumed she was cheating and he decides he should too. Very lame. Why can’t the men be loyal?? Like he has two hands! And she didn’t even cheat but I wish she had just to rub it in his face. Since the book is short things moved quickly but wow did she forgive him quickly enough even though he cheated and I don’t think it had been that long since he was intimate with the women! I mean she did keep a secret though he is more in the wrong.I do blame Ice too because how you gonna allow him to cheat on your cousin? And then two of the women he was intimate with insult and are about to fight Fawn yet he didn’t get rid of them afterwards?? Yes she put them in their place but you gonna allow that to happen in your clubhouse?
Anyways we need to move on from this trope of men not being loyal to their women because they can’t keep it in their pants.

So we have met some of the Toxic Warriors in EC Land mc world. Now they are finally getting their stories. So here we have Viking and Fawn. We have a little age gap romance and it is pretty good. So Fawn has had a crush on Viking since she was a teenager. She thought she kept it hidden but everyone knew. On the night of her graduation something happens to them and she wakes up the next morning with no clue. So what does she do? She runs and heads of to college. Well Viking lets her go even though he wants to keep her close, he also wants her to have an education. However we find out that both of them are hiding secrets and dang are they juicy. Then some bad guys come out of the wood work and it gets crazy. Like seriously, I wonder what these bad guys were thinking when they decided to go up against the club. Puh-lease they don't stand a chance or do they? Anyways this was a great start to a new series. I honestly cannot wait to see what happens with this chapter.

A good story but quick read

It’s a good story but really quick read. I was just getting into the characters and storyline and then, those words, The End. Okay without telling you the entire story. This is the MC romance with age gap. Both lead characters are interesting and have depth. There is low angst, kidnapping, and issues with jealousy. Again good story but short. Read On!

Beautiful love story

Imagine waiting 7 yrs for the person you love. Viking did that when he married Fawn when she was 18 and drunk. Fawn and Viking lost alot during that time but when she came home they put the past in the past and start fresh.
Fawn ends up with a stalker. Not revealing more because you got to read.

Viking (Toxic Warriors MC #1) by E.C. Land is an emotional, powerful romance story full of angst, passion and plenty of MC drama as we are introduced to these badass bikers who live life on the edge as they play hard and love hard. This is a fast paced romance story full of MC drama, violence, suspense and steam surrounding Viking, Pres of the Toxic Warriors MC and Fawn club princess.

Viking is just waiting for Fawn to come of age before he claims her, Fawn who has always had a crush on him will take things to the next level the night of her graduation. At the bar, drinking and having fun with her friends, Viking sees Fawn had too much to drink and he informs her he is taking her home, but Fawn has other ideas as she makes her moves on him. Things soon will change for both of them as all of the pent of desire comes to ahead. Waking up in Viking's bed the next morning after a night of steamy sex, Fawn leaves him and takes off for school. For seven years Viking has given her the space she needs just waiting for her to return to him as Viking has kept a secret from her.

Fawn now finds her way back home, waiting to see her father who promised to return to the club once she returns. The only thing is Fawn is trying to stay away from Viking, only her cousin Ice knows what she is keeping from Viking. Ice is determined to get these two back together, when he comes up with a plan for both of them to be at the club bar. When Viking sees her dancing with a man, he is outraged as the time has come for him to stake his claim. So many twists and turns in this story as Viking learns of Fawns loss which has deeply effected him, he is sorry that he should have been with her and then proceeds to tell her that they have been married since the night of her graduation. Now apologies will be given, hearts will mend as Viking tells Fawn that the past is the past and now is the time to look towards the future as his wife and ol'lady. The chemistry between them is off the charts hot as these two explore all of the explosive passion that is between them as they make up for loss time as they start their life together. Will their happiness be taken away as Fawn has a stalker after her and is kidnapped and tortured. Who is helping her stalker? Can Viking and his brothers get to her in time? Viking book 1 in the Toxic Warriors MC series is a must read as E.C. Land takes her readers on a ride or die adventure with Viking and Fawn's story Now we have to wait for Ice's story in this amazing series.

Another hot and steamy book by EC Land and this is only the first book in this series which promises to be very explosive. Fawn and Viking are wonderful characters and their story was a great opening to the Toxic Warriors MC series. They have always loved each other but Fawn went away for school and when she returned all the old feelings were still very alive and pumping through their bodies and hearts. What a journey they have to their HEA especially when Fawn is being stalked but Viking and his club vow to do everything in their power to keep her safe at all costs. A great story with lots of amazing and fun characters that had me from the moment I started this book up until the very end. Cannot wait to read more about them all but especially more of Fawn and Viking and getting a glimpse into their future.

Viking and Fawn are meant to be together. When she left for college, Viking let her so she could spread her wings, now that she is back, he is going to claim her. He already claimed her when she was eighteen, but only the brothers knew. These two have loved each other for a long time. There are secrets between these two and the one who knows them all is Ice, Fawn’s cousin and Viking’s best friend. He is literally stuck I. The middle and has told Viking that they both need to talk and get everything out in the open. When it looks like someone is stalking Fawn, Viking is going to stop at nothing to protect her. She is his soulmate and nothing and no one is getting in his way. Read what happens with these two and what happens when secrets are revealed. Let me tell you, the twists will make your head spin. That is what EC is great at. I love the Toxic Warriors abs can’t wait for more.

I've been eagerly waiting for Viking and Fawn's book. I was hesitant to read it due to the long separation, especially since he claimed her before she left for school. I was worried that he would be faithful. What took place during their years apart is what knocked it down a star but I will say I absolutely adored Viking and could understand his thought process during that time. Viking and Fawn really should have talked before she left for school. My heart hurt for these two during those seven years. Once they came together, with the help of match maker Ice, they were explosive and totally devoted to each other. I hope we get to see more of them as we get more Toxic Warriors. I enjoyed the POV's from Ice and Sabotage too - I think that really helped this story. Looking forward to Ice's story and hope we eventually get Sabotage's.

I received an ARC from the author and am voluntarily leaving my review. This was a great way to start the new series. Viking has waited for Fawn for years. These two were meant to be but age, misunderstandings, blackouts, and miscommunication keep them separate. Fawn suffered the most during their time apart but she still loves him even when she does not want to. Viking has been supporting her without her knowledge since she went to college. There were good and bad choices made on both sides. Once they get past all of that and a stalker, they finally get their chance at a happy future together. I was not sure how much I would like Viking at first. He ended up being a really good character and was just what Fawn needed. I am really looking forward to this series

E. C. Land takes you on another new journey and this time with the brothers of the Toxic Warriors MC. This is an age gap romance as Viking has watched Fawn grow up in the MC, but gives her the time to establish her own independence. With her unaware, Viking has already claimed her and has been behind her every step of the way. When she finally comes back home, Viking has his chance to make his move, but again must become her protector as a stalker has her in their sight. Suspense, romance and alpha warriors once again provide the backdrop for another great read by this author. I also recommend Kinetic, Deathstalkers MC by E.C.Land and Elizabeth Knox, as a companion read to this book as it also features Viking and the Toxic Warriors.

I received an advance review copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily.

Although we have met several of the brothers from Toxic Warriors throughout other series by E.C. Land. Viking is the first in the new Toxic Warriors MC series. Viking is the Prez of the MC. Fawn is the woman he has long loved. When Fawn comes back home from college after running from Viking, she has secrets coming along with her. Viking has been waiting for her. Everyone knows he claimed her before she left and now is his chance to prove it.

Things aren't quite that simple. What looks like it could be a ride off into the sunset, turns quickly. The plot picks up speed. If you are looking for an afternoon read Viking is off to a great start. The drama, action and romance will draw you in.

Viking is president of the Toxic Warriors MC, Fawn is the daughter of one of the members and has been raised in the MC life. They hook-up when she is 18 and graduates from high school but then she is off to college. Viking sits back and waits for her to come back, which seems a bit out of character. The reason for her staying away and why she comes back is a bit glossed over but when she does, Viking decides he is tired of waiting. Once they are back together things are explosive and steamy. Great start to a new series. There is crossover with Kinetic by Elizabeth Knox and they follow the same timeline so reading together is encouraged.

Viking fawning over Fawn

Viking and Fawn were always suppose to be together. They both loved each other when she was you and when she turned 18 Viking made his claim. It didn’t go off without a hitch. Fawn ran to college and she stayed gone for 7 years. When she finally came home she gave Viking abs their love was still strong. There was still trouble coming for them. Once they face that trouble. I loved the characters in this book. On a funny note. I love the name they give to the club girls (torpedoes ). I can’t wait to see what happens next. This was the first in the series and I am so excited to see where EC Land takes this. I couldn’t put this book down

I hope that there is more than two books to this new MC series. The Toxic Warrior MC is the first book in this series and it's about Viking (Prez.) and Fawn. Viking has always loved Fawn and she has always loved him. They married but she couldn't remember. She's been at college the last 7 years before she moves back to town. He has waited all this time for Fawn to return home. He won't wait any longer. Things are starting to work out for them but they find that Fawn has been stalked for years and someone is still after her. Will Viking and the club find out who it is before they strike? Super good. Toxic Warriors MC is a new series from E.C. Land, and the blurb tells readers all they need to know that this is another hot sexy story that you can't put down until the last page is read. Viking and Fawn's love when they were younger has never diminished, but there is a problem. After years apart, neither one has made an attempt to to mend whatever happened in the past. Things become even more twisted as an unknown danger lingers in the background for Fawn, along with a secret that she kept from Viking. Great introduction to the Toxic Warriors MC series, I was gifted "Viking" via Booksprout, leaving my review based on my reading. 4.5 Stars!

I don't mind a flashback here or there, but this story gave me whiplash with the jumping around in the timeline. Fawn and Viking were together on her 18th birthday, but he let her go as she wanted to go to college. There was some reason he didn't immediately go after her after college, but heck if I could figure out what it was exactly. I liked the story, there were some interesting twists and turns and the usual open-ended ending, but I think a more chronological timeline would have worked better.

The heat factor of this book is off the chain. The characters bring out the worst and the best of each other. They are meant to be together but something always seems to pull them apart.
Viking finally has Fawn back home where she belongs, now he just has to keep her, its not that easy.
Fawn, is back home where she has wanted to be for the last seven years, but was afraid to face Viking, after leaving the way she did.
They both have secrets and hurts, but are they strong enough to over come them and be together the way they were meant to be.

An exciting start to a new MC series!

I love that the Toxic Warriors MC have their own series and this first one is about their president Viking and it did not disappoint. Viking always knew that Fawn was it for him, but the age difference made him wait until she could be his. Their connection is undeniable but she has a plan for her future. When she finds herself back he is there to claim her, but danger and secrets made their HEA questionable. Will they be able to find their forever? One click to f8nd out in this newest release that is a must read!
