Here is another wonderful Ninja book from Mary Nhin. I highly recommend all her books because they are written for the youngster to understand. They are also written for us who are just a little older who can learn too. The illustrations are vivid and aide in the storytelling. Stressed Ninja has mastered the art of relaxation . She has learned to keep calm under the most stressful situation. She hasn't always been this way. She was so stressed no one wanted to be her friend. Sometimes she would get rashes and a fever. It is so wonderful to have another Ninja book that my kids love. This one covers how to handle being stressed out, a feeling that they previously didn't fully understand. We will be incorporating the 5-4-3-2-1 method in our home for the kids (and parents, too!)
