2.5 stars. The plot has slowed to a crawl while the captain goes for a walk. Dialogue is still bad and now confusing, especially with the unnecessary flitting between timelines. I don’t see the point.

Why is a family drama I don’t care about interrupting my sci-fi adventure? Why is it too much to ask for the story to progress and not digress?
